The embodiment of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and a schematic structural diagram of an alarm terminal shown in fig. 3, the alarm terminal for a helicopter ground proximity alarm system of the present embodiment includes: a housing 101, an instruction receiving module 102, an indicator light 103, a light guide plate 104, and a communication module 105; wherein, the light guide plate 104 is installed on one side of the housing 101, and includes one or more hollow areas 114; the indicator light 103 is installed inside the housing 101 and behind each hollowed-out area 114 of the light guide plate 104; the instruction receiving module 102 is installed outside the housing 101, and the installation position of the instruction receiving module and the installation position of the light guide plate 104 are both located on the same side surface of the housing 101; the communication module 105 is installed inside the shell 101, is electrically connected with the indicator light 103 and the instruction receiving module 102 respectively, and can be detachably connected with an alarm computer of the helicopter; when the alarm terminal is connected to the alarm computer, the communication module 105 may establish a communication connection with the alarm computer, so that the communication module 105 may communicate with the alarm computer according to the control instruction received from the instruction receiving module 102, or so that the communication module 105 may transmit a light alarm signal sent by the alarm computer to the indicator light 103, so as to control the indicator light 103 to be turned on or off according to the light alarm signal.
In this embodiment, the light guide plate 104 is an optical material with high light conversion rate, safety, environmental protection, durability and reliability, and the light alarm structure combining the light guide plate 104 and the indicator light 103 is selected for use, so that the physical structure strength of the alarm terminal can be improved, and the structural integrity and the functional integrity of the alarm terminal can be ensured when the alarm terminal encounters repeated impact or transient vibration.
Optionally, in order to facilitate the installation of the warning terminal in the installation position of the cockpit of the helicopter, the casing 101 of the warning terminal is a rectangular parallelepiped structure. The housing 101 includes two installation parts, the two installation parts are located at two sides of the installation light guide plate 104, and when the alarm terminal is fixed on the installation position of the cockpit through the installation parts, one side of the installation light guide plate 104 in the housing 101 faces the cockpit, so that the pilot can easily see the alarm indication and the operation of the alarm terminal is simpler. For example, the mounting part can be a trapezoidal protrusion, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the trapezoidal protrusion, and the warning terminal can be fixed on a mounting position of a cockpit of a helicopter through the mounting holes.
In order to improve the reliability and effectiveness of the alarm, the alarm indication of the alarm terminal can be classified into an alarm level alarm, a warning level alarm and a failure alarm according to the emergency degree endangering the flight safety of the helicopter. Wherein, the alarm of the guard level means that the helicopter enters the guard level alarm boundary of the alarm model and needs the pilot to improve the attention; the warning level alarm means that the helicopter enters the warning level alarm boundary of the alarm model and needs a pilot to perform corresponding operation so as to avoid flight accidents; the failure alarm means that the helicopter ground proximity alarm system has a fault, so that the alarm function cannot be realized.
The alarm modes of the alarm terminal comprise light alarm and voice alarm.
Optionally, in order to implement the light alarm, the light guide plate 104 of the alarm terminal includes four hollow areas 114 for indicating a terrain, a pull-up, a terrain failure, and a system failure, respectively, and the rear of each hollow area 114 includes at least one indicator light 103; when the indicator light 103 is turned on, light can be transmitted from the corresponding hollow area 114 to the outside of the housing 101.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the hollow area 114 may form corresponding words or characters to display the warning message. For example, the characters hollowed out on the light guide plate 104 include "topography", "pull-up", "topography failure", "system failure"; thus, the combination of the characters and indicator lights 103 may be referred to as a "terrain" indicator light, a "pull-up" indicator light, a "terrain-failure" indicator light, and a "system-failure" indicator light.
When the terrain indicator light is on, the helicopter enters the guard level warning boundary of the warning model to prompt the pilot to pay attention to the terrain. And, when the helicopter is within the arm level warning boundary, the "terrain" indicator lights are constantly on; when the helicopter is out of the armed level warning boundary, the "terrain" indicator lights go off.
When the pull-up indicator light is on, the helicopter enters an alarm level alarm boundary of the alarm model, and the pilot is prompted to pull up the helicopter so as to avoid a flight accident of the helicopter. And, when the helicopter is within the warning level warning boundary, the "pull-up" indicator light is always on; when the helicopter is out of the warning level warning boundary, the pull-up indicator light is extinguished.
When the terrain failure indicator light is on, the warning computer can not obtain the data required by forward looking warning from the helicopter. When the warning computer can obtain the data needed by forward looking warning from the helicopter, the 'terrain failure' indicator lamp is turned off.
When the 'system failure' indicator light is on, the alarm computer cannot acquire data from the helicopter, or the ground proximity alarm system fails, so that the ground proximity alarm system cannot work normally. When the ground proximity warning system can normally acquire data from the helicopter and can normally work, the system failure indicator lamp is turned off.
In addition, in order to enable the pilot to distinguish the alarm levels more intuitively, the alarm terminal indicates different alarm levels through indicating lamps with different colors. For example, the "landscape" indicator light belonging to the arm level alert may be an amber indicator light and the "pull-up" indicator light belonging to the arm level alert may be a red indicator light. The indicator light 103 may be an LED, so as to improve the reliability of the light indication of the alarm terminal.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the alarm terminal further includes a light display circuit 108, one end of the light display circuit 108 is electrically connected to the indicator light 103, and the other end is electrically connected to the communication module 105; so that the communication module 105 can transmit the light alarm signal from the alarm computer to the indicator light 103 to control the turning on or off of the indicator light 103 according to the light alarm signal.
