Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of liquid packaging materials, in particular to a pressing type anti-theft opening cover and a bottle.
Background
Currently, there is a lot in the market of products sealed and packaged by bottles, such as but not limited to bottle-packaged dairy products. The bottle for packaging generally comprises a bottle body, a bottle cap and a sealing film, wherein when the bottle is sealed and filled, the sealing film is firstly arranged on the bottle mouth, then the bottle cap is covered, and finally the sealing film is adhered to the bottle mouth. The principle is as follows: the heat source melts the sealing film instantly through the bottle cap, and the sealing film is bonded with the bottle mouth in the cooling process after the heat source is removed, so that the sealing effect is achieved.
When the bottle is used, the sealing film can be broken off smoothly by hand or by means of other tools, and drinks filled in the bottle and the like can be poured out.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a push type anti-theft opening cap, which overcomes the problems in the prior art, and the bottle opening is realized by breaking a sealing film and gradually enlarging a broken opening in a circular motion mode through a breaking structure arranged in a pressing cap body, so that the operation is simple and rapid, other bottle opening tools are not needed, and the sanitary condition can be ensured. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a bottle which has the characteristics of convenience in bottle opening, sanitation and reliability.

The cover body is provided with two open ends and a broken seal structure; the seal breaking structure is positioned on the inner side of the cap body, is connected with the inner wall of the cap body, and does circular motion by taking the connecting point as a fulcrum to break the sealing film and gradually enlarge a break opening; the cover body is in threaded connection with the bottle opening of the bottle body;
one end of the secondary sealing cover is open and is in threaded connection with the upper end of the cover body;
the inner side of the anti-theft ring is provided with a convex part towards the self center direction and is connected with the lower end of the cover body; the convex part can be clamped below an annular retainer ring at the bottle mouth of the bottle body.
Furthermore, the seal breaking structure comprises a gasket, a pressing opening is formed in the gasket, the gasket is located on the inner side of the cover body, and the edge of the gasket is connected with the inner wall of the cover body;
and the opening knife is flexibly connected with one edge of the pressing opening.
Further, the opening knife is in a shape of a bent long plate, and the plate surface faces the sealing film.
Furthermore, the opening knife comprises a connecting part, a pressing part, an expanding part and a seal breaking part which are integrally formed, the connecting part, the pressing part, the expanding part and the seal breaking part are sequentially connected to form a hook shape, one end of the connecting part is connected with the edge of the pressing opening, the expanding part and the seal breaking part bend and then face the sealing film, and the tail end of the seal breaking part gradually shrinks to form a tip and points to the sealing film.
Furthermore, a connecting rib is arranged between the free end of the opening knife and the gasket, and the connecting rib can be broken by pressing the opening knife.
Furthermore, a clamping ring is arranged outside the upper part of the cover body, an opening of the secondary sealing cover is also connected with an anti-theft ring, and the inner side of the anti-theft ring can be clamped below the clamping ring.
Further, the secondary sealing cover can be in threaded fit connection with the bottle opening of the bottle body.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention discloses a press type anti-theft opening cover, which aims to solve the problem that a bottle with a sealing film in the prior art is inconvenient to open. The push type anti-theft opening cover comprises a cover body, a secondary sealing cover and an anti-theft ring. Because this internal broken structure that has of lid, should press broken structure hard, it can use the junction of broken structure and lid body as the fulcrum, does the circular motion, breaks the sealing membrane and will break the mouth and enlarge gradually to realize that the bottle is opened, easy operation is swift, need not with the help of other uncork instruments, and sanitary conditions can guarantee, adopts the secondary seal lid to protect and bottle secondary seal the broken structure simultaneously.
2. The invention also provides a bottle which comprises a bottle body, a sealing film and a pressing type anti-theft opening cover. Because the push type anti-theft opening cover is provided with the seal breaking structure, the sealing film can be quickly torn, the use convenience of the bottle is greatly improved, and the liquid in the bottle is prevented from being polluted by an auxiliary bottle opening tool.

Example 1
One embodiment of the present invention, a push type anti-theft opening cap, is shown in fig. 1 and 2. The pressing type anti-theft opening cover 10 comprises a cover body 11, a secondary sealing cover 12 and an anti-theft ring 13.
Specifically, the cover body 11 is integrally formed by processing a PP material. The upper and lower ends of the cap body 11 are open, an internal thread 111 is formed on the inner side of the lower portion of the cap body 11, and an external thread 112 and a collar 113 are formed on the outer wall of the upper portion of the cap body 11. The size of the end of the cap body 11 where the external thread 114 is located is identical to the size of the mouth of the bottle body 20. A breaking structure 114 is provided inside the cap body 11, and the breaking structure 114 is connected to the inside of the closed end of the cap body 11. When the sealing film at the mouth of the bottle body 20 needs to be opened, the breaking structure 114 is pressed with force. The breaking structure 114 can make a circular motion with the joint of the breaking structure and the cap body 11 as a fulcrum, break the sealing film and gradually enlarge the break.
