8. The record-list deposit clip of claim 6 wherein, on said third surface, a projection of said third magnet at least partially coincides with a projection of said first magnet.

The record keeping clip as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a holding member for holding the record keeping member, wherein the cover plate has a fourth surface disposed opposite to the second surface, and the holding member is disposed on the fourth surface and engages with the second magnet.
