When the reed pipe needs to be replaced and maintained, the reed pipe can be conveniently replaced only by taking out the reed pipe installation assembly from the outer side of the front plate. That is, through above configuration, when needing to change the tongue tube, need not dismantle the front bezel, maintenance process labour saving and time saving.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a main body part of a reed pipe mounting assembly provided in this embodiment, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a part of a front plate of a clothes dryer provided in this embodiment, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a part of a front plate provided with a reed pipe mounting assembly provided in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the reed pipe mounting assembly provided by the present embodiment includes a main body portion 1, and the main body portion 1 is configured to be embedded and fixed in a mounting hole 21. The main body 1 and the mounting hole 21 may be fixed in various ways, for example, buckles may be mounted on two sides of the main body 1, and the main body 1 and the mounting hole 21 may be connected by the buckles. The present embodiment does not limit the connection manner of the main body 1 and the mounting hole 21, as long as the connection manner satisfies that the main body 1 can be fixedly connected with the mounting hole 21 when being embedded in the mounting hole 21.
Referring to fig. 4, a mounting hole 21 is provided on the front plate 2 of the washing or drying apparatus, and the mounting hole 21 is provided opposite to a door (not shown) installed on the front plate 2. It should be understood that the mounting hole 21 is provided to face the opening and closing door mounted on the front plate 2, and when the opening and closing door is closed, the opening and closing door shields the main body 1, not affecting the overall appearance of the washing or drying apparatus. In some realizations, the mounting hole 21 may be disposed at any position on the front plate 2 surrounding the opening/closing door, and this embodiment is not limited as long as when the main body 1 is mounted at this position, the reed switch 3 located inside the main body 1 may cooperate with the magnet located at the opening/closing door, so as to control the working state of the washing or drying apparatus.
As shown in fig. 1, the main body 1 includes: a top plate 12, a bottom plate 13, and a front panel 11 positioned between the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13. In some implementations, the top plate 12, the bottom plate 13, and the front panel 11 are an integrally formed structure; alternatively, the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13 are detachably attached to the front panel 11. The top plate 12, the bottom plate 13 and the front plate 11 define a cavity for receiving and fixing the reed pipe 3, wherein the cavity defined by the top plate 12, the bottom plate 13 and the front plate 11 and the reed pipe 3 can be connected in an interference fit mode so as to fix the reed pipe 3 in the cavity.
The height of the front panel 11 is greater than the distance between the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13. It should be understood that when the main body 1 is fixed to the mounting hole 21, the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13 are located inside the mounting hole 21, and the front plate 11 is located outside the mounting hole 21. It should be noted that the outside herein refers to a side of the washing or drying apparatus close to the user when the washing or drying apparatus is used, and the inside refers to a side far from the user. Thus, the height of the front panel 11 is larger than the diameter of the mounting hole 21, and the front panel 11 closes the mounting hole 21 and contacts the front panel 2.
When the reed pipe 3 needs to be replaced, the reed pipe mounting assembly is taken out of the front plate 2 of the washing or drying equipment, namely, the main body part 1 is pulled out of the mounting hole 21 of the front plate 2 until the cavity defined by the top plate 12, the bottom plate 13 and the front panel 11 is completely pulled out of the mounting hole 21 of the front plate 2, and at the moment, the reed pipe 3 can be taken out of the cavity and then a new reed pipe 3 is replaced. Finally, the main body part 1 with the new reed pipe 3 is pushed into the mounting hole 21, and the front panel 11 is tightly attached to the outer surface of the front panel 2, thereby completing the replacement and maintenance of the reed pipe 3.
In the embodiment, the mounting hole 21 is formed on the front plate 2 of the washing or drying apparatus, so that the main body 1 of the reed pipe assembly can be embedded and fixed in the mounting hole 21. The main body part 1 comprises a top plate 12, a bottom plate 13 and a front panel 11, wherein a cavity formed by the top plate 12, the bottom plate 13 and the front panel 11 is used for accommodating the reed pipe 3, when the main body part 1 is fixed with the mounting hole 21, the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13 are positioned inside the mounting hole 21, and the front panel 11 is positioned outside the mounting hole 21 and blocks the mounting hole 21. When the reed pipe 3 is damaged and needs to be replaced and maintained, the reed pipe 3 in the cavity of the main body part 1 can be replaced and maintained only by taking the main body part 1 out of the front plate 2, so that the front plate 2 does not need to be disassembled, the replacement and maintenance time is shortened, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, in some implementations, the main body 1 further includes a rear panel 15 located between the top panel 12 and the bottom panel 13. The rear panel 15 is disposed opposite to the front panel 11, so that a cavity for receiving and fixing the reed pipe 3 is defined by the top plate 12, the bottom plate 13, the front panel 11, and the rear panel 15. When the top plate 12, the bottom plate 13, the front panel 11 and the rear panel 15 are used for limiting a cavity for accommodating and fixing the reed pipe 3, the side surface of the reed pipe 3 can be limited all around when the reed pipe 3 is located in the cavity, and therefore the reed pipe 3 is prevented from moving radially in the cavity.
