In order to realize that the clamp carrier is driven by the pressure of the piston 112, that is, the piston 112 moves in the working chamber by the hydraulic pressure, a power device of a power source such as a cylinder 201 or a motor can be arranged, and the power device can be used for adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic medium in the cylinder body, that is, adjusting the movement of the piston 112 in the working chamber through the adjustment of the pressure, so as to drive the clamp carrier to support or clamp the workpiece. The power device is provided with a pressure shaft which is used for being matched with the pressure cavity, is arranged in the pressure cavity and is tightly matched with the inner wall of the pressure cavity, and the support of the clamp carrier is realized by moving the pressure shaft in the pressure cavity along the extension direction of the pressure shaft, namely adjusting the depth of the pressure shaft in the pressure cavity, namely adjusting the pressing degree of the hydraulic medium in the pressure cavity. For driving the pressure shaft, it may be connected to a cylinder, where a reciprocating linear cylinder may be directly selected, through whose reciprocating piston connection the own power shaft 202 is driven, and through the movement of the power shaft 202 the pressure shaft 205 is moved in the pressure chamber. The drive here can of course also be realized by a motor-driven linear travel screw, i.e. by two motor-driven co-operating screws meshing in parallel, one of which is driven by the motor shaft to rotate in a defined position and the other screw is driven by the co-operating screw threads to move in the direction of extension of its shaft, thus converting the rotation of the motor into a linear movement.
In order to improve the sealing fit between the pressure shaft and the pressure chamber, a pressure seal ring 206 is further provided on the pressure shaft 205. The pressure sealing ring is arranged at the sealing position of the pressure shaft, the seal can be an annular groove sunken into the pressure shaft, as shown in fig. 8, the pressure shaft and the seal can be provided with a plurality of groups of matching, namely two groups.
In addition, in order to define the pressure shaft for better fit with the pressure chamber and better stability, a pressure shaft seat 203 may be provided, on which a pressure shaft hole 204 is provided for fitting with the pressure shaft, i.e. a pressure shaft 205 passes through the pressure shaft hole 204 and then into the pressure chamber in a defined manner, and the pressure shaft is defined to the cylinder body by the pressure shaft seat for defining and connecting the pressure shaft.
When the pneumatic clamp is in use, when the pneumatic cylinder is used as a power source, the shaft of the pneumatic cylinder transmits power to the pressure shaft to pressurize hydraulic medium in the pressure chamber 102, at the moment, the medium in the working chamber 105 is pressurized through pressure transmission of the medium in the transition section I1031 and the transition section III 1021, so that the piston 112 of the working chamber 105 is stressed to support a clamp carrier on the piston 112 to support a workpiece, meanwhile, because the working chamber 105 and the liquid storage chamber 106 are communicated through the transition section I1031, the transition section 1021 III, the transition section III 1022, the transition pipe 108 and the sunken part 107 for pressure transmission, the workpiece is arranged on the clamp carrier, the pressure given by the workpiece chamber piston 112 can be transmitted to the liquid storage chamber 106 and fed back to the pressure chamber 102 for buffering, and meanwhile, the spring 116 connected to the convex body 110 buffers the pressure of the workpiece received by the clamp carrier through the buffering of the spring 116, thereby avoiding the occurrence of undamped rigid impact, and the requirement on an additional hydraulic system is also avoided, so that the system balance of the clamp is fundamentally realized, and the structure of the processing equipment is simplified. After the machining is finished, the workpiece is removed from the clamp carrier, that is, is moved out of the carrier 117, the pressure of the working chamber is released, and then the pressure of the hydraulic medium in the liquid storage chamber and the pressure chamber is also released, the spring 116 supports the clamp carrier to reset, and the cylinder can perform reverse operation, that is, the pressure shaft is drawn out of the pressure chamber, so that the pressure of the medium is further released, and the hydraulic balance system of the clamp is restored to a non-working state.
For example, when the balance clamp is in a processing plate structure, a plurality of clamps with upward supporting directions can be arranged on the working platform 001, can be arranged at four corners and also can be arranged at a central position, namely the carrying platform 117 can be supported upwards in a hydraulic buffer manner in the figure, after the workpiece is arranged on the carrying platform 117, the carrying platform 117 is stressed and further transferred to the piston and hydraulic media in the working cavity and the liquid storage cavity, and the buffer is realized through hydraulic pressure transfer between the piston and the hydraulic media. At this time, of course, the self-balancing effect can be further improved by further buffering through the cylinder or the spring as shown in the foregoing.