For example, a "terrain" indicator light, a "pull-up" indicator light, a "terrain-out" indicator light, a "system-out" indicator light are each connected to a different pin of the communication module 105 by a light display circuit 108. When the communication module 105 receives the light alarm signal, it lights the corresponding indicator light 103 by supplying power to the corresponding light display circuit 108.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, in order to implement the voice alarm, the alarm terminal further includes a voice prompt module 106, where the voice prompt module 106 is installed inside the housing 101 and electrically connected to the communication module 105; the voice prompt module 106 is used for starting or stopping playing the warning voice according to the voice control signal transmitted by the warning computer through the communication module 105.
Optionally, the alarm terminal further includes a voice circuit 1010, and one end of the voice circuit 1010 is electrically connected to the voice prompt module 106, and the other end is electrically connected to the communication module 105. So that the communication module 105 can transmit the voice control signal sent by the alarm computer to the voice prompt module 106 to control the voice prompt module 106 to start or stop playing the alarm voice according to the voice control signal.
Optionally, in order to control the alarm function of the ground proximity alarm system of the helicopter, the instruction receiving module 102 includes function switching keys 122, and the function switching keys 122 are electrically connected to the communication module 105 respectively; when receiving a control instruction from the user through the function switching key 122, the communication module 105 may communicate with the alarm computer according to the control instruction to start or stop the function corresponding to the function switching key 122.
When the helicopter enters a dangerous state, the light alarm and the voice alarm of the alarm terminal can increase the driving pressure of a pilot, so that the probability of misoperation of the pilot is increased, and further, a flight accident can be caused. Therefore, the pilot needs to be able to control the activation and interruption of the light and voice alarms of the alarm terminal.
In order to control the light warning function of the helicopter ground proximity warning system, the function switching key 122 comprises a terrain display suppression key 1221; when a control instruction of the user is received through the topographic display depression key 1221, the communication module 105 may communicate with the warning computer according to the control instruction to activate or deactivate the warning forward-looking topographic display function, the arm level warning function, and the warning level warning function. For example, when the terrain display key is pressed, the "terrain" indicator lamp and the "pull-up" indicator lamp of the warning terminal will be turned off.
Wherein, in order to control the audio alert function of the helicopter ground proximity alert system, the function switch keys 122 include an audio mute key 1222; when a user control command is received via the audio mute button 1222, the communication module 105 may communicate with the alert computer to enable or disable the alert voice playback function according to the control command.
Optionally, the helicopter ground proximity warning system adopts different working modes at different flight altitudes. In order to switch the operation mode of the helicopter ground proximity warning system, the function switch key 122 includes an operation mode switch key 1223, and when a control command of a user is received through the operation mode switch key 1223, the communication module 105 may communicate with the warning computer according to the control command, so as to switch the warning computer to the normal operation mode or switch the warning computer to the low altitude operation mode.
For example, the operation mode switch key 1223 may be a "low altitude" key that is pressed by the pilot, and the communication module 105 communicates with the warning computer to control the helicopter ground proximity warning system to enter a low altitude operation mode, and causes the warning computer to adjust the warning model and to adjust the warning envelope in the warning model. When the pilot presses the 'low altitude' key again, the helicopter ground proximity warning system exits the low altitude operating mode and enters a normal operating mode.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the alarm terminal further includes a function switching circuit 109, the function switching circuit 109 is electrically connected to the function switching key 122, and the other end is electrically connected to the communication module 105. For example, the audio suppression button 1222, the topographic display suppression button 1221, and the operation mode switching button 1223 are connected to the communication module 105 through the function switching circuit 109.
Optionally, the status of the warning function on or off, and the operating mode of the helicopter ground proximity warning system are displayed to the pilot. The light guide plate comprises hollow areas which are respectively used for indicating that the voice playing function is in an interrupted state, hollow areas which indicate that the terrain display function, the guard level warning function and the warning level warning function are in an interrupted state, hollow areas which indicate that the working mode is in a low-height working state, and at least one indicator light is arranged behind each hollow area; when the indicator light is turned on, the light can be transmitted to the outside of the shell from the corresponding hollow-out area.
For example, the characters of the hollowed-out region 114 on the light guide plate 104 include "audio suppression", "terrain suppression", "low-height actuation"; these characters, in combination with indicator light 103, form an "audio suppression" indicator light, a "terrain suppression" indicator light, a "low altitude start" indicator light.
When the pilot presses the audio suppression button 1222, the "audio suppression" indicator lights are illuminated to indicate that the helicopter ground proximity warning system is in a state to interrupt the warning voice playback function. When the pilot presses the audio mute button 1222 again, the "audio mute" indicator lights go out, indicating that the helicopter ground proximity warning system is in the on-state warning voice play function.
When the pilot presses the terrain display suppression key 1221, the "terrain suppression" indicator light lights up, indicating that the helicopter ground proximity warning system is in a state of interrupting the warning forward-looking terrain display function, the arm level warning function, and the warning level warning function. When the pilot presses the terrain display suppression key 1221 again, the "terrain suppression" indicator light goes off, indicating that the helicopter ground proximity warning system is in a state where the warning forward-looking terrain display function, the arm level warning function, and the warning level warning function are activated.
When the pilot presses the operation mode switching button 1223, the "low altitude start" indicator light is turned on, indicating that the helicopter ground proximity warning system is in the low altitude operation mode. When the pilot presses the operation mode switching key 1223 again, the "low altitude start" indicator light goes out, indicating that the helicopter ground proximity warning system exits the low altitude operation mode, and enters the normal operation mode.