The rear panel 15 may be connected to the top and bottom panels 12, 13 by a variety of means, such as adhesive bonding, for example, to connect the rear panel 15 between the top and bottom panels 12, 13. Alternatively, the front panel 11, the rear panel 15, the top panel 12 and the bottom panel 13 are made into an integral structure. Of course, the connection mode between the rear panel 15 and the top plate 12 and between the rear panel 15 and the bottom plate 13 is not limited in this embodiment, as long as the stable connection between the rear panel 15 and the top plate 12 and between the rear panel 15 and the bottom plate 13 can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, in some implementations, the back panel 15 is provided with at least one square hole 16. Wherein, when the number of the square holes 16 is one, the square holes 16 are located at the middle of the rear panel 15. When the number of the square holes 16 is two or more, the plurality of square holes 16 are arranged on the rear panel 15 according to a certain rule, and exemplarily, the plurality of square holes 16 are arranged on the rear panel 15 linearly. Of course, the arrangement of the plurality of square holes 16 on the rear panel 15 is not limited in this embodiment.
In some implementations, the front panel 11 may also be provided with at least one square hole 16 similar to the back panel. Wherein, when the number of the square holes 16 is one, the square holes 16 are located in the middle of the front panel 11. When the number of the square holes 16 is two or more, the plurality of square holes 16 are arranged on the front panel 11 according to a certain rule, and the plurality of square holes 16 are exemplarily arranged on the front panel 11 along a line. Of course, the arrangement of the plurality of square holes 16 on the front panel 11 is not limited in this embodiment.
In some implementations, the front panel 11 and the rear panel 15 are provided with at least one square hole 16, and the number of the square holes 16 on the front panel 11 and the rear panel 15 and the arrangement of the square holes on the front panel 11 and the rear panel 15 are not limited, and can be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs.
In the embodiment, the rear panel 15 is arranged between the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13, the top plate 12, the bottom plate 13, the front panel 11 and the rear panel 15 are used for limiting the cavity for accommodating and fixing the reed switch 3, the reed switch 3 is limited in the periphery of the middle side surface of the cavity, and the reed switch 3 is prevented from falling off along the radial direction of the reed switch 3 from the cavity when the machine vibrates. In addition, by providing at least one square hole 16 on the front panel 11 and/or the rear panel 15, when the front panel 11, the rear panel 15, the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13 are manufactured by molding, the main body 1 can be smoothly molded in a mold, and the main body 1 can be conveniently and smoothly released from the mold. In addition, at least one square hole 16 is arranged on the front panel 11 and the rear panel 15, and can play a role of heat dissipation.
Fig. 2 is a side view of the main body of the reed pipe mounting assembly provided in the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 1-2, in some realizable forms, the inner surface of the cavity is provided with at least one limiting rib 112 for limiting radial displacement of the reed switch 3. Obviously, when the inner space of the cavity is larger than the volume of the reed pipe 3, the position of the reed pipe 3 in the cavity can be limited by using the limiting rib 112, so that the radial movement of the reed pipe is avoided. The limiting rib 112 and the inner wall of the cavity body can adopt an integrally formed structure. In addition, the shape of the limiting rib 112 can also be designed according to actual needs, for example, the limiting rib 112 can adopt a quadrangular prism structure, one side surface of the quadrangular prism structure is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cavity, and the opposite side surface connected with the inner wall of the cavity is abutted against the reed pipe 3. Of course, the limiting rib can be other structures capable of limiting the radial displacement of the reed switch 3 in the cavity.
Illustratively, when the number of the restricting ribs 112 is one, the restricting ribs 112 extend in the axial direction of the reed pipe 3. When the number of the limiting ribs 112 is plural, the limiting ribs 112 may intersect inside the cavity, for example, may be arranged in a crisscross manner.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in some implementations, a first side of the front panel 11 is provided with a resilient catch 17, the right side in fig. 1, the resilient catch 17 being adapted to snap-fit with an inner surface of the front panel 2. Illustratively, the elastic claw 17 is an "L" shaped structure, the top end of the "L" shaped structure is fixedly connected to the first side of the front panel 11, the bottom end of the "L" shaped structure is clamped to the inner surface of the front panel 2, and the elastic claw 17 is used for limiting the position of the main body 1 so as to prevent the main body 1 from popping out from the mounting hole 21 when the washing or drying apparatus vibrates during operation. For example, when installing the reed pipe assembly, the elastic claw 17 on the first side of the front plate 11 may be inserted into the installation hole 21, and after the elastic claw 17 is engaged with the inner surface of the front plate 2, the second side of the front plate 11 may be fixed.
In this embodiment, the limiting rib 112 is disposed in the cavity, so that the purpose of limiting the radial movement of the reed pipe 3 in the cavity can be further achieved. Further, by providing the elastic claw 17 on the first side of the front panel 11, the main body 1 can be further prevented from falling out of the mounting hole 21. The stability of the connection of the main body 1 and the mounting hole 21 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, in some possible implementations, the main body portion 1 may further include a side panel 14 located at a second side of the front panel 11, which is a left side in fig. 1. Illustratively, the top panel 12, the bottom panel 13, the front panel 11, the rear panel 15, and the side panels 14 are integrally formed structures.
