Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides an electric control component protection 400 and an embodiment of an air conditioner including a protection cover. The protective cover 400 can be applied to the electronic control components 300 with various shapes and structures, so that the protective cover has better applicability. The air conditioner may be any one of a mobile air conditioner, a wall-mounted air conditioner, a floor type air conditioner, and a ceiling type air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in an embodiment of the protective cover of the electronic control component of the present invention, the protective cover 400 includes a cover 410, and the cover 410 has an opening opened downward to cover the electronic control component 300 through the opening; a notch 401 is formed at one end of the cover 410, and the notch 401 penetrates the edge of the opening to accommodate a protrusion of the power control component 300 that protrudes laterally relative to the main body thereof.
Specifically, the protective cover 400 is made of a fireproof and flame-retardant material, so that the protective cover 400 has fireproof and flame-retardant properties, and the fireproof properties of the electronic control component 300 are improved. In a general case, for the electronic control component 300 with a regular shape, the cover 410 may directly cover the electronic control component 300 with a regular shape. In a special case, for the irregularly-shaped electronic control component 300, the electronic control component 300 has a main body portion and a protruding portion protruding laterally relative to the main body portion, when the cover 410 covers the irregularly-shaped electronic control component 300, since the notched groove 401 of the cover 410 penetrates through the edge of the opening of the cover 410, an expansion space is formed at the notched groove 401, and the notched groove 401 can accommodate or penetrate out the protruding portion of the electronic control component 300. Taking the electric control component 300 as the drain valve as an example, the valve seat of the drain valve is the main body portion, and the valve shaft of the drain valve is the protrusion portion. Taking the electric control component 300 as a strong electricity box as an example, the box body of the strong electricity box is a main body part, and the connecting terminal protruding from the box body is a protruding part.
In addition, the existence of the notch 401 also allows the portion of the cover 410 located at both sides of the notch 401 to deform, so that the circumference of the cover 410 can be deformed adaptively according to the specific shape of the electronic control component 300 to fit over the electronic control component 300. That is, the protective cover 400 can cover both the electronic control part 300 having a regular shape and the electronic control part 300 having an irregular shape.
The technical solution of the present invention is that, the cover 410 of the protecting cover 400 is provided with the notch 401, and the notch 401 runs through the open edge of the cover 410 to be suitable for the protrusion of the electric control component 300 to pass through, so that the protecting cover 400 can adapt to the electric control component 300 with irregular cover shape (see the foregoing description for details). That is, the protective cover 400 can cover not only the electronic control component 300 with a regular shape, but also the electronic control component 300 with an irregular shape, thereby effectively improving the applicability of the protective cover 400. Therefore, different electric control components 300 do not need to be configured for the electric control components 300 with different shapes in the production process, and the manufacturability of the protective cover 400 is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 5 to 9, in an embodiment, the protective cover 400 may be directly sleeved on the electronic control component 300. Since the air conditioner is configured with the mounting structure 200 to which the power control part 300 is mounted, the barrier cover 400 may cover the power control part 300 by being nested outside the mounting structure 200 to which the power control part 300 is mounted. It is considered that heat is generated during the operation of the electronic control component 300, and if the protective cover 400 is directly sleeved on the electronic control component 300, the heat is not easily dissipated at the position where the protective cover is in contact with the electronic control component 300, and the electronic control component 300 may be damaged due to the temperature rise.
In view of this, in order to avoid the above problem, the cover 410 of the barrier cover 400 covers the electric control part 300 by being put on the outside of the mounting structure 200 on which the electric control part 300 is mounted. The notch 401 of the cover 410 is correspondingly positioned at the end of the mounting structure 200 through which the protruding portion protrudes.
Specifically, the mounting structure 200 is configured with a mounting groove in which the electronic control part 300 is mounted. When assembling the protecting cover 400, the notch 401 of the cover 410 of the protecting cover 400 is correspondingly clamped to one end of the mounting structure 200, and the protecting cover 400 is positioned on the mounting structure 200; then, the top of the cover 410 is pressed, so that the cover 410 is sleeved on the mounting structure 200, and the electric control component 300 is covered in the mounting groove of the mounting structure 200.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, in an embodiment, in order to prevent an assembler from flipping the protective cover 400 upside down during assembling the protective cover 400, the cover 410 optionally includes a main body 411 and a positioning portion 412 configured at one end of the main body 411 and provided with a notch 401, and a top wall of the positioning portion 412 is lower than a top wall of the main body 411 (see fig. 9 and 10), so as to be suitable for abutting against a protrusion 311 formed on a top surface of the electronic control component 300 (see fig. 7 and 8).
