Description

Arrangement for positioning at least two door leaves and piece of furniture
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an arrangement system for making two at least door leafs location.
Furthermore, the utility model relates to a furniture.
Background
The closed position is understood here to mean a position of the door leaves in which the respective door leaf lies in a plane and in which objects or the like located behind the door leaf are inaccessible or only partially accessible.
Arrangement systems for positioning at least two door leaves relative to one another are known from the prior art.
For example, it is known to provide a stop or the like on a first of the at least two door leaves, which acts as a stop for a second of the at least two door leaves.
A disadvantage of such an arrangement is that the door leaf with the stop always has to be closed first.
It is also known to provide a spacer on the side of the door leaf facing the furniture body. In the closed position of the door leaf, the spacer rests against the furniture carcass and thus spaces the door leaf from the furniture carcass. If at least two door leaves have such a distance holder, the door leaves can be positioned relative to one another by their distance from the furniture carcass.
A disadvantage of such an arrangement is that the door leaves are positioned relative to one another only indirectly via their distance from the furniture carcass. Another disadvantage is that the door leaves cannot be positioned relative to each other without the furniture body or in the case of a sufficiently large distance between the side of the door leaf facing the furniture body and the furniture body.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide an improved arrangement for positioning at least two door leaves in relation to the prior art. Another object is to provide a piece of furniture.
The object is achieved by an arrangement system and a piece of furniture according to the invention.
An arrangement for positioning at least two door leaves relative to one another in a closed position, wherein each of the at least two door leaves is pivotably supported at a first longitudinal edge of the door leaf, and wherein at least one part of a positioning device is provided or formed on a second, opposite longitudinal edge of the door leaf, which positioning device positions the at least two door leaves relative to one another in the closed position. In the arrangement, it is therefore provided that a first fitting with a positioning device is provided or formed on a first of the at least two leaves and a second fitting with a positioning device is provided or formed on a second of the at least two leaves, and that in the closed position at least one positioning element of the first fitting engages at least one positioning element of the second fitting.
Furthermore, a piece of furniture having at least one such arrangement is specified.
The door leaves can thereby be closed in any desired sequence. Furthermore, the door leaves are aligned directly next to each other with respect to each other. Furthermore, the alignment of the two door leaves with respect to one another is not performed depending on the specific furniture. It is therefore also possible to provide the arrangement according to the invention on a door for, for example, a concealed kitchen appliance or a passable (begehbar) cabinet.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that, in the closed position, the at least one positioning element of the first fitting engages positively with the at least one positioning element of the second fitting in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf in the closed position.
Thereby, the at least two door leaves are prevented from opening autonomously or accidentally.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the at least one positioning element of the first fitting part is at least partially designed as a v-lock and the at least one positioning element of the second fitting part is at least partially designed as a counterpart to the v-lock.
This facilitates the positive engagement of the at least two door leaves.
It can also be provided that at least one of the two door leaves is a free door leaf of a folding door, the other of which is pivotably supported on the bracket or the furniture carcass.
The free second edges of the two closing free door leaves perform a combined pivoting movement until they reach the closed position. The second edges of the two free leaves therefore always move in the same plane as the plane in which the leaves are located in the closed position.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the at least one positioning element (7) of the first fitting and/or of the second fitting is designed to be movable. Preferably, the at least one positioning element of the first and/or second fitting is movably formed parallel to a plane in which the at least two door leaves are located in the closed position.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the at least one movable positioning element is mounted so as to be movable and/or pivotable relative to a base body of the associated fitting part, which base body is mounted on the door leaf.
Such a design of the positioning element makes it possible to achieve the best possible compromise between a flexible and thus comfortable opening of the at least two door leaves for the user and a sufficiently firm engagement of the at least two positioning elements with one another.
Preferably, it can be provided that the at least one movable positioning element has an elastic means, preferably a spring, particularly preferably a compression spring.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the elastic means are designed to pull and/or press the at least one movable positioning element of the first fitting in the direction of the first fitting during the opening process, preferably behind the second longitudinal edge of the door leaf.
This results in the positioning element being located in a protected position on the one hand and a visually pleasing overall appearance for the user on the other hand.
According to a further aspect of the invention, it can be provided that the at least one movable positioning element has at least one magnet.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the magnet is designed to pull the at least one movable positioning element of the first fitting in the direction of the second fitting during the closing process, preferably beyond the second longitudinal edge of the door leaf.
This facilitates the mutual engagement of the at least two positioning means and ensures that the at least two positioning elements engage each other sufficiently firmly.
It can be provided that the at least one positioning element of the first fitting and the at least one positioning element of the second fitting are formed symmetrically to one another.
In this case, the positioning element can be designed not only in a point-symmetrical manner but also in an axially symmetrical manner.
This enables the arrangement according to the invention to be produced at low cost, since all the positioning elements have the same shape.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the at least one positioning element of the first and/or second fitting is at least partially formed in a shape-elastic manner.
It can also be provided that at least one profile attachment (Profilaufsatz) of the positioning element of the first and/or second fitting is formed in a shape-elastic manner.
Thereby, opening and closing of the at least two door leaves is facilitated.
According to a further aspect of the invention, it can be provided that the at least one positioning element of the first and/or second fitting is formed in one piece.
This facilitates low cost manufacturing.
It can be provided that the at least one positioning element of the first and/or second fitting is formed in multiple parts.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a perspective front-side view of a piece of furniture 100 according to the invention. The piece of furniture 100 has two door leaves 2, which are each part of a two-part folding door. The furniture body 10 is furthermore visible, as well as two lateral spaces 101, which are bounded by the sides 102. Further embodiments of the furniture carcass, for example, without the presence of the lateral spaces 101, are also conceivable.
