Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a shower according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a sprinkler plate of the shower according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a shower 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a shower head 110, a cover 120, and an external handle 160. As shown, the shower 100 of the present embodiment may be combined with a hose of the external handle 160 connected to the shower 100, and for this, a combining portion 164 for combining with the hose is provided at the end of the external handle 160.
Further, a window 152 through which the flow of water inside the outer handle 160 can be confirmed may be disposed in the longitudinal direction of the outer handle 160 on the outer circumferential surface of the outer handle 160.
Fig. 3 is a partially exploded perspective view illustrating a shower according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view illustrating the shower according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 is a sectional view illustrating a shower according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3-5, the shower 100 includes a showerhead 110, a cover 120, a first showerhead filter 130, an interior handle 150, an exterior handle, and a handle filter 170.
The shower head 110 is used to spray water flowing into the interior of the shower 100 to the outside, and the shower head 110 includes a shower head body, a plate ring 112, and a shower plate 114. As illustrated in fig. 3, the shower head body may have a shape in which the shower plate 114 is disposed on one surface, a receiving space for receiving the first shower head filter 130 is formed inside, and the other surface is opened. In addition, a cylindrical shape may be formed to extend in one side direction from the receiving space in which the first showerhead filter 130 is received so that the external handle 160 can be coupled.
In this case, the shower head 110 may be provided with a shower plate 114 on one surface thereof, and a plate ring 112 for coupling the shower plate 114 to the shower head body. Further, an O-ring OR may be arranged between the plate ring 112 and the shower head body. In the present embodiment, the plate ring 112 and the shower head body may be joined without being disassembled using ultrasonic welding or the like. At this time, the coupling of the plate ring 112 and the shower head body is not limited thereto, but may be coupled in various ways.
The sprinkler plate 114 has a circular disk shape, and a plurality of micro holes (not shown) may be formed to penetrate the sprinkler plate 114. Accordingly, the water inside the shower head 110 may be sprayed to the outside through the plurality of fine holes. The shower plate 114 may be disposed between the shower head body and the plate ring 112 and secured to the shower head body by the plate ring 112. At this time, when the plate ring 112 and the shower head body are combined, an O-ring OR may be disposed therebetween. Water can be prevented from leaking between the plate ring 112 and the shower head body by the O-ring OR.
The cover 120 is disposed to cover the opened side of the shower head 110. That is, the cover 120 is disposed on the opposite side of the shower head 110 where the shower plate 114 is disposed so as to cover the opened surface. In addition, a plurality of locking parts 122 may be formed at the cover member 120, the plurality of locking parts 122 being used to fix the cover member 120 and the shower head 110 when the cover member 120 is coupled to the shower head 110 in such a manner as to cover the opened face of the shower head 110. The plurality of locking portions 122 are arranged in a spaced state from each other, and as illustrated in fig. 3, the plurality of locking portions 122 may be formed in a protruding shape at the tip end of the cover member 120.
In addition, when the cover member 120 is coupled to the shower head 110, an O-ring OR may be disposed between the cover member 120 and the shower head 110. Thus, water inside the shower head 110 can be prevented from leaking out between the cover 120 and the shower head 110.
As illustrated in fig. 3, the first showerhead filter 130 is disposed in the receiving space of the showerhead 110. The first showerhead filter 130 may have a substantially cylindrical shape. The first showerhead filter 130 may be, for example, a precipitation filter. The sediment filter serves a mechanical filtering function and can be used for removing dust and other particles present in the water. Accordingly, various particles included in the water passing through the precipitation filter can be removed.
As illustrated in fig. 4, such a first showerhead filter 130 includes a filter lower cover 132, a filter upper cover 134, and a filter body 136. The filter lower cover 132 has a first protrusion 132a formed at an upper portion thereof and inserted into the filter body 136, and a contact portion 132b formed at a lower portion thereof for contacting the sprinkler plate 114.
The contact portion 132b is formed at the lower portion of the filter lower cover 132 in a shape protruding downward from the frame of the filter lower cover 132, and a predetermined space may be formed therein. That is, the contact portions 132b may be formed to surround a plurality of through holes formed at the filter lower cover 132. The lower end of the contact portion 132b may be in close contact with the sprinkler plate 114. Therefore, the water passing through the filter body 136 from the outside to the inside is sprayed to the outside through the plurality of through holes and the shower plate 114, and is not discharged to the side surface of the contact portion 132b, that is, the side surface of the first showerhead filter 130.
