Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
A filter device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1-9. The filter device 100 according to the embodiment of the present application may be used in a dishwasher 1 and mounted to a water tank 200 of the dishwasher 1, particularly at a drain hole 202 on a bottom wall 201 of the water tank 200.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the filter device 100 includes a filter member 10, a drain flange 20, and a fixing member 30. The side wall of the filter member 10 is provided with a filter through hole 10a, and the bottom of the filter member 10 is provided with an annular flange 11. The annular flange 11 may be separate from or integral with the filter element 10.
In one embodiment, the annular flange 11 is integral with the filter element 10, and the annular flange 11 is formed by the lower edge of the side wall extending in a horizontal direction. Specifically, the annular flange 11 may be formed by the lower edge of the filter member 10 extending horizontally in a direction away from the central axis of the filter member 10, i.e., the annular flange 11 may be provided outside the filter member 10; alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the annular flange 11 may be formed by the lower edge of the filter element 10 extending horizontally in a direction toward the central axis of the filter element 10, i.e., the annular flange 11 may be provided on the inside of the filter element 10. In the following description, a structure in which the annular flange 11 is provided on the inside of the filter member 10 will be described as an example.
In one example, the filter member 10 may be configured in a cylindrical shape. The filter member 10 is supported on the bottom wall 201 of the water tank 200, and the bottom of the filter member 10 has an opening provided corresponding to the drain hole 202. The filter through holes 10a penetrate the side wall of the filter member 10 in the thickness direction of the side wall of the filter member 10, and the filter through holes 10a are plural and uniformly distributed in the side wall of the filter member 10. For example, a plurality of filter through holes 10a are arranged at intervals in plural sets along the circumferential direction of the filter member 10, and each set of filter through holes 10a is arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the filter member 10. Wherein, the aperture of the filtering through hole 10a can be 1-3 mm. It will be appreciated that after the dishwasher 1 washes dishes, the water in the water tank 200 contains solid residues such as food residues, and during the draining process of the water tank 200, the plurality of filter through holes 10a of the filter element 10 can filter the water in the water tank 200 to prevent the solid residues in the water from entering the inside of the filter element 10, so that the solid residues can be prevented from entering the drain pipe 300 connected to the drain hole 202 through the drain hole 202 at the bottom of the water tank 200. Therefore, the problem that solid residues easily block a drain pipe in the water discharging process of the water tank of the dishwasher in the related art is solved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the drain flange 20 is mounted on the drain hole 202, the fixing member 30 is connected to the drain flange 20, and the fixing member 30 is snap-fitted to the annular flange 11.
In one embodiment, the drain flange 20 includes a flange 21 and a neck 22 connected from top to bottom, a lower surface of the flange 21 is attached to an upper surface of the bottom wall 201 of the water tank 200, and the flange 21 and the bottom wall 201 of the water tank 200 can be fixed by screws or welding, wherein the fasteners can be screws. The neck 22 is disposed through the drain hole 202, and the lower end of the neck 22 extends from the drain hole 202, and the outer peripheral wall of the neck 22 is in close contact with the inner peripheral wall of the drain hole 202. The portion of the neck 22 projecting downwardly from the drain hole 202 is adapted to be connected to a drain pipe 300 of the dishwasher 1. Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the outer circumferential wall of the neck 22 is provided with an annular protrusion 22a extending radially outward of the neck 22, and the annular protrusion 22a may be provided in plural at intervals in the axial direction of the neck 22 to improve the coupling effect between the neck 22 and the drain pipe 300.
The filtering flow passage is defined inside the drain flange 20 and penetrates the drain flange 20 in the up-down direction, and the water filtered by the filter member 10 in the water tank 200 may be discharged to the outside of the water tank 200 through the filtering flow passage. The drain flange 20 may adopt various technical solutions known to those skilled in the art now and in the future, and will not be described in detail herein.
The fixing member 30 may be connected to the flange 21 by a fastening member, such as a screw, or by welding. Another portion of the fixing member 30 may be in snap fit with the annular flange 11, for example, a lower surface of the another portion of the fixing member 30 is pressed against an upper surface of the annular flange 11, so that the annular flange 11 is sandwiched between the another portion of the fixing member 30 and the bottom wall 201 of the water tank 200 in the up-down direction, thereby fixing the filter member 10 on the bottom wall 201 of the water tank 200.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the fixing member 30 is bent to form a connecting portion 31 and a clamping portion 32, which are staggered up and down, the connecting portion 31 and the clamping portion 32 are distributed in the radial direction of the drainage hole 202, and the clamping portion 32 is located above the connecting portion 31 in the up-down direction. Wherein, the connecting portion 31 is connected to the drain flange 20 by a fastener, and the lower surface of the clamping portion 32 is abutted against the upper surface of the annular flange 11.
