技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种充气注药式鼻咽通气道。
背景技术
随着如今患者对舒适化医疗需求越来越高,无痛技术开展越来越多,许多内镜检查治疗、微创介入治疗、浅表小肿物活检或切除术等都越来越多需要麻醉支持,而置入喉罩或气管插管对患者创伤大,医疗成本和费用高,故这些麻醉支持大多采用单纯静脉麻醉,但单纯静脉麻醉需要一定麻醉深度使患者入睡,入睡后口咽部软组织塌陷,会厌覆盖声门,容易导致呼吸不通畅,缺氧,尤其对于肥胖病人或有睡眠呼吸暂停病史的病人,呼吸抑制发生率很高,造成病人不安全,麻醉医生实施麻醉管理有难度。
在实施支气管镜单纯静脉麻醉工作中,加用了鼻咽通气道这个简单便捷的辅助通气工具,很大程度上解决了上述临床困境。但在支气管镜下我们直观观察到目前使用的几款鼻咽通气道在插入时容易对患者鼻咽道造成摩擦而产生不适,同时,药物不易均匀布置在指定的位置,针对这样的问题我们提出一种充气注药式鼻咽通气道。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种充气注药式鼻咽通气道。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种充气注药式鼻咽通气道,包括外接管,所述外接管的侧边连通有软管,所述软管上远离外接管的一端连接有加料斗,所述加料斗上通过螺纹套接有第二帽盖,所述外接管的内部套接有密封圈,所述外接管的一端通过螺纹套接有第一帽盖,所述外接管的另一端连接有主气管,所述主气管上远离外接管的一端连接有可充气套囊,所述可充气套囊的侧边连通有支气管,所述支气管嵌设在主气管的内壁上,所述支气管上远离可充气套囊的一端穿出主气管并通过管接头连接有注射器,所述可充气套囊上远离主气管的一端连接有树脂硅胶头,所述树脂硅胶头的侧边设置有圆弧形的开口,所述树脂硅胶头上其位于开口的外部设置有环状布置的雾化喷射孔。
优选的,所述外接管包括第一直管、第二直管,第一直管、第二直管为一整体结构,第一直管的直径大于第二直管的直径,第一直管与第一帽盖通过螺纹连接,密封圈套接在第一直管内,软管与第二直管连通,主气管与第二直管连通。
优选的,所述外接管的侧边固定有杆状的手柄。
优选的,所述树脂硅胶头为半球状壳体结构。
优选的,所述主气管为弧形。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型中,设置的手柄便于握持,方便操作;设置的注射器可通过支气管向可充气套囊内充气,从而通过可充气套囊撑开口咽部肌肉软组织,避免因舌后缀及咽部软组织塌陷导致的病人缺氧状态;设置的加料斗用于药物加注,设置的雾化喷射孔可实现多方位注药,使药物均匀覆盖声门附近;树脂硅胶头呈半球状壳体结构,可减少置入过程中对鼻粘膜的损伤;可拧下第一帽盖,向内部插入一次性氧气管行高流量吸氧,也可置入一次性吸痰管行口咽部分泌物或血液的吸引,更好的保障病人安全,避免缺氧及口咽部分泌物聚集;可拧下第一帽盖,外接管还可以连接一个转换头,然后通过转换头连接麻醉机或者呼吸机的螺纹管接头,行机械通气;主气管为弧形,便于插入。

参照图1-3,一种充气注药式鼻咽通气道,包括外接管1,外接管1的侧边连通有软管5,软管5上远离外接管1的一端连接有加料斗6,加料斗6上通过螺纹套接有第二帽盖7,外接管1的内部套接有密封圈4,外接管1的一端通过螺纹套接有第一帽盖3,外接管1的另一端连接有主气管15,主气管15上远离外接管1的一端连接有可充气套囊11,可充气套囊11的侧边连通有支气管10,支气管10嵌设在主气管15的内壁上,支气管10上远离可充气套囊11的一端穿出主气管15并通过管接头9连接有注射器8,可充气套囊11上远离主气管15的一端连接有树脂硅胶头12,树脂硅胶头12的侧边设置有圆弧形的开口13,树脂硅胶头12上其位于开口13的外部设置有环状布置的雾化喷射孔124。
其中,外接管1包括第一直管101、第二直管102,第一直管101、第二直管102为一整体结构,第一直管101的直径大于第二直管102的直径,第一直管101与第一帽盖3通过螺纹连接,密封圈4套接在第一直管101内,软管5与第二直管102连通,主气管15与第二直管102连通。
其中,外接管1的侧边固定有杆状的手柄2。
其中,树脂硅胶头12为半球状壳体结构。
其中,主气管15为弧形。
工作原理:本实用新型中,设置的手柄2便于握持,方便操作;设置的注射器8可通过支气管10向可充气套囊11内充气,从而通过可充气套囊11撑开口咽部肌肉软组织,避免因舌后缀及咽部软组织塌陷导致的病人缺氧状态;设置的加料斗6用于药物加注,设置的雾化喷射孔14可实现多方位注药,使药物均匀覆盖声门附近;树脂硅胶头12呈半球状壳体结构,可减少置入过程中对鼻粘膜的损伤;可拧下第一帽盖3,向内部插入一次性氧气管行高流量吸氧(如说明书附图3中的置入管16),也可置入一次性吸痰管行口咽部分泌物或血液的吸引(如说明书附图3中的置入管16),更好的保障病人安全,避免缺氧及口咽部分泌物聚集;可拧下第一帽盖3,外接管1还可以连接一个转换头,然后通过转换头连接麻醉机或者呼吸机的螺纹管接头,行机械通气;主气管15为弧形,便于插入。

1.一种充气注药式鼻咽通气道,包括外接管(1),其特征在于,所述外接管(1)的侧边连通有软管(5),所述软管(5)上远离外接管(1)的一端连接有加料斗(6),所述加料斗(6)上通过螺纹套接有第二帽盖(7),所述外接管(1)的内部套接有密封圈(4),所述外接管(1)的一端通过螺纹套接有第一帽盖(3),所述外接管(1)的另一端连接有主气管(15),所述主气管(15)上远离外接管(1)的一端连接有可充气套囊(11),所述可充气套囊(11)的侧边连通有支气管(10),所述支气管(10)嵌设在主气管(15)的内壁上,所述支气管(10)上远离可充气套囊(11)的一端穿出主气管(15)并通过管接头(9)连接有注射器(8),所述可充气套囊(11)上远离主气管(15)的一端连接有树脂硅胶头(12),所述树脂硅胶头(12)的侧边设置有圆弧形的开口(13),所述树脂硅胶头(12)上其位于开口(13)的外部设置有环状布置的雾化喷射孔(124)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气注药式鼻咽通气道,其特征在于,所述外接管(1)包括第一直管(101)、第二直管(102),第一直管(101)、第二直管(102)为一整体结构,第一直管(101)的直径大于第二直管(102)的直径,第一直管(101)与第一帽盖(3)通过螺纹连接,密封圈(4)套接在第一直管(101)内,软管(5)与第二直管(102)连通,主气管(15)与第二直管(102)连通。
