Referring to fig. 1 to 7, in the present embodiment, an electronic lock for a shopping cart is provided, the electronic lock 1 is disposed on a shopping cart 5, and the shopping cart 5 is a shopping cart used in an existing store place. The electronic lock 1 includes: the device comprises a shell 11, a charging module 2, a locking module 3 and an electronic lock control module. The charging module 2 comprises a positive plate 21, a negative plate 22 and a power management device 23, wherein the positive plate 21 and the negative plate 22 are arranged on the shell 11, the power management device 23 is arranged on one side of the shell 11, and the power management device 23 is connected with the positive plate 21 and the negative plate 22 and used for charging the electronic lock 1. The locking module 3 is used for fixing the electronic lock 1, and the locking module 3 is connected with the electronic lock control module. The electronic lock control module is used for controlling the electronic lock. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the locking module 3 fixes the electronic lock at a target position, so as to facilitate management of the shopping cart. The locking module 3 comprises an insert 34, a locking hole 33, a locking bolt 31 and a movable piece 32. One end of the insert 34 is fixed on the housing 11 of the electronic lock, and the other end of the insert 34 is provided with a lock hole 33. Generally, two inserts and lock holes on the inserts can make the electronic lock more stable to lock. Of course, a plurality of inserting pieces and locking holes can be provided, and a corresponding number of lock tongues are required to be matched with the locking holes. When the gateway device receives a request of unlocking sent by a customer by using a mobile phone, the electronic lock control module can control the movable piece to move the lock tongue originally positioned in the lock hole, so that the lock hole is separated from the lock tongue, and the structure is shown in fig. 2; if the customer locks, the electronic lock control module correspondingly controls the movable element to move the bolt to the position of the lock hole after the bolt is inserted after receiving the locking request, and the structure is shown in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in this embodiment, in order to drive the latch to reciprocate, the movable member may be set to be a motor, an output shaft of the motor is connected to one end of a first connecting member, the other end of the first connecting member is hinged to a second connecting member, the second connecting member is connected to a limit rod, the limit rod is disposed in a groove of a housing of the motor, and an end of the limit rod is connected to the latch. When the output shaft of the motor rotates, the first connecting piece can be driven to do circular motion, and the second connecting piece hinged on the first connecting piece also drives the limiting rod to do linear reciprocating motion in the groove of the shell, so that the lock tongue on the limiting rod also does linear reciprocating motion. After the lockhole is inserted to reach the region of spring bolt, the spring bolt alright in order to move to the lockhole, realize the fixed to the electronic lock.
In some embodiments, the moveable member may also be in the form of a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder. In some embodiments, the locking module may also be two magnetic members. In some embodiments, the locking module includes an insert, a limiter, and a movable member. An insert is also provided on the housing of the electronic lock, the insert being of a resilient material such that the insert can swing like a springboard. The end of the insertion piece is provided with a movable piece, the limiting piece can be a hook or has an angle with the insertion piece, such as an upward inclination or a downward inclination, and one end of the limiting piece, which is connected with the insertion piece, is provided with a chamfer. The limiting piece can fix the inserting piece and the movable piece together. The moving part also sets up the one side at the electronic lock equally, and the moving part can be the structure of motor, cylinder, pneumatic cylinder mentioned above, and the one end of moving part is connected with the connecting rod, and the connecting rod can carry out reciprocating motion under the drive of moving part. The connecting rod and the inserting piece are 90 degrees and are positioned on the same plane, when the locking module is locked, the inserting piece is placed towards the moving piece and the connecting rod to be inserted, the limiting piece on the inserting piece is contacted with the connecting rod and is extruded, and the limiting piece (chamfer angle) is buckled on the connecting rod, so that the electronic lock can be locked. When the electronic lock is to be unlocked, the electronic lock control module controls the moving part to move the connecting rod to the moving part, so that the connecting piece is far away from the inserting piece, when the connecting piece does not limit the inserting piece and the limiting piece, the inserting piece can be pulled out outwards, and the electronic lock can be unlocked.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, in the present embodiment, a portion for fixing the electronic lock and a portion for charging the electronic lock may be disposed together, so as to facilitate the electronic lock to reduce the volume. Namely, the locking module is arranged on one side (beside) of the charging module, the insertion piece is arranged on one side (beside) of the positive plate or the negative plate, and the spring bolt and the moving piece are arranged on one side (beside) of the joint of the positive plate or the negative plate and the power management device. Specifically, the two sides of the positive plate and the negative plate are respectively provided with an insertion piece, and the power management device of the charging module is connected with a charging interface for connecting the positive plate and the negative plate through electric wires. The outside of the interface that charges is provided with the interface shell that charges, then sets up the spring bolt, the moving part of locking module in the interface shell that charges, has the male member that supplies the locking module, the positive plate and the negative pole piece male recess of the module that charges on the interface shell that charges.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, electronic locks on a plurality of shopping carts may be connected in series and charged, which is beneficial to centralized management of shopping carts. Specifically, the positive plate 21 and the negative plate 22 of one electronic lock may be further connected with a charging interface 231, a charging interface housing, a lock tongue 31 and a movable member 32 through electric wires, so that the two electronic locks form a series connection. An insulating layer and a protective rod can be sleeved outside the wire, so that the damage caused by the exposed wire is avoided. The charging interface, the locking module and other components are arranged at any position of the shopping cart. Preferably, the positive plate and the negative plate of the electronic lock on one shopping cart are arranged at the front end of the shopping cart, and the charging interface, the charging interface shell, the lock tongue and the moving part which are connected through the electric wire are arranged at the rear end of the shopping cart. And the positive plate and the negative plate of the electronic lock at the front end of the next shopping cart are inserted into the charging interface and the locking module of the previous shopping cart from the back, so that the electronic lock is fixed and is charged in series. And then a plurality of shopping carts and electronic locks can be mutually fixed in series and charged in front and back when idle, so that the shopping carts are more attractive when idle, and the image of a shop is improved.
