The present invention relates to a cooking apparatus comprising a closing structure of a cooking chamber, having a door and a frame, wherein the closing interaction between the door and the frame is defined by at least one magnetic element. The cooking apparatus provides a user with optimized closing of the cooking chamber and smooth manipulation of the cooking chamber door.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cooking apparatus comprising a closing structure of a cooking chamber, having a door and a frame, wherein the closing interaction between the door and the frame is defined by at least one magnetic element. The cooking apparatus provides both optimized closing of the cooking chamber and smooth manipulation of the cooking chamber door for the user.
Background
As is well known to those skilled in the art, the prior art presents a variety of cooking oven models, which may be based on a wide variety of forms of heat generation. Therefore, gas cookers, electric cookers, electromagnetic cookers, and the like are well known. In fact, regardless of the type of functional principle, the cooking oven is intended to define a cooking chamber comprising at least one heat source capable of heating and/or cooking food.
Furthermore, as known to those skilled in the art, such cooking ovens comprise a closing structure intended to isolate the cooking chamber from the external environment, preventing the escape of the heat generated inside the cooking chamber, thus improving the cooking efficiency.
The closing structure is generally given a door that can be moved by a user and a frame that interacts directly with the door, and at least one closing device is provided on the door and/or the frame.
In this respect, the prior art proposes solutions for closing the cooking chamber, for example in EP2093498, which proposes a cooking apparatus comprising a cooking oven with a door comprising at least one magnet intended to assist its closing.
In addition, document US5293020 discloses a closing structure for a microwave oven, said structure comprising a door provided with a magnet and a body provided with an electromagnet.
The proposals of documents EP2093498 and US5293020, although practical, fail to provide a protective structure for the magnets, exposing them to heat from the cooking chamber. Therefore, the present invention has been made to overcome such problems.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In this sense, the main object of the present invention is to disclose a cooking apparatus wherein the closing structure of the cooking chamber is defined by a door and a frame.
Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a closing structure wherein the closing interaction between the door and the frame is defined by at least one magnetic element.
Finally, it is an object of the invention to disclose a closing structure that can provide the user with an optimal closing of the cooking chamber and a smooth handling of the cooking chamber door.
The above objects are fully achieved by the cooking apparatus of the present invention, which comprises at least one cooking chamber comprising at least one closing structure provided with at least one door and at least one frame; the cooking device is particularly defined by the following features: the door includes at least one protective structure extending over at least a portion of an interior face of the door; the frame comprises at least one magnetic interaction region; at least one magnetic element is located below the protective structure of the door; the magnetic element defines a closing engagement between the door and the frame by interaction with the at least one magnetic interaction region.
Drawings
The present invention is explained in detail based on the following drawings.
Fig. 1 shows an interior view of a door showing a protective structure with a magnetic element arranged below the protective structure.
Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the cooking chamber showing the closing structure and the interaction between the door and the frame.
Detailed Description
In accordance with the purpose of the invention proposed herein, an arrangement is disclosed applied to a cooking apparatus comprising at least one cooking chamber 1, the cooking chamber 1 comprising at least one closing structure provided with at least one door 2 and at least one frame 3.
For example, a cooking appliance may be defined as a household or industrial cooking oven, a microwave oven, a wood oven or any cooking appliance comprising a chamber with a closing structure.
As shown in fig. 1, the cooking apparatus of the present invention is further defined by the following arrangement: the door 2 comprises at least one protective structure 20 extending over at least a portion of the internal face of said door 2. The protective structure 20 is preferably defined by a plastic covering disposed on the inner face of the door 2. As a basic function, the protective structure 20 protects the inner face of the door 2 directly exposed to the heat of the cooking chamber 1, assists the thermal insulation of the cooking chamber 1 and provides a more aesthetic finish to the cooking apparatus.
In particular, the at least one magnetic element 4 is located below the protective structure 20 of the door 2, adding a further function to the protective structure 20 that receives and protects said magnetic element 4. In a preferred embodiment, the magnetic element 4 is defined by at least one magnet. Note that depending on the design of the closure structure, multiple magnets may be employed.
More preferably, in the present invention, two magnetic elements are provided near the opposite ends of the hinge point of the door 2 with the cooking apparatus (see fig. 1). It is noted that the door 2 may be arranged with several magnetic elements 4 in a distributed manner.
According to the basic premise of the present invention, the magnetic element 4 defines the closing engagement between the door 2 and the frame 3 by interaction with the magnetic interaction region 30. It is therefore clear that in the device proposed here, the frame 3 comprises at least one magnetic interaction region 30, as shown in fig. 2.
The magnetic interaction region 30 is typically defined by a region capable of magnetic interaction with a magnet, and may be defined by a second magnet or a metal region (magnetizable metal). Furthermore, it should be noted that the magnetic interaction region 30 has to generate a mutual attraction force in the magnetic element 4.
That is, as can be confirmed from fig. 1 and 2, the magnetic element 4 magnetically interacts with at least one magnetic interaction region 30 located on the frame 3 to ensure proper closing of the door 2.
As is well known to those skilled in the art, magnetic force is the result of an interaction between two magnetically endowed objects (e.g., magnets or mobile charges); in the case of the magnetic element 4, it is a magnet. The magnetic force operates in such a way that the magnetic element 4 ensures that the user opens and closes the door 2 smoothly without jumping or bumping.
Furthermore, considering the same magnetic force, the magnetic element 4 ensures that the door 2 will remain properly closed, isolating the cooking chamber 1; this is particularly important when cooking.
Finally, it is important to note that the magnetic force acts from a distance, that is, when the door 2 is close to the frame, the magnetic element helps close the door 2, facilitating the closing movement for the user.
It is important to emphasize that the above description is only intended to exemplarily describe the specific embodiments of the present invention discussed. It is therefore evident that modifications, variations and constructive combinations of elements which perform the same function in substantially the same way to achieve the same result are still within the scope of protection defined by the appended claims.