In one example, the fixing member 30 is bent twice to form the connecting portion 31 and the catching portion 32, and an intermediate portion 33 is formed between the connecting portion 31 and the catching portion 32. Specifically, the engaging portion 32 is located on a side of the connecting portion 31 away from the drain hole 202, and the middle portion 33 extends obliquely upward in a direction away from the drain hole 202 from an edge of the engaging portion 32 on the side away from the drain hole 202. The plane of the clamping portion 32 is parallel to the plane of the connecting portion 31, and the clamping portion 32 is located above the connecting portion 31. Thus, the lower surface of the engagement portion 32 can be brought into contact with the upper surface of the annular flange 11, so that the annular flange 11 can be interposed between the engagement portion 32 and the bottom wall 201 of the water tank 200.
In other examples of the present application, the fastening portion 32 may be located on a side of the connecting portion 31 adjacent to the drain hole 202, and the middle portion 33 may extend from an edge of the fastening portion 32 adjacent to the drain hole 202 in a direction inclined upward toward the drain hole 202. Meanwhile, an annular flange 11 is provided outside the filter member 10, and the annular flange 11 is formed by extending horizontally the lower edge of the filter member 10 in a direction away from the central axis of the filter member 10.
Wherein, the connecting portion 31 may be provided with a connecting hole 31a, the connecting hole 31a penetrates the connecting portion 31 in the thickness direction of the connecting portion 31, and the fastening member penetrates the connecting hole 31a to be fixedly connected with the drain flange 20. Further, the number of the connection holes 31a may be two, and the two connection holes 31a are spaced apart in the width direction of the connection portion 31 to improve the connection effect of the connection portion 31 and the drain flange 20.
Alternatively, the annular flange 11 is provided with an assembly notch 11a, and the assembly notch 11a is formed by recessing the inner periphery of the annular flange 11 in a direction away from the central axis of the annular flange 11. The clamping portion 32 can penetrate through the assembly notch 11a in the vertical direction, so that the clamping portion 32 is located above the assembly notch 11 a. Thus, in the assembly process of the filter member 10 and the fixing member 30, as shown in fig. 8, it is possible to align the assembly notches 11a with the positions of the catching portions 32 of the fixing member 30, and then move the filter member 10 downward so that the catching portions 32 pass through the assembly notches 11a to be located above the annular flange 11; as shown in fig. 9, the filter member 10 is assembled with the fixing member 30 by rotating the filter member 10 by a certain angle (e.g., 90 degrees) in the counterclockwise direction or the clockwise direction so that the catching portion 32 and the assembly notch 11a are staggered in the up-down direction, and thus the lower surface of the catching portion 32 abuts against the upper surface of the annular flange 11. Therefore, the matching between the filtering piece 10 and the fixing piece 30 is simple and has good fixing effect, and the installation and the disassembly of the filtering piece 10 are convenient.
Further, the fixing members 30 are provided in plurality at intervals in the circumferential direction of the drain flange 20. For example, in the example shown in fig. 8 and 9, the fixing member 30 may be two, and the two fixing members 30 are symmetrically arranged about the water discharge hole 202. The two mounting notches are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the two fixing members 30, and the two mounting notches are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center of the annular flange 11. Accordingly, the plurality of fixing members 30 are uniformly distributed, and the reliability of connection between the fixing members 30 and the filter member 10 can be further improved.
Optionally, a gasket 40 is disposed between the fixing member 30 and the drain flange 20. The material of the gasket 40 may be an elastic material, such as rubber. Therefore, the fixing member 30 and the drain flange 20 can be buffered, the fixing member 30 is prevented from being in direct contact with the drain flange 20, and abrasion between the fixing member 30 and the drain flange 20 is avoided.
