Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a water intake faucet unit for a water purifier, and more particularly, to a water intake faucet unit for a water purifier that discharges water purified by a water purifier body, and a water purifier including the same.
Background
A water purifier is a mechanism that physically and chemically filters water and removes impurities, and is configured to receive water supplied from the outside and to discharge the water after purifying the water through a water purifying filter so that a user can drink the water. The water purifier is classified into a direct connection type, in which water is directly connected to a water pipe, and a water storage type, in which water is stored in a container and passes through a filter, according to its form. Currently, most water purifiers additionally include a device capable of heating or cooling water inside the water purifier, so that cold water and hot water can be supplied.
In general, in a water purifier, a water supply unit provided with a water supply valve that restricts supply of raw water is connected to a water purification filter. The water purification filter performs a filtering process of removing components harmful to the human body including suspended matters mixed in raw water, removing odor, and killing bacteria inducing water-borne diseases. As the water purification filter, a sediment filter, a single carbon filter, a hollow fiber membrane filter, a reverse osmosis filter, a post-carbon filter, and the like are mainly used. The purified water having passed through the water purification filter is supplied to the storage tank through a connection pipe, and is distributed from the storage tank to the cold water tank and the hot water tank. The cold water tank and the hot water tank are connected to a faucet through water intake pipes. The storage tank is always stored with clean water, and when cold water or hot water is taken from the faucet, the storage tank supplies clean water to the hot water tank or the cold water tank.
The water tap is usually formed separately as a cold water tap and a hot water tap, but is sometimes configured to discharge cold water and hot water with one tap. The faucet has an opening and closing structure of a lever type for opening the discharge port by rotation of a lever, an electromagnetic valve type for opening the discharge port by an electromagnetic valve, a push button type for opening the discharge port by operation of a push button, and the like.
Generally, a faucet is provided to be fixed in height from a container holder on which a container such as a cup is placed. Therefore, when a relatively low-height container is placed on the container holder to take water, water discharged from the faucet easily falls into the container and splashes outside the container. In addition, in the case of a container having a relatively high height, the container may be caught by a faucet, so that the container cannot be placed on a container holder, which is inconvenient for a user to tilt the container while holding the container to take water.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a water purifier according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a water purifier according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a side view partially cutting the water purifier according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in the drawings, a water purifier 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a water purifier body 110 and a water intake faucet unit 130 for discharging water purified by the water purifier body 110.
A water purifier body 110 is provided with a water purifying filter 112 for purifying water supplied from the outside and a storage tank 114 for storing the water purified by the water purifying filter 112. The water stored in the storage tank 114 is discharged to the outside through the water intake tap unit 130. Since the technology of purifying water supplied from the outside in the water purifying filter 112 and storing the purified water in the storage tank 114 is the same as the general technology, the specific configuration, connection structure, and operation of the water purifying filter 112 and the storage tank 114 will not be described in detail.
On the other hand, although the present invention is described by taking the water stored in the storage tank 114 as purified water, cold water, hot water, etc. to be discharged to the outside through the water intake faucet unit 130 as an example, the water supplied from the outside may be directly discharged to the outside through the water purification filter 112 in a direct supply manner according to the field to which the present invention is applied, and the water purifier body 110 does not have an additional storage tank, which also falls within the scope of the present invention.
An operation unit 116 is provided on the upper side of the water purifier body 110. The operation unit 116 may include a button, an indicator lamp, an information display unit, and the like for user operation.
A container holder 118 capable of holding a container for containing water discharged through the water intake tap unit 130 is provided on the outer lower side of the water purifier body 110.
A support member 120 for supporting the water intake faucet unit 130 is fixedly provided on the upper side of the container holder 118 in the water purifier body 110, and a protective cover 124 is coupled to the support member 120. The protective cover 124 covers an upper space of the support member 120 where the water intake tap unit 130 is located. The inlet and outlet 121 is formed at a middle portion of the support member 120 so as to vertically penetrate the support member 120. Further, the inner surface of the support member 120 is provided with a plurality of support member bosses 122. These support member bosses 122 are used to secure the outlet module guide 170 of the water intake faucet unit 130.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the water intake tap unit 130 includes a water outlet module 131 for discharging water purified in the water purifier body 110, and a water outlet module guide 170 vertically supporting the water outlet module 131.
The water discharge module 131 includes a movable body 132 supported by the water discharge module guide 170 to be movable up and down, a guide pipe assembly 140 coupled to the movable body 132 and guiding water purified in the water purifier body 110 to be discharged, a connector 150 coupled to the guide pipe assembly 140 so that the water guided by the guide pipe assembly 140 can flow in, a fixed body 157 coupled to the movable body 132 and fixing the guide pipe assembly 140 to the movable body 132, and a water outlet pipe 163 connected to the connector 150 so that the water flowing into the connector 150 can be discharged.