Of course, the positive plate and the negative plate of the electronic lock can be arranged at the side end or the rear end of the shopping cart, and the interiors of the positive plate and the negative plate can be arranged at the side end or the front end of the shopping cart through the charging interface, the charging interface shell, the lock tongue and the moving part which are connected through electric wires, so that a plurality of shopping carts and the electronic lock can be mutually connected in series and fixed in a left-right mode and charged.
In some embodiments, the power management device may be connected to the charging interface, the charging interface housing, the lock tongue, and the movable member through wires, so that the electronic locks of the shopping carts may be respectively fixed to the charging modules (charging interface) and the locking modules (lock tongue and movable member) connected to the power management device.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the electronic lock may be unlocked by a customer scanning a two-dimensional code on a shopping cart (or an electronic lock) using a mobile phone. The two-dimensional code can be arranged on a shopping cart or an electronic lock in a more striking position and is used for sending an unlocking request to the gateway equipment after being scanned by the mobile phone. The customer's cell-phone requests gateway equipment to unblank, and gateway equipment triggers three actions this moment: 1. and pushing supermarket information to the mobile phone of the customer. 2. The ID of the shopping cart is obtained. 3. And sending an unlocking instruction to the appointed shopping cart. And the electronic lock control module in the electronic lock receives the unlocking instruction, the locking module unlocks, and the customer can normally use the shopping cart.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, to avoid the problem of the code scanning function of the mobile phone of the customer, the shopping cart cannot be unlocked. The customer can come the request to use the shopping cart through the mode of inserting coins, and coin mechanism is including setting up the spout that supplies the coin to slide through in the casing, and the one end of spout is provided with the trigger unit. The trigger unit can be an infrared sensor, a pressure-sensitive sensor and the like, and is connected with the electronic lock control module. After the coin enters the coin inserting mechanism and contacts with the triggering unit (the infrared sensor can sense the passing of the coin, and the pressure-sensitive sensor can sense the pressure between the coin and the triggering unit), the triggering unit is used for triggering the unlocking of the locking module in the electronic lock. When the customer throws the coin, the handcart unblanks to gateway propelling movement information of unblanking. Of course, the coin will be discharged to return to the customer when the customer returns to the shopping cart.
In this embodiment, one side of the electronic lock further includes a gateway device 4 and a shopping program on a mobile phone 7, the gateway device 4 and the mobile phone 7 may be in communication connection, and the number of the gateway devices 4 may be multiple. The gateway equipment is used for receiving the signal sent by the mobile phone and sending a corresponding instruction to the electronic lock control module. The mobile phone 7 is a mobile terminal, and the shopping program on the mobile phone 7 may be a shopping APP or an applet on the APP. The customer can check the position of the shopping cart 5 and other push information by using the mobile phone 7, and the shopping experience of the customer can be improved.
Referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, the electronic lock further includes a positioning module and an alarm module, the positioning module is configured to position the electronic lock and send position information to the gateway device, the alarm module is configured to send an alarm when the position of the electronic lock deviates from a predetermined position, the alarm module may be a warning light or a warning speaker on the shopping cart, and the warning light may flash or the warning speaker may send a sound to remind. The gateway device can acquire the position information (the longitude and latitude of the customer) sent by the positioning module of the customer mobile phone. Or the gateway device calculates the current position of the customer through heartbeat information (or distance) between the gateway device and the shopping cart, for example, the heartbeat information can be obtained by a positioning module on the electronic lock, which comprises a sensor for detecting the heartbeat of the customer, the plurality of gateway devices respectively receive heartbeat signals between the shopping cart and the customer, and then the positions of the plurality of gateway devices (the positions of the plurality of gateway devices are fixedly known) are determined through the positioning between the devices, so that the position of the customer is determined.
Referring to fig. 6, when a customer arrives at a corresponding area of the store, the gateway device may push the promotion information of the corresponding area to the customer's mobile phone. The method and the system facilitate customers to look up the sales promotion information of nearby areas, so that the customers can purchase required products in time, and the shopping experience of the customers is improved.
Referring to FIG. 7, when the customer uses the cart, the cart is pushed back to the designated location and locked, the cart sends a status message to the gateway device for confirmation, and the gateway device then pushes a message (locking status of cart, greeting, shopping list, or store information, etc.) to the customer. When the customer leaves the field, the customer needs to push the shopping cart back to the designated position and lock the shopping cart to leave, otherwise, the gateway equipment pushes related information to the mobile phone to prompt the customer to leave after locking.
If the customer does not find the alarm information on the mobile phone and gradually pushes the shopping cart out of the shop area, the alarm module gives an alarm, and the background of the supermarket also receives the message. Therefore, personnel management in the store can be reduced, the expense of the store is saved, and labor force is liberated.
