During sterilization, the temperature ranges of a first temperature sensor 22 in the hot water tank 9, a second temperature sensor 26 in the cold water tank 10 and a third temperature sensor 47 in the sterilization kettle and the pressure range of a pressure sensor 46 in the sterilization kettle are set during operation; the heating coil 23 in the hot water tank 9 is started, the first temperature sensor 22 collects temperature values in the hot water tank 9, data are transmitted to the control system, when the temperature of water in the hot water tank 9 is heated to a set numerical range, the control system controls the heating coil 23 to stop heating, the conveying valve 19 and the water pump 12 are started, the hot water is conveyed to the inside of the sterilization kettle through the conveying pipe 11, the atomized hot water is sprayed to the surface of canned food through the nozzle 7 for sterilization, the third temperature sensor 47 collects temperature values in the sterilization kettle at the moment, the pressure sensor 46 collects pressure values in the sterilization kettle, and the opening and closing of the conveying valve 19 and the air release valve 14 are adjusted through the control system to control the pressure values in the sterilization kettle to be kept in the set range for sterilization.
After the sterilization is finished, the control system opens the three-way control valve 16 to return hot water to the hot water tank 9, and simultaneously, the control system opens the air supply valve 50, and compressed air is introduced into the sterilization kettle by the air compressor 48, so that the pressure is adjusted within a set range.
Finally, cooling is carried out, a second temperature sensor 26 collects the temperature value in the cold water tank 10, so that the water temperature in the cold water tank 10 is kept in a set range, the control system starts the cooling valve 20 and the water pump 12, cold water is conveyed into the sterilization kettle through the conveying pipe 11, fog-shaped cold water is sprayed to the surface of canned food through the nozzle 7 for cooling, and the opening and closing of the air replenishing valve 50 and the air release valve 14 are adjusted through the control system so that the pressure in the sterilization kettle is kept in the set range; when the temperature in the sterilization kettle reaches the kettle outlet requirement, the control system closes the air compensating valve 50 and opens the three-way control valve 16 to return cold water to the cold water tank 10.

A sterilization kettle is characterized by comprising a kettle body (1) and an operation table (2), wherein a plurality of first supporting legs (3) are arranged on the kettle body (1), the kettle body (1) is connected with the operation table (2) through the first supporting legs (3), a plurality of spray pipes (4) are arranged on two sides in the kettle body (1), a plurality of box bodies (5) corresponding to the spray pipes (4) are arranged on two sides outside the kettle body (1), the box bodies (5) are hermetically connected with the kettle body (1), a main spray pipe (6) is arranged on one side of each spray pipe (4), a plurality of nozzles (7) are arranged on the other side of each spray pipe (4), one end of each main spray pipe (6) is communicated with the corresponding spray pipes (4), the other end of each main spray pipe (6) penetrates through the kettle body (1) to be located in the box body (5) and is communicated with the interior of the box body (5), spray house steward (6) and the cauldron body (1) and rotate and be connected, fixedly connected with impeller (8) on spray house steward (6), impeller (8) are located box body (5), be equipped with hot-water tank (9) and cold water storage cistern (10) on operation panel (2), be equipped with conveyer pipe (11) on hot-water tank (9), be equipped with water pump (12) on conveyer pipe (11), the one end of conveyer pipe (11) is linked together with hot-water tank (9) and cold water storage cistern (10) respectively, the other end of conveyer pipe (11) is linked together with a plurality of box body (5) respectively, the position of the one end that conveyer pipe (11) and box body (5) are linked together is corresponding with the position of impeller (8).