The movable body 132 includes a movable body 133, a pair of stopper protrusions 135, and a support portion 137. The through hole 134 is formed on one side of the movable body main body 133 so as to vertically penetrate the movable body main body 133. The connection body 150 can be inserted into the through-hole 134.
The stopper projection 135 is provided at the tip of each of a pair of support brackets 136 disposed on both sides of the movable body main body 133 so as to project outward from the edge of the movable body main body 133. The support 136 is formed to protrude upward from the edge of the movable body 133, and is elastically deformable when receiving an external force. That is, when the stopper projection 135 is pressurized toward the center portion side of the movable body main body 133, the support bracket 136 may be bent such that the upper end thereof moves toward the center portion side of the movable body main body 133. When the support bracket 136 is bent, the stopper projection 135 can move toward the center portion side of the movable body main body 133. When an external force is applied to the outlet module 131 in the upper or lower direction, the stopper protrusion 135 relatively moves with respect to the outlet module guide 170 in a state of being in contact with the outlet module guide 170. When the stopping protrusion 135 is operated, the outer surface of the stopping protrusion 135 is gently curved to reduce friction with the water outlet module guide 170.

The guide tube assembly 140 includes a pair of guide tubes 141, 142, and a cover plate 144 supporting the pair of guide tubes 141, 142. A pair of guide pipes 141, 142 may be connected to the reserve tank 114 through tubular bodies or pipes, respectively. Since the storage tank 114 is fixedly provided inside the water purifier body 110 and the guide pipes 141 and 142 move up and down during use of the water purifier 100, the pipe or tubular body connecting the storage tank 114 and the guide pipes 141 and 142 is preferably made of a material that can be elastically deformed or bent.
The pair of guide pipes 141 and 142 can guide water having different temperatures. For example, cold water may be directed by one of the guide tubes and hot water may be directed by another guide tube. In addition, one of the pure water, the cold water, and the hot water may be guided to the outlet pipe 163 side by one of the guide pipes, and the other water may be guided to the outlet pipe 163 side by the other guide pipe. In this case, the storage tank 114 may be configured to store the purified water, the cold water, and the hot water separately.
The cover plate 144 has an opening 145 in the middle. The opening 145 is formed to vertically penetrate the cover plate 144, and allows the germicidal light generated by the germicidal lamp 158 disposed on the upper side of the cover plate 144 to pass through to the connecting body 150 disposed on the lower side of the cover plate 144. The transparent cover 146 is disposed on the cover plate 144 and covers the opening 145. The light-transmissive cover 146 is formed of a transparent or translucent material to allow the germicidal light of the germicidal lamp 158 to transmit therethrough.
The cover plate 144 has a connection boss 148 at a lower portion thereof. The connection boss 148 is used for coupling the connection body 150. The connection boss 148 is formed in a ring shape surrounding the hole of the cover plate 144 and the opening 145 so that water flowing along the guide pipes 141 and 142 can pass through, and protrudes downward from the lower surface of the cover plate 144.
The guide pipe assembly 140 may be changed to a plurality of different configurations including one or more guide pipes and capable of guiding the water purified by the water purifier body 110 to the connection body 150 side, in addition to the illustrated configuration.
The connector 150 is coupled to the movable body 132, and connects the guide tube assembly 140 and the water outlet tube 163 so that water can flow. The connection body 150 includes a connection housing 151, and a connection pipe 154 connected to the connection housing 151. Connection housing 151 is inserted into through-hole 134 of connection housing 151 so as to be supported by support portion 137 of movable body 132. A chamber 152 into which water passing through the guide pipes 141 and 142 can flow is provided inside the connection housing 151. The water discharged from the storage tank 114 along the guide pipes 141 and 142 flows through the chamber 152 to the water outlet pipe 163. The water flowing into the chamber 152 is sterilized by the germicidal lamp 158. The connection pipe 154 allows the water sterilized in the chamber 152 to flow to the water outlet pipe 163.
The connection body 150 is fixed to the guide tube assembly 140 by coupling the connection housing 151 to the connection boss 148 of the guide tube assembly 140. That is, the coupling of the guide tube assembly 140 and the coupling body 150 may be achieved by inserting the coupling boss 148 into the coupling housing 151. As shown in the drawing, the connection boss 148 and the connection housing 151 can be screwed together by providing a male screw on the outer peripheral surface of the connection boss 148 and a female screw on the inner peripheral surface of the connection housing 151. A sealing member for blocking a gap between the connection boss 148 and the connection housing 151 may be interposed between the connection boss 148 and the connection housing 151.