In one embodiment, the filter device 100 further comprises an overflow tube 50. The overflow pipe 50 is detachably inserted through the filter element 10, and the lower end of the overflow pipe 50 extends into the drain flange 20, wherein the portion of the overflow pipe 50 extending upward from the filter element 10 is provided with an overflow hole 51.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1-3, the top of the filter element 10 is provided with an opening, and the overflow tube 50 can be inserted through the interior of the filter element 10 through the opening in the top of the filter element 10. The overflow pipe 50 is constructed in a hollow structure, and both ends of the overflow pipe 50 have openings, respectively. The lower end of the overflow pipe 50 may pass through the central hole of the annular flange 11 and extend into the flow passage inside the drain flange 20, so that the opening of the lower end of the overflow pipe 50 communicates with the flow passage inside the drain flange 20. The upper end of the overflow pipe 50 is positioned above the filter member 10, and a cover 52 is provided at the opening of the upper end of the overflow pipe 50 to close the opening of the upper end of the overflow pipe 50. Wherein the overflow hole 51 is provided at a portion of the overflow pipe 50 protruding from above the filter member 10, and the overflow hole 51 is provided adjacent to an upper end of the overflow pipe 50. Thus, when the water level line in the water tank 200 exceeds the height between the overflow hole 51 and the bottom wall 201 of the water tank 200 during the operation of the dishwasher 1, the water in the water tank 200 can enter the overflow pipe 50 through the overflow hole 51 and flow out from the flow passage in the drain flange 20, thereby avoiding the deterioration of the cleaning effect of the dishwasher 1 caused by the overhigh water level in the water tank 200.
Preferably, the overflow holes 51 may be provided in plurality at intervals along the circumference of the overflow pipe 50 to increase the flow rate of water entering the overflow pipe 50, thereby improving the flow conductivity of the overflow pipe 50.
Optionally, the outer peripheral wall of the overflow tube 50 is attached to the inner peripheral wall of the drain flange 20.
In one example, the lower end of the overflow pipe 50 is provided with a sealing part 53, the sealing part 53 is configured in a boss shape, and the cross-sectional area of the sealing part 53 is gradually increased in a direction from the bottom to the top. Wherein the maximum diameter of the sealing part 53 is greater than the inner diameter of the drain flange 20, and the minimum diameter of the sealing part 53 is less than the inner diameter of the drain flange 20. Therefore, the outer peripheral wall of the sealing portion 53 can be attached to the upper edge of the inner peripheral wall of the drain flange 20, so that the sealing performance between the sealing portion 53 and the drain flange 20 is ensured, and the water in the water tank 200 is prevented from leaking through the gap between the sealing portion 53 and the drain flange 20. In order to maintain a certain amount of water in the water tank 200 during the washing of dishes in the dishwasher 1, the overflow pipe 50 is inserted into the filter member 10 so that the water in the water tank 200 cannot directly flow out through the drain flange 20; when the water tank 200 of the dishwasher 1 needs to be drained, the overflow pipe 50 needs to be taken out of the filter member 10 so that the water in the water tank 200 can be drained through the drain flange 20 after being filtered by the filter member 10.
In a second aspect, the embodiment of the present application provides a dishwasher 1 including a filtering apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present application.
In one embodiment, the dishwasher 1 further includes a water tank 200 and a drain 300. Specifically, the bottom wall 201 of the tank 200 is provided with a positioning groove 203 surrounding the drain hole 202, and the flange 21 of the drain flange 20 is received in the positioning groove.
In one example, the positioning groove 203 is formed by a bottom wall 201 of the water tank 200 depressed downward, and the positioning groove 203 is disposed around the drain hole 202. The lower surface of the flange 21 of the drain flange 20 is attached to the bottom wall of the positioning groove 203, and the flange 21 of the drain flange 20 may be fixed to the bottom wall of the positioning groove 203 by a fastener. This facilitates the positioning of the drain flange 20 and the drain hole 202, and also improves the fixing effect of the filter member 10 by positioning the flange 21 of the drain flange 20 below the annular flange 11 and pressing the annular flange 11 against the bottom wall 201 of the water tank 200 by the fixing member 30 attached to the flange 21.
Preferably, the drain pipe 300 may be a rubber pipe, so that the drain pipe 300 may be directly sleeved on the neck 22 of the drain flange 20, and the connection between the drain pipe 300 and the neck 22 of the drain flange 20 is better and the sealing performance is better.
Other configurations of the dishwasher 1 of the above-described embodiment may be adopted for various technical solutions known to those skilled in the art now and in the future, and will not be described in detail herein.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the filtering device 100 of the embodiment of the present application can filter the solid residue in the water in the process of draining the water in the water tank 200, and prevent the solid residue from entering the drain pipe 300 connected with the drain hole 202 through the drain hole 202 at the bottom of the water tank 200, so as to prevent the drain pipe 300 of the dishwasher 1 from being blocked, thereby improving the operational reliability of the dishwasher 1. Meanwhile, the filtering apparatus 100 has the advantages of simple structure and convenient assembly and disassembly.