The side faces 102 are spaced apart from one another by means of two spacer holders 15. However, other numbers of spacers 15 may also be provided, or no spacers 15 may be provided.
Fig. 2a shows a top view of a piece of furniture 100 according to the invention in a closed position. Again, two door leaves 2, the furniture carcass 10 and the lateral space 101 bounded by the sides 102 can be seen. Furthermore, a plane E can be seen in which the door leaves 2, 8 lie in the closed position.
It is also possible to recognize that a fitting 6 of a positioning device 5 is provided on each door leaf 2. The door leaf 2 is mounted movably on a door leaf 8 of a folding door, which is also mounted movably on a support 9.
The detail in fig. 2b shows how the fittings 6 engage with one another by means of their positioning elements 7 and thus position the door leaves 2 relative to one another.
Fig. 3a shows a top view of a piece of furniture 100 according to the invention in a second step of the closing process. As is shown in the detail section in fig. 3b, the positioning elements 7 and therefore the fittings 6 have not yet engaged with one another.
It can be seen that the positioning elements 7 do not project beyond the second longitudinal edge 4 of the door leaf 2. This results in the positioning element 7 being located in a protected position on the one hand and a visually pleasing overall appearance for the user on the other hand.
Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of a variant of an embodiment of a folding door with a positioning device 5 according to the arrangement 1 of the invention. In this embodiment, such positioning means 5 are arranged between the two leaves 2 and 8 of the folding door. Thereby, the folding door is additionally stabilized in the closed position.
Fig. 5a shows an exploded view of a fitting 6 of the arrangement 1 according to the invention. A base body 11, a positioning element 7, a magnet 13 in the form of a spherical permanent magnet, two spring elements 12 in the form of compression springs, and a profile attachment 14 can be seen. On the base body, means 17 for fastening the fitting 6 to the door leaves 2, 8 are provided, for example in the form of holes.
But any other suitable means 17 for fastening may be provided. Furthermore, embodiments without profile attachments 14 are also possible.
The base body 11, the positioning element 7 and the profile attachment 14 can be made of any suitable material, but preferably of plastic or metal. Composite materials are also conceivable. The base body 11, the positioning element 7 and the profile attachment 14 can be made of the same material or of different materials.
It is conceivable that the magnet 13 is configured as a permanent magnet or as an electromagnet of another shape.
Fig. 5b shows a sectional view of a fitting 6 of the arrangement 1 according to the invention. It can be seen that the magnet 13 is arranged within the positioning element 7. The positioning element is in turn arranged at least partially in the base body 11.
The spring 12 is located between the base body 11 and the positioning element 7 and is not shown in this figure.
Fig. 6a shows two fittings 6 of the arrangement according to the invention in a first step of the closing process. The positioning elements 7 of the two corresponding fittings 6 are designed point-symmetrically. In this way, the positioning element 7 of the first fitting 6 can be brought into engagement with the positioning element 7 of the second fitting 6.
Fig. 6b shows two fittings 6 of the arrangement according to the invention in a second step of the closing process. The positioning element 7 is in this case in the position to be engaged. To facilitate the engagement, the positioning elements 7 and/or the profile attachments 14 can be formed at least partially in a form-elastic manner.
Fig. 6c shows two fittings 6 of the arrangement according to the invention in a third step of the closing process. The positioning elements 7 are in mutual engagement and are therefore in the closed position.
A positive locking of the positioning element 7 in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf 2 in the closed position is thereby produced. In addition, a force-locking connection is provided on the basis of the magnets 13 arranged in the positioning element 7. This prevents the fittings 7 from accidentally separating and thus also the two associated door leaves 2 from accidentally opening.
It is however also possible to open the door leaf 2 at will. The fittings 6 are separated from each other by the force exerted by the user in order to open the door leaf 2. Here, the fittings describe a combined rotary pushing movement.
At the same time, the force-locking connection of the magnets 13 is released and the spring means 12 pulls or presses the positioning element 7 behind the second longitudinal edge 4 of the respective door leaf 2.
Thereby, the opening process is additionally facilitated.
Fig. 7 shows a top view of a piece of furniture 100 with an arrangement known from the prior art for positioning at least two door leaves 2 relative to one another. In this case, a stop 16 for positioning the two door leaves 2 relative to one another is provided on one of the two door leaves 2. It can clearly be seen that the door leaf 2 with the stop 16 must always be closed first. Otherwise, the furniture 100 cannot be completely closed.
Fig. 8a shows a top view of a piece of furniture 100 according to the invention in the closed position. The door leaf 2 can be closed in any desired sequence on the basis of the operating mode as described in fig. 6a to 6c for the positioning device 5 according to the invention.
Furthermore, two first longitudinal edges 3 can be seen.
Fig. 8b shows a detail of a top view of the piece of furniture 100 according to the invention in the closed position.
Fig. 9a shows a top view of an alternative embodiment of a piece of furniture according to the invention in the closed position. The fitting 6 is designed as a recess and projection of the door leaf 2 and at the same time also forms the positioning element 7. The first fitting 6 is of convex design and the associated second fitting 6 is of concave design. In this embodiment, the fitting 6 extends over the entire length of the second longitudinal edge 4 of the door leaf 2.
By the concave and convex design of the fitting 6, the door leaf 2 can also be closed in any desired sequence.
The detail in fig. 9b shows the fittings 6 in engagement with one another again.