As described above, since the contact portion 132b contacts the shower plate 114, water on the outer surface of the contact portion 132b does not flow into the contact portion 132b, and accordingly, water located outside the first showerhead filter 130 may pass through the filter body 136, be filtered, and flow into the filter body 136.
The filter upper cover 134 may be disposed at an upper portion of the filter body 136, and may have a second protrusion 134a formed at a lower portion thereof in a lower direction. In addition, the filter upper cover 134 may be disposed at an upper portion of the filter body 136, thereby preventing water from flowing into the inside of the filter body 136.
As illustrated in fig. 4, the filter body 136 may have a cylindrical shape with upper and lower portions penetrating therethrough. Thus, as water flows into the inside through the outer circumferential surface of the filter body 136, the water can be filtered. As for the filter body 136, as described above, a sediment filter may be utilized.
The opened surface of the upper portion of the filter body 136 may be closed by the filter upper cover 134, and the plurality of second protrusions 134a formed at the lower portion of the filter upper cover 134 may be inserted into the inside of the filter body 136 to couple the filter upper cover 134 to the filter body 136.
The filter lower cover 132 may be coupled to the opened surface of the lower portion of the filter body 136, and the plurality of first protrusions 132a formed on the upper portion of the filter lower cover 132 may be inserted into the filter body 136 to couple the filter lower cover 132 to the filter body 136.
The inner handle 150 may be internally formed with a receiving space for receiving the handle filter 170, and the upper and lower portions may be opened in a penetrating manner, respectively. In this case, the opened surface formed at the lower portion of the inner handle 150 may be formed to have a width to the extent that the handle filter 170 cannot pass therethrough and water can flow therein.
At an upper portion of the inner handle 150, a screw thread may be formed at an outer side to couple the inner handle 150 to the shower head 110. Further, a window 152 may be formed in the longitudinal direction of the inner handle 150 on the outer circumferential surface of the inner handle 150. The window 152 may be made of a transparent material and configured to be able to confirm the flow of water inside the inner handle 150 from the outside. At this time, in the present embodiment, window 152 is formed in a state of being protruded outward from the outer circumferential surface of inner handle 150.
In addition, when the inside handle 150 is coupled to the shower head 110, an O-ring OR may be disposed between the inside handle 150 and the shower head 110. Thereby, water inside the inner handle 150 can be prevented from being discharged through between the inner handle 150 and the shower head 110.
The outer handle 160 may be internally formed with a receiving space receiving the inner handle 150, and the upper and lower portions may be opened in a penetrating manner, respectively. At this time, the inner grip 150 may be inserted through the opened surface of the upper portion of the outer grip 160, and the coupling portion 164 may be coupled to the opened surface of the lower portion of the outer grip 160.
A thread for coupling an external hose may be formed at a lower portion of the external handle 160. In addition, when an external hose is coupled to a position where a thread is formed, an O-ring OR may be disposed to prevent water from leaking to the outside.
A coupling portion 164 and a coupling packing 166 may be inserted into a lower portion of the outer handle 160. The coupling portion 164 and the coupling packing 166 are provided to filter foreign materials when water flows into the outside handle 160 through the outside hose.
At this time, a window hole 162 may be formed in the outer circumferential surface of the outer handle 160. The window hole 162 is formed to be inserted into the window 152 formed in the inside handle 150, and may be formed in a shape corresponding to the shape of the window 152. Thus, the window hole 162 may be formed in the longitudinal direction of the outer handle 160.
That is, when the inner grip 150 is inserted through the opened surface of the upper portion of the outer grip 160, the window 152 formed to protrude on the outer circumferential surface of the inner grip 150 is inserted into the window hole 162 of the outer grip 160, and accordingly, the outer grip 160 can be coupled to the inner grip 150.
The handle filter 170 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a cavity formed therein, and has a predetermined length. The handle filter 170 is coupled to the inside of the inner handle 150, and as illustrated in fig. 5, may have a portion protruding outward in a state of being accommodated in the inner handle 150. As for the handle filter 170, like the first showerhead filter 130, a sediment filter may be used to filter foreign substances included in water as the water flows in from the outside to the inside of the handle filter 170.
At this time, the filter upper fixing portion 172 is disposed at the upper portion of the handle filter 170, and the filter lower fixing portion 174 is disposed at the lower portion of the handle filter 170. The filter upper fixing portion 172 is inserted into the upper portion of the handle filter 170, and has a through hole formed therein.
Accordingly, the filtered water in the handle filter 170 can move toward the shower head 110 through the inner through hole of the filter upper fixing portion 172.