In some specific examples, the side plate 14 is fixedly connected to the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13 at two sides, and a gap may exist between the side plate 14 and the front plate 11 and the rear plate 15, but the gap is not limited.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the end of the top panel 12 remote from the side panel 14 is provided with an arc portion 114 that is bent upward and rightward. Also, the distance between the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13 is smaller at the end close to the side plate 14 than at the end far from the side plate 14.
Similarly, the curved portion 114 may be located on the right side of the bottom plate 13 in FIG. 1, with the curved portion 114 curving downward. It will be apparent that in some cases, the arcuate portions 114 may be provided on both the top and bottom plates 12, 114. The arc 114 portion connected to the top plate 12 is bent upward, and the arc 114 portion connected to the bottom plate 13 is bent downward.
The connection of the arc portion 114 to the top plate 12 and/or the bottom plate 13 can be set according to the actual needs of those skilled in the art. For example, the arcuate portion 114 may be made as one piece with the top plate 12 and/or the bottom plate 13. The connection between the arc-shaped portion 114 and the top plate 12 and/or the bottom plate 13 is not limited in this embodiment.
By providing the side plate 14, a cavity for receiving and fixing the reed pipe 3 can be defined by the top plate 12, the bottom plate 13, the front plate 11 and the side plate 14. At this time, the side plate 14 is used for limiting the axial displacement of the reed switch 3 in the cavity, and preventing the reed switch 3 from falling off from the second side of the front panel 11 in the cavity. Meanwhile, the arc-shaped part 114 is arranged on the right side of the top plate 12 and/or the bottom plate 13, so that the cross-sectional area of the opening of the cavity is increased, and the reed pipe 3 can be conveniently taken out of the cavity.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in some implementations, an angled stop 19 is provided between the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13, the stop 19 and the side plate 14 serving to cooperatively limit axial displacement of the reed switch 3.
Illustratively, the stop 19 may be fixed to the inner side of the top plate 12. The blocks 19 may be triangular prism-like structures, the radial cross-section of which may be of any suitable shape. For example, the end face of the reed pipe 3 can be a right triangle, wherein one right-angle side of the right triangle is fixedly connected with the inner side face of the top plate 12, and the other right-angle side of the right triangle is abutted against the end face of the reed pipe 3.
It is obvious that the stop 19 can also be fixed to the inner side of the bottom plate 13. It is easy to understand that the stop block 19 fixed on the inner side surface of the bottom plate 13 can also adopt a triangular prism-shaped structure with a radial section being a right-angled triangle, wherein one right-angled side of the right-angled triangle is connected with the inner side surface of the bottom plate 13, and the other right-angled side of the right-angled triangle is abutted against the end surface of the reed pipe 3.
Of course, in some examples, a stop 19 may be provided on both the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13 to facilitate the retention of the reed pipe 3.
Referring to fig. 1, when the reed pipe 3 needs to be assembled in the cavity, the reed pipe 3 can be inserted into the cavity from the right side of the front panel 11, and since the stopper 19 is obliquely arranged between the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13, and the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13 are made of plastic, both of them have certain toughness, when the reed pipe 3 is inserted into the cavity, the top plate 12 or the bottom plate 13 can deform under the action of pressure, so that the reed pipe 3 can be smoothly installed in the cavity, and under the condition that the external force is removed, the top plate 12 or the bottom plate 13 is restored to the original state, so that both ends of the reed pipe 3 in the axial direction can be respectively abutted against the side plate 14 and the stopper 19, thereby limiting the axial movement of the reed pipe 3, and further realizing the fixation of the reed pipe 3 in the cavity.
In certain implementations, as shown in fig. 1, the tongue tube mounting assembly further includes a screw receptacle 18, the screw receptacle 18 being in fastening connection with the side plate 14 on the left side, the screw receptacle 18 being provided with screw holes for fastening connection with screws. By securely connecting the screw receptacle 18 to the side plate 14, the connection strength of the screw receptacle 18 is increased, preventing the screw receptacle 18 from being deformed during use.
Illustratively, the screw holder 18 is a cylindrical body having a screw hole, and the front plate 2 may extend to the left and be provided with a through hole coaxial with the screw holder 18 at a position corresponding to the screw holder 18. When the front plate 2 is installed, the screw hole of the screw seat 18 is opposite to the through hole of the front plate 2, the end surface of the screw seat 18 is abutted against the inner side surface of the front plate 2, and the screw seat 18 is fixed with the front plate 2 through a screw.
In the present embodiment, a side plate 14 is disposed on the second side of the front panel 11, and a stop 19 is disposed between the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13, so that the stop 19 and the side plate 14 can jointly limit the axial displacement of the reed pipe 3 in the cavity. Meanwhile, the main body part 1 is fixed on the front plate 2 by the screw seat 18 and the screw, so that the main body part 1 and the front plate 2 can be detachably connected, and the detachment is convenient.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the reed pipe mounting assembly equipped with the reed pipe according to the embodiment.