The secondary sealing cover 12 is integrally formed of PP material, and has a closed end, and a secondary internal thread 121 formed on an inner side wall thereof to be engaged with the external thread 112.
The anti-theft ring 13 is integrally formed by processing a PP material, and the edge of the inner side of the lower end of the anti-theft ring is bent and extends upwards to form a clamping point. The anti-theft ring 13 is connected with the lower end of the cover body 11 and the open end of the secondary sealing cover 12. The locking point of the anti-theft ring 13 can be locked under the collar 113 on the cap body 11 and the annular retainer ring at the bottle mouth of the bottle body 20.
When the push type anti-theft opening cap is assembled, the combined structure of the secondary sealing cap 12 and the anti-theft ring 13 is assembled at the mouth of the bottle body 20 after being assembled at the upper part of the cap body 11. When the cap is opened, the secondary sealing cap 12 is unscrewed and the seal breaking structure 114 is pressed hard. The breaking structure 114 can make a circular motion with the joint of the breaking structure and the cap body 11 as a fulcrum, break the sealing film and gradually enlarge the break. When the bottle body 20 needs to be sealed again, the cap body 11 is discarded, and the secondary sealing cap 12 can be directly used for sealing due to the matching of the secondary sealing cap 12 and the bottle mouth of the bottle body 20.
Example 2
One embodiment of the present invention, a push type anti-theft opening cover, is shown in fig. 5. The pressing type anti-theft opening cover 10 comprises a cover body 11, a secondary sealing cover 12 and an anti-theft ring 13.
Specifically, the cover body 11 is integrally formed by processing a PP material, and has a structure shown in fig. 3 and 4. The upper and lower ends of the cap body 11 are open, an internal thread 111 is formed on the inner side of the lower portion of the cap body 11, and an external thread 112 and a collar 113 are formed on the outer wall of the upper portion of the cap body 11. The size of the end of the cap body 11 where the external thread 114 is located is identical to the size of the mouth of the bottle body 20. A breaking structure 114 is provided inside the cap body 11, and the breaking structure 114 is connected to the inside of the closed end of the cap body 11. When the sealing film at the mouth of the bottle body 20 needs to be opened, the breaking structure 114 is pressed with force. The breaking structure 114 can make a circular motion with the joint of the breaking structure and the cap body 11 as a fulcrum, break the sealing film and gradually enlarge the break.
In this embodiment, the seal breaking structure 114 includes a gasket 1141 and an opening knife 1142. The gasket 1141 is located inside the cap body 11, and its edge is connected to the inner wall of the cap body 11. When the cap body 11 is mounted on the mouth of the bottle body 20, the mouth end abuts against one side surface of the pad 1141. A rectangular pressing opening 1143 is formed in the spacer 1141. One end of the knife 1142 is flexibly connected to one edge of the wide side of the pressing opening 1143, i.e., the free end of the knife 1142 can be angularly deflected from the fulcrum of the connection point of the pressing opening 1143.
In this embodiment, a connecting rib 1144 is provided between the free end of the knife 1152 and the washer 1141 to prevent the knife 1142 from shaking. The connecting ribs 1144 can be broken by pressing the opening knife 1142.
In this embodiment, the cutting knife 1142 is a long bent plate, and the plate surface faces the sealing film. The opening knife 1142 comprises a connecting part 11421, a pressing part 11422, an expanding part 11423 and a sealing breaking part 11424 which are integrally formed, the connecting part 11421, the pressing part 11422, the expanding part 11423 and the sealing breaking part 11424 are sequentially connected to form a hook shape, one end of the connecting part 11421 is flexibly connected with one edge of the wide side of the pressing opening 1143, the expanding part 11423 and the sealing breaking part 11424 bend and then face the sealing film, and the tail end of the sealing breaking part 11424 gradually shrinks to form a tip and points to the sealing film. In the process of opening the sealing film, the finger presses the pressing portion 11422, the tip of the seal breaking portion 11424 will pierce the sealing film, and the seal breaking portion 11424 and the expanding portion 11423 will further extend into the bottle body 20 to expand the break.
The secondary sealing cover 12 is integrally formed of PP material, and has a closed end, and a secondary internal thread 121 formed on an inner side wall thereof to be engaged with the external thread 112.
