A data processing system as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the data processing device comprises at least a communication base station (4) and a first communication unit, the first communication unit is communicated with the communication base station (4) and is used for communicating with the unmanned vehicle and performing video interaction, so as to ensure safe driving of the unmanned vehicle and monitoring and storing of data.

A data processing system according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the data processing apparatus comprises at least a second communication unit and a city management data center, the second communication unit is in communication with the city management data center and transmits the data collected by the data processing apparatus to the city management data center.