The connection body 150 may be modified to have a plurality of different structures, other than the illustrated structure, in which a chamber 152 for accommodating water flowing along the guide pipes 141 and 142 is provided and the guide pipes 141 and 142 and the water outlet pipe 163 are connected to each other so that water can flow. Further, the coupling structure of the connection body 150 and the guide tube assembly 140 or the coupling structure of the connection body 150 and the water outlet pipe 163 may be variously changed.
The fixing body 157 is coupled to the movable body 132 so as to cover the upper side of the cover plate 144 of the guide tube assembly 140, and fixes the guide tube assembly 140 to the movable body 132. The fixed body 157 is fixed to the movable body 132 by a plurality of fixing members 161. That is, the fixing member 161 can be firmly fixed to the fixed body 157 by being coupled to the fixed body 157 so as to penetrate the fixed body 157 vertically and being fixed to the movable body boss 138 of the movable body 132. Further, by fixing the fixed body 157 to the movable body 132, the cover plate 144 of the guide tube assembly 140 can be maintained in a state of being stably fixed to the movable body 132 with being interposed between the movable body 132 and the fixed body 157.
In addition to the fixing manner using the plurality of fixing members 161 as illustrated, the fixed body 157 may be coupled with the movable body 132 in a variety of different manners. The specific structure of the fixing body 157 is not limited to the illustration, but may be variously modified.
A germicidal lamp 158 is provided to the fixture 157. The germicidal lamp 158 may sterilize the water flowing into the cavity 152 by generating germicidal light and irradiating the cavity 152 of the connecting body 150. The germicidal light generated at the germicidal lamp 158 may be transmitted through the light-transmissive cover 146 to be irradiated into the chamber 152 through the opening 145. The fixing body 157 is provided with a connector 159 to which a power supply terminal (not shown) for supplying current to the germicidal lamp 158 is connected. The connector 159 can be connected to the power supply terminal in a simple detachable manner.
The water outlet pipe 163 has a water outlet 164 opened to the outside so that water passing through the connection body 150 can be discharged. The water outlet pipe 163 is connected to the connection pipe 154 of the connection body 150 and can discharge the water sterilized in the cavity 152 of the connection body 150 to the container holder 118 side. As shown in the drawing, a nut portion 165 is provided at the end of the water outlet pipe 163, and the water outlet pipe 163 may be coupled to the connection pipe 154 such that the nut portion 165 is screwed to the end of the connection pipe 154. The water outlet pipe 163 may protrude toward the lower side of the support member 120 through the inlet and outlet 121 of the support member 120. The length of the water outlet pipe 163 protruding downward from the support member 120 can be manually adjusted by user operation. That is, when the user pulls the outlet pipe 163 to the lower side, the length of the protrusion by the support member 120 increases; when the user pushes the water outlet pipe 163 to the upper side, the length projected by the support member 120 may be reduced.
The protection tube 167 is coupled to the water outlet pipe 163. Protection tube 167 is coupled to water outlet pipe 163 so as to wrap water outlet pipe 163 so as to be held by a user. Protection tube 167 can protect outlet pipe 163 from contamination of outlet pipe 163 caused by user contact. When a user wants to adjust the height of water outlet pipe 163, he can grip protection pipe 167 to move water outlet pipe 163. Accordingly, the user can move the water outlet pipe 163 without manually holding the water outlet pipe 163, so that the water purifier 100 can be used hygienically by preventing the water outlet pipe 163 from being contaminated during the use of the water purifier 100.
Since the outlet block 131 is assembled and coupled by the movable body 132, the guide pipe assembly 140, the connection body 150, the fixed body 157, the outlet pipe 163, and the protection pipe 167, it is easy to manufacture, and it can be easily separated from the outlet block guide 170 as needed and be remounted after cleaning or repair. Further, maintenance such as replacement of parts can be easily performed.
The specific configurations of the movable body 132, the guide tube assembly 140, the connection body 150, the fixed body 157, the water outlet tube 163, and the protection tube 167 constituting the water outlet module 131 are not limited to those shown in the drawings, and may be variously modified. Further, the coupling structure between these members may be applied to various structures other than the illustrated structure.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the outlet module guide 170 is coupled to the support member 120 to support the outlet module 131 to be movable up and down, and is supported by the water purifier body 110. The outlet block guide 170 includes a housing groove 172 that can house the outlet block 131, and a pair of guide walls 171 that are disposed so as to face each other with the housing groove 172 interposed therebetween. A plurality of stopper grooves 173 are provided at intervals in the up-down direction at each guide wall 171. The stopping protrusion 135 of the outlet module 131 may be inserted into each stopping groove 173. The stop protrusion 135 may move from the stop groove 173 located at the highest to the stop groove 173 located at the lowest.