The anti-theft ring 13 is integrally formed by processing a PP material, and the edge of the inner side of the lower end of the anti-theft ring is bent and extends upwards to form a clamping point. The anti-theft ring 13 is connected with the lower end of the cover body 11 and the open end of the secondary sealing cover 12. The locking point of the anti-theft ring 13 can be locked under the collar 113 on the cap body 11 and the annular retainer ring at the bottle mouth of the bottle body 20. During unscrewing, the connection between the cap body 11 and the corresponding anti-theft ring 13 and between the secondary sealing cap 12 and the corresponding anti-theft ring 13 can be broken, limited by the collar 113 and the annular retaining ring.
Example 3
One embodiment of the present invention, a bottle, is configured as shown in fig. 6. The bottle includes a push type anti-theft opening cap 10, a sealing film, and a bottle body 20.
Specifically, the pressing type anti-theft opening cover 10 comprises a cover body 11, a secondary sealing cover 12 and an anti-theft ring 13. The cover body 11 is integrally formed by processing a PP material. The upper and lower ends of the cap body 11 are open, an internal thread 111 is formed on the inner side of the lower portion of the cap body 11, and an external thread 112 and a collar 113 are formed on the outer wall of the upper portion of the cap body 11. The size of the end of the cap body 11 where the external thread 114 is located is identical to the size of the mouth of the bottle body 20. A breaking structure 114 is provided inside the cap body 11, and the breaking structure 114 is connected to the inside of the closed end of the cap body 11. When the sealing film at the mouth of the bottle body 20 needs to be opened, the breaking structure 114 is pressed with force. The breaking structure 114 can make a circular motion with the joint of the breaking structure and the cap body 11 as a fulcrum, break the sealing film and gradually enlarge the break.
In this embodiment, the seal breaking structure 114 includes a gasket 1141 and an opening knife 1142. The gasket 1141 is located inside the cap body 11, and its edge is connected to the inner wall of the cap body 11. When the cap body 11 is mounted on the mouth of the bottle body 20, the mouth end abuts against one side surface of the pad 1141. A rectangular pressing opening 1143 is formed in the spacer 1141. One end of the knife 1142 is flexibly connected to one edge of the wide side of the pressing opening 1143, i.e., the free end of the knife 1142 can be angularly deflected from the fulcrum of the connection point of the pressing opening 1143.
In this embodiment, a connecting rib 1144 is provided between the free end of the knife 1152 and the washer 1141 to prevent the knife 1142 from shaking. The connecting ribs 1144 can be broken by pressing the opening knife 1142.
In this embodiment, the cutting knife 1142 is a long bent plate, and the plate surface faces the sealing film. The opening knife 1142 comprises a connecting part 11421, a pressing part 11422, an expanding part 11423 and a sealing breaking part 11424 which are integrally formed, the connecting part 11421, the pressing part 11422, the expanding part 11423 and the sealing breaking part 11424 are sequentially connected to form a hook shape, one end of the connecting part 11421 is flexibly connected with one edge of the wide side of the pressing opening 1143, the expanding part 11423 and the sealing breaking part 11424 bend and then face the sealing film, and the tail end of the sealing breaking part 11424 gradually shrinks to form a tip and points to the sealing film. In the process of opening the sealing film, the finger presses the pressing portion 11422, the tip of the seal breaking portion 11424 will pierce the sealing film, and the seal breaking portion 11424 and the expanding portion 11423 will further extend into the bottle body 20 to expand the break.
The secondary sealing cover 12 is integrally formed of PP material, and has a closed end, and a secondary internal thread 121 formed on an inner side wall thereof to be engaged with the external thread 112.
The anti-theft ring 13 is integrally formed by processing a PP material, and the edge of the inner side of the lower end of the anti-theft ring is bent and extends upwards to form a clamping point. The anti-theft ring 13 is connected with the lower end of the cover body 11 and the open end of the secondary sealing cover 12. The locking point of the anti-theft ring 13 can be locked under the collar 113 on the cap body 11 and the annular retainer ring at the bottle mouth of the bottle body 20.
And the sealing film is bonded at the bottle mouth of the bottle body 20.
The bottle body 20 has threads formed on the outer side wall of the bottle mouth to match with the internal threads 11 of the cap body 11. The pressing type anti-theft opening cover 10 is detachably installed at the bottleneck of the bottle body 20, and the protruding part at the inner side of the anti-theft ring 12 is clamped below the annular retainer ring at the bottleneck of the bottle body 20. In the process of screwing out the pressing type anti-theft opening cover 10, the anti-theft ring 12 is intercepted due to the limitation of the annular retainer ring, and the cover body 11 is screwed out after the connection between the anti-theft ring 12 and the cover body 11 is damaged.
