When the pull rod 2 is installed on the outer formwork 1 and the inner formwork 4, one end, far away from the handle 7, of the pull rod 2 penetrates through the through hole in the inner formwork 4, the sleeve 8 is sleeved on the pull rod 2, and the sleeve 8 can abut against the space between the outer formwork 1 and the inner formwork 4. After the sleeve 8 is sleeved, one end of the pull rod 2, which is far away from the handle 7, penetrates through the through hole in the outer template 1, and then the pull rod 2 is screwed, so that the first thread of the pull rod 2 is fixed in the threaded hole in the connecting part 10.
After the tie rods 2 are installed on the outer formworks 1 and the inner formworks 4, the outer formworks 1 and the inner formworks 4 are reinforced, and then concrete can be poured between the outer formworks 1 and the inner formworks 4. During the concrete pouring process, the sleeve 8 is abutted between the outer formwork 1 and the inner formwork 4, so that the concrete cannot be contacted with the rod body of the pull rod 2.
After the concrete is solidified and formed, the outer formwork 1 and the inner formwork 4 need to be detached, the abutting nut 20 and the pull rod 2 can be screwed in sequence at the moment, the pull rod 2 is detached from the space between the outer formwork 1 and the inner formwork 4, and then the outer formwork 1 and the inner formwork 4 are detached. In the process of disassembling the pull rod 2, because the pull rod 2 is not contacted with concrete, the pull rod 2 is easy to be drawn out, and the process of disassembling the pull rod 2 is not hindered by the concrete.
The material of the sleeve 8 may be PVC (Polyvinyl chloride, abbreviated as PVC). When the sleeve 8 is made of PVC, the sleeve 8 can be drawn out after the concrete is formed due to poor adhesion between the PVC and the concrete.
The extracted sleeve 8 and the pull rod 2 can be reused.
The sleeve 8 is used for isolating concrete poured between the outer formwork 1 and the inner formwork 4 and the pull rod 2, and the pull rod 2 is prevented from being detached from the outer formwork 1 and the inner formwork 4 difficultly after concrete forming.
It should be noted that, when the formwork assembly does not include the sleeve 8, the tie bar 2 may not be detached from between the outer formwork 1 and the inner formwork 4 after the concrete is formed between the outer formwork 1 and the inner formwork 4 in order to prevent the quality of the formed concrete from being affected. Alternatively, in order to facilitate the removal of the tie bars 2 from between the outer form 1 and the inner form 4, a release agent for preventing the bonding between the tie bars 2 and the concrete may be applied to the tie bars 2 before the tie bars 2 are installed.

1. A formwork assembly, comprising an outer formwork and tie rods;
a first thread is arranged on the rod body of the pull rod and extends spirally along the length direction of the pull rod;
the plate surface of the outer template is provided with a connecting part at a position close to one side edge, the connecting part is provided with a threaded hole corresponding to the first thread, and the first thread of the pull rod can be in threaded connection with the threaded hole in the connecting part.
2. The form assembly of claim 1, wherein said connecting member is a nut, said connecting member being secured to a face of said outer form;

3. The formwork assembly defined in claim 2, wherein the tie rod body is further provided with a second thread extending along the length of the tie rod;
the template assembly further comprises an inner template and an abutting nut, and the inner template is arranged on one side of the outer template at intervals; a through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the connecting part on the outer template, of the inner template, and a second thread of the pull rod can penetrate through the through hole in the inner template;
the butt nut threaded connection is in on the second screw thread, just the butt nut can laminate keeping away from of inner formword on one side of outer formword.
4. The template assembly according to claim 3, wherein the connecting portion is secured to a side of the outer template distal from the inner template.
5. The template assembly according to claim 4, further comprising a fixing plate perpendicular to the outer peripheral wall of the connecting portion and fixed on a side of the outer peripheral wall of the connecting portion adjacent to the outer template;
the fixing plate can be attached and fixed to one side of the outer template far away from the inner template.
6. The template assembly according to claim 4, further comprising a leak-proof tube fixed on a side of the connecting portion adjacent to the outer template and communicating with the connecting portion;
the leakage-proof pipe is sleeved in the through hole in the outer template, and the outer wall of the leakage-proof pipe is attached to the inner wall of the through hole in the outer template.
7. The template assembly according to claim 3, wherein the shank of the tie bar is provided with a continuous external thread from one end of the tie bar to the other end thereof along the length of the tie bar;
the part of the external thread of the pull rod, which is close to the outer template, is the first thread, and the part of the external thread of the pull rod, which is close to the inner template, is the second thread.
8. The die plate assembly as claimed in any one of claims 3-7, further comprising a handle secured to said tie bar on a side of said second threads remote from said first threads.
9. The template assembly of claim 8, wherein the handle comprises a retaining nut, a first link, a strip, and a second link;
the first connecting rod, the strip-shaped plate and the second connecting rod are sequentially connected to enable the handle to be U-shaped;
the strip-shaped plate is provided with a through hole and is sleeved on the pull rod;
the fixing nut is fixed on one side, far away from the first thread, of the strip-shaped plate and is fixed at one end, far away from the first thread, of the pull rod.
10. The template assembly according to claim 9, further comprising a sleeve sleeved over the tie bar and capable of abutting between the outer template and the inner template.
