The base 27, the first adjusting belt 8 and the second adjusting belt 9 in this embodiment may be made of elastic materials such as soft rubber, silica gel, and the like, one end of the first adjusting belt 8 and one end of the second adjusting belt 9 are integrally formed with the fixing base 1, and the upper cover 28 may be made of materials such as plastics, metals, alloys, woods, and the like, which are not easily deformed.