The water outlet module 131 and the water outlet module guide 170 may be simply assembled in such a manner that the water outlet module 131 is inserted into the receiving groove 172 of the water outlet module guide 170. Further, the water module 131 can be easily separated from the water outlet module guide 170 as needed for maintenance, replacement of parts, or the like.
The water module guide 170 may be stably fixed to the support member 120 by the fixing member 175. That is, the fixing member 175 is coupled to the support member boss 122 of the support member 120 by penetrating the outlet block guide 170 in the vertical direction, so that the outlet block guide 170 can be stably fixed to the support member 120.
The coupling manner of the water module guide 170 and the support member 120 may be changed to various manners other than the coupling manner using the fixing member 175.
As described above, in the water intake faucet unit 130 of the present invention, since the water outlet module 131 is supported by the water outlet module guide 170 so as to be movable in the vertical direction, the height of the water outlet module 131, that is, the height of the container bracket 118 to the water outlet pipe 163 can be adjusted in multiple stages according to the user operation.
As shown in fig. 8, when the user pulls out the water module 131 downward, the pair of stopper protrusions 135 provided in the water module 131 move downward while being in contact with the pair of guide walls 171, respectively. When the stopper protrusion 135 is inserted into the stopper groove 173 located at the lowest position among the plurality of stopper grooves 173 provided in the guide wall 171, the outlet block 131 is in a state of being maximally lowered, and at this time, the end of the outlet pipe 163 is located at the position closest to the container holder 118.
In contrast, as shown in fig. 9, when the user pushes the water outlet block 131 upward, the pair of stopper protrusions 135 provided in the water outlet block 131 are moved upward while being in contact with the pair of guide walls 171, respectively. When the stopper protrusion 135 is inserted into the stopper groove 173 positioned at the highest position among the plurality of stopper grooves 173 provided in the guide wall 171, the outlet block 131 is in a state of being maximally lifted, and at this time, the end of the outlet pipe 163 is positioned at the farthest position from the container holder 118.
As such, in the water purifier 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the height of the water outlet module 131 for discharging water purified by the water purifier body 110 may be adjusted in multiple stages according to user operations. Accordingly, the user can freely adjust the height of the water outlet module 131 and use it as needed, thereby improving the convenience of use.
For example, when using a relatively low height container 10, as shown in FIG. 10, the user may pull the water module 131 downward to lower the height and take water from the container 10 placed on the container tray 118. In this way, when the water is discharged in a state where the height of the water discharge module 131 is lowered, the water dropped from the water discharge pipe 163 to the container 10 can be prevented from splashing outside the container 10.
In addition, when using a container 20 having a relatively high height, as shown in fig. 11, the user may place the container 20 on the container bracket 118 without interference with the water outlet pipe 163 by pushing the water module 131 upward to raise the height. Accordingly, even if the container 20 having a relatively high height is used, the user can take water into the container 20 in a state where the container 20 is placed in the container holder 118 without tilting the container in a state where the container is held by hand as in the conventional art.
Although the present invention has been described above with reference to preferred examples, the scope of the invention is not limited to the forms described and illustrated in the foregoing.
For example, although the drawing shows that the outlet block 131 is provided with a pair of stopper projections 135, the outlet block guide 170 is provided with a pair of guide walls 171 with which the pair of stopper projections 135 can contact, and a plurality of stopper grooves 173 into which the stopper projections 135 can be inserted are provided at intervals in the vertical direction on each of the guide walls 171, the number or position of the stopper projections 135, the number or position of the guide walls 171, and the number or position of the stopper grooves 173 provided in the guide walls 171 may be variously changed. For example, the stopper protrusion may be provided on the outlet block guide 170, and the stopper groove may be provided on the outlet block 131. Although the drawings show that the plurality of stopper grooves 173 are disposed in the moving direction of the water outlet block 131 with respect to one stopper protrusion 135, a configuration may be adopted in which the plurality of stopper protrusions 135 are disposed in the moving direction of the water outlet block 131 with respect to one stopper groove 173.
In addition, in the case of the structure in which the outlet block 131 is coupled to the outlet block guide 170 in such a manner that the height thereof can be adjusted, various structures may be modified in addition to the structure including the stopper protrusion 135 and the stopper groove 173 as shown in the drawings.
The present invention has been illustrated and described so far with reference to preferred embodiments for exemplifying the principles of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the original and unmovable configurations and functions as illustrated and described. On the contrary, it is to be clearly understood that changes and modifications may be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
