Here, the discharge port 142 is formed at a portion of the upper surface of the air mattress 140, which overlaps the center of each space 143.

In addition, the upper surface of the air cushion 140 is detachably coupled to the air cushion 140, the small chamber 144 is coupled to each of the space portions 143, and the small chamber 144 is filled with the cosmetic liquid.

Specifically, a discharge hole 145 for discharging the cosmetic liquid upward is formed in each of the cells 144.

1. A portable cosmetic case, comprising:

a main body, the center of which is penetrated up and down and is combined with a main cover, and the main cover opens and closes the penetrated upper and lower parts;

a fixing ring detachably coupled to a center of the main body; and

and a refill container respectively combined at the upper and lower parts of the fixing ring.

2. The portable cosmetic case of claim 1,

a lead-in piece is formed at an opposite lower portion of the refill container to facilitate insertion into the fixing ring.

3. The portable cosmetic case of claim 2,

a first fixing groove is formed at the outer circumference of the introduction piece, and a first fixing protrusion formed on the inner wall of the fixing ring is fastened and fixed to the first fixing groove.

4. The portable cosmetic case of claim 3,

a second fixing groove is formed at one side of the introduction piece, the second fixing groove being inserted along a second fixing protrusion formed at one side of an inner wall of the fixing ring in a longitudinal direction.

5. The portable cosmetic case of claim 4,

a hinge is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the upper portion of the refill container at the same position as the second fixing groove in a protruding manner, and a sub-cap for opening and closing the upper end is coupled to the hinge,

an insertion groove is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the main body so that the hinge of the refill container is inserted to a position orthogonal to the main lid.