In the above scheme, regarding the connection between the balance fixture and the tooling equipment, particularly the connection with the working platform 001, the connection may be directly connecting the cylinder body to the working platform 001, for example, directly connecting the cylinder body to the corresponding position of the working platform 001, and directly welding the cylinder body to the corresponding position in a welding manner, that is, the connection structure at this time may be a welding portion formed between the cylinder body and the working platform 001; the detachable connection may be made by other means, for example, a fastening hole for connecting a screw rod is formed on the cylinder body, the fastening hole may be a through hole formed on the cylinder body, or a fastening hole or a fastening groove formed on a protruding member protruding from the cylinder body, and a screw hole for connecting the screw rod is correspondingly formed on the work platform 001, so that the cylinder body is movably connected to the work platform 001 through the connection of the screw rod, but the connection may be made by other fastening means such as a screw.
Of course, in the above-mentioned solution, in order to achieve the convenience and safety of the tool holder, the balance holder, especially the cylinder thereof, may be indirectly connected to the work platform 001 through other devices, such as an external structure, which is a general term for the device that is used to auxiliarily set the balance holder, especially the cylinder thereof, to the work platform 001. It should be noted that the external structure may be a bottom-sealing structure disposed at the bottom of the cylinder, such as the base 118, or may be an additional structure disposed below the base 118, such as a flat plate structure cooperating with the base 118, and having one side connected to the base and the other side connected to the working platform 001, where the connection between the flat plate structure and the base or the working platform 001 may be in the form of a bolt connection or other fastener connection. Of course, the external structure may also be a cavity structure matching the external structure of the cylinder body, especially the cylinder body, so that the lower part of the cylinder body can be wholly or partially limited in the cavity structure from the outside of the base side, and in this case, the main structure of the external structure may be a ring or hoop structure, etc., or may be a barrel or tubular structure with a cavity, etc., and these external structures have a cavity structure for receiving the cylinder body from the outside of the cylinder body, and the balance clamp, especially the cylinder body thereof, is limited to the proper position of the working platform 001 by the structure. Of course, in a further improvement, the aforementioned external structure may be further provided with a fastener structure or a welding part structure for auxiliary connection, and the external structure is correspondingly connected to the working platform 001 through the fastener fastening connection form or the welding form respectively. The fastener structure may include a connecting through hole formed on the main body, a through hole or a threaded hole correspondingly formed on the working platform 001, and a bolt or a screw for connecting the main body and the through hole or the threaded hole of the working platform 001, which is a conventional fastener connecting technique and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (9)
1. The tool clamp is characterized by comprising a balance clamp and a connecting structure, wherein,
the balance clamp comprises a cylinder body, wherein a working cavity and a liquid storage cavity which are communicated with each other are formed on the cylinder body, and the working cavity is provided with an upper cavity opening on the cylinder body;
a piston cooperatively disposed within the working chamber;
a clamp carrier connected to the piston through the upper cavity opening;
and the connecting structure is connected to the balance clamp and used for limiting the balance clamp to a working platform of the tooling equipment.
2. The tool clamp of claim 1, wherein the attachment structure is attached to the cylinder.
3. The tool clamp of claim 1, wherein the balance clamp further comprises a circumscribing structure, the circumscribing structure being connected to the cylinder.

The tool holder according to claim 3, wherein the external connection structure is a back cover structure, which is disposed at the bottom of the cylinder body and at least partially connected to the outside of the bottom of the cylinder body in a matching manner, and the connection structure is connected to the other part of the back cover structure than the part of the back cover structure matched with the outside of the bottom of the cylinder body.
5. A tool holder according to claim 3, wherein the circumscribing structure is an envelope structure having a cavity at least partially enclosing the cylinder, and the connecting structure is connected to the envelope structure.
6. The tool holder according to claim 5, wherein the envelope structure has a cavity with an opening at one end, and the cylinder is fittingly mounted in the cavity through the opening, and the cavity opening of the cylinder is located on the same side as the opening.

The tool clamp according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the connecting structure comprises a main body and a threaded connecting portion protruding from the main body, the main body is connected to the balancing fixture, and the threaded connecting portion is connected to a working platform of the tool equipment in a threaded manner.