Therefore, in the process of assembling the protective cover 400, in the process of covering the protective cover 400 on the electronic control component 300, only when an assembler covers the positioning portion 412 of the cover body 410 under the protrusion 311 on the electronic control component 300 and the inner surface of the top wall of the positioning portion 412 abuts against the protrusion 311 on the electronic control component 300, the assembler is prompted that the protective cover 400 is assembled in place, otherwise, the assembler is prompted that the protective cover 400 needs to be turned in the assembling direction, and foolproof assembly is realized. It should be noted that the protruding portion 311 on the top surface of the electronic control component 300 may be a protruding structure of the electronic control component 300 itself (such as a fixing lug, or a stud, or a terminal for fixing the electronic control component 300), or a protruding structure additionally disposed on the electronic control component 300.
Referring to fig. 5, 10 and 11, an outlet 402 is formed at an end of the main body 411 away from the positioning portion 412, and the outlet 402 is suitable for a wire of the power control component 300 to pass through. The outlet 402 is located on the side of the body 411 and extends through the open edge of the cover 410. The wires of the electric control part 300 covered inside the protective cover 400 are laterally extended from the outlet 402 and connected to the electric control box.
Referring to fig. 6, 9 and 10, according to any of the above embodiments, the protecting cover 400 further includes two holding plates 420 configured on two opposite sides of the cover 410, and the two holding plates 420 are clamped on two opposite sides of the mounting structure 200 to fix the protecting cover 400.
Specifically, the mounting structure 200 has side wall plates 210 located on opposite sides of the mounting slot. In the process of assembling the protecting cover 400, the two holding plates 420 of the protecting cover 400 are inserted from top to bottom from the outer plate surfaces of the two side wall plates 210 of the mounting structure 200 respectively until the notch 401 of the protecting cover 400 is correspondingly engaged with one end of the mounting structure 200, and then the two are assembled in place. At this time, the two clamping plates 420 respectively lean on the outer plate surfaces of the two side wall plates 210, so as to cooperate to clamp at two sides of the mounting structure 200, and further fix the protecting cover 400 on the mounting structure 200, so that the protecting cover 400 is not easy to move, and the stability of the installation of the protecting cover 400 is improved.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, in an embodiment, in the two opposite clamping plates 420, the distance between the clamping arms 421 of the two clamping plates 420 is less than or equal to the transverse width of the mounting structure 200, so as to ensure that the two clamping plates 420 are tightly clamped on the two side wall plates 210 of the mounting structure 200. However, the two clamping plates 420 may not be easily inserted into the outer plate surfaces of the two side wall plates 210 during the assembly process. Therefore, in order to reduce the difficulty of inserting into the outer plate surfaces of the two side wall plates 210, optionally, the holding plate 420 includes a holding arm 421 extending downward from the opening of the cover 410, and a guide arm 422 connected to the lower end of the holding arm 421; the guide arm 422 of each clamping plate 420 extends obliquely away from the other opposing clamping plate 420.
With the above-described design, the distance between the guide arms 422 of the two opposite clamping plates 420 is greater than the distance between the clamping arms 421 of the two clamping plates 420, so that the two side wall plates 210 of the mounting structure 200 can be easily inserted between the two clamping plates 420. In the process of assembling the protective cover 400, the guide arms 422 of the holding plates 420 of the cover 410 are aligned with the long edges of the side wall plates 210, and then the cover 410 is pressed downward, so that the side wall plates 210 slide upward relatively, and further slide along the inner side surfaces of the guide arms 422 of the holding plates 420 into the inner side surfaces of the holding arms 421 thereof, so that the holding arms 421 of the two holding plates 420 are tightly fitted and held on the two side wall plates 210.
Referring to fig. 5 and 9, in an embodiment, considering that the reinforcing ribs are configured around the mounting structure 200, optionally, any one of the clamping plates 420 is provided with an avoiding groove 403, the avoiding groove 403 divides the clamping plate 420 into two sub-clamping plates, and the avoiding groove 403 is adapted to avoid the reinforcing ribs configured around the mounting structure 200.
Based on any of the above embodiments, in order to facilitate the protective cover 400 to be sleeved on the irregularly-shaped electronic control component 300 or the mounting structure 200 thereof, optionally, the protective cover 400 is made of a soft flame retardant material, so that the protective cover 400 can be flexibly deformed. By such design, the protective cover 400 can be flexibly deformed to adapt to the irregularly-shaped electronic control component 300 or the mounting structure 200 thereof.
