thirdly, clamping the lock tongue 101 by using the lock tongue clamping air claw 16;
fourthly, the bolt manipulator 19 is used for driving the bolt clamping air claw 16 to move so as to move the bolt 101 into the mounting groove 106, and at the moment, the bolt guide needle 17 is in contact with the pin shaft 107;
fifthly, the bolt clamping air claw 16 loosens the bolt 101, and at the moment, the shaft hole 1010 of the bolt 101 is opposite to the pin shaft 107;
and sixthly, driving the bolt guide needle 17 to move upwards and reset by using the guide needle cylinder 18 so as to feed the bolt 101 next time.
As shown in fig. 1 and 9, and with reference to fig. 14 and 15, the wrench loading assembly 5 includes a wrench loading mounting bracket 50; the wrench loading mounting frame 50 is provided with a wrench taking station, a wrench sliding plate 51 and a sliding plate cylinder 52 for driving the wrench sliding plate 51 to move towards and away from the wrench taking station; the wrench sliding plate 51 is transversely arranged on the wrench feeding mounting frame 50 in a sliding manner; the wrench sliding plate 51 is fixedly provided with a plurality of wrench trays 53 for placing the wrenches 104; a plurality of spanner trays 53 are arranged in sequence along the moving direction of the spanner sliding plate 51; the sliding plate cylinder 52 is fixedly arranged on the wrench feeding mounting frame 50; the wrench feeding assembly 5 further comprises a wrench clamping air claw 54 for clamping the wrench 104 and a wrench manipulator 55 for moving the wrench clamping air claw 54.
The steps of loading the wrench 104 are as follows:
firstly, a wrench clamping air claw 54 is moved to the position near a wrench tray 53 positioned at a wrench taking station by a wrench manipulator 55;
secondly, the wrench clamping air claw 54 is used for clamping the wrench 104;
thirdly, the wrench manipulator 55 is used for driving the wrench clamping air claw 54 to move, so that the wrench 104 is moved into the mounting groove 106;
fourthly, the wrench clamping air claw 54 loosens the wrench 104 so as to feed the wrench 104 next time.
When the wrench 104 on the wrench material tray 53 at the wrench taking station is taken out, the wrench sliding plate 51 is driven by the sliding plate cylinder 52 to move towards the wrench taking station, and the next adjacent wrench material tray 53 is moved to the wrench taking station, so that the wrench clamping air claw 54 clamps the wrench 104, and the efficiency is high.