At this time, the O-ring OR is disposed outside the filter upper fixing portion 172, and when the handle filter 170 is inserted into the shower head 110, the water passing through the inner through-holes of the filter upper fixing portion 172 is prevented from flowing backward to the outside of the filter upper fixing portion 172 by the O-ring OR disposed outside the filter upper fixing portion 172.
The filter lower fixing portion 174 is inserted into a lower portion of the handle filter 170 to prevent water from flowing into an inner cavity of the handle filter 170 from the lower portion. Accordingly, by providing the filter lower fixing portion 174, the water flowing into the inside of the inner handle 150 can move toward the inside of the handle filter 170 through the outer circumferential surface of the handle filter 170, and in the course of such movement of the water, the water can be filtered by the handle filter 170.
Fig. 6(a) and 6(b) are views for explaining that the cover of the shower of the first embodiment of the present invention is rotated so as to be separated from the shower head, and fig. 7(a) and 7(b) are views illustrating the outside of fig. 6(a) and 6 (b).
Referring to fig. 6(a), 6(b), 7(a) and 7(b), the cover 120 is disposed to cover the opened upper surface of the shower head 110, and at this time, in the present embodiment, the cover 120 may be coupled to the shower head 110 in such a manner that the locking portion 122 formed at the cover 120 is locked to the locking groove 116 of the shower head 110 by being rotated, instead of being coupled to the shower head 110 in such a manner that the cover 120 is inserted into the shower head 110.
That is, referring to fig. 6(a) and 6(b), a plurality of locking parts 122 may be formed at the outer lower end of the cover 120, and the plurality of locking parts 122 may be formed in a shape protruding outward from the outer lower end of the cover 120. Accordingly, the plurality of locking portions 122 formed in this manner can be coupled to the shower head 110 by rotating in one direction in a state where the cover member 120 is disposed in the shower head 110 while being offset as illustrated in fig. 6(a) and 7 (a).
In this way, the cover member 120 is coupled to the shower head 110 by rotating it at a predetermined angle, so that coupling can be performed more easily than coupling with a screw structure. When the screw structures are coupled together as in the conventional art, stubborn stains may be fixed between the screw structures during the repetition of coupling and disassembly. In contrast, as shown in the present embodiment, the cover member 120 is coupled to the shower head 110 by rotating it by a predetermined angle, so that the sticking of stubborn stains between the cover member 120 and the shower head 110 can be minimized due to the simple structure.
In particular, since the cover member 120 can be more easily attached to and detached from the shower head 110 than the combination using the screw structure, there is an advantage in that the first shower head filter 130 accommodated in the inside of the shower head 110 can be easily replaced.
Fig. 8 is a partially exploded perspective view illustrating a shower according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 9 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a shower according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 10 is a sectional view illustrating a shower according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, a shower 100 according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes a shower head 110, a cover 120, a second shower head filter 140, an inner handle 150, an outer handle, and a handle filter 170. In the description of the second embodiment of the present invention, the same description as in the first embodiment will not be repeated.
In the present embodiment, the second showerhead filter 140 is accommodated in the accommodating space of the showerhead 110. The second showerhead filter 140 includes a filter cover 142 and a filter housing 144, and a filter case 140a disposed below the filter cover.
The filter housing 140a is combined to the inside of the shower head 110. The filter housing 140a is combined in a state of being spaced apart from the sprinkler plate 114 of the shower head 110. To this end, a plurality of housing protrusions 140b are formed outside the filter housing 140a, and a plurality of locking bosses 110a are formed inside the shower head 110. At this time, the plurality of locking bosses 110a are formed at positions corresponding to the plurality of case protrusions 140 b. At this time, the plurality of locking bosses 110a are formed such that the filter case 140a is placed on the plurality of locking bosses 110 a.
In the present embodiment, as illustrated in fig. 9, due to the plurality of locking bosses 110a, the locking groove 116 may be formed. A plurality of locking bosses 110a are formed substantiallyThe shape of the word is a continuous shape. That is, the plurality of locking bosses 110a are formed by protruding from the inner surface of the shower head 110, and the vertical portion formed in a protruding shape is continuously connected to the horizontal portionThe shape of the connection. In this case, the plurality of locking bosses 110a may be disposed in a spaced state from each other, and the locking portion 122 formed on the outer side of the lower end of the cover 120 may penetrate through the space partitioned by the plurality of locking bosses 110 a.
Accordingly, as described above in fig. 6(a), 6(b), 7(a), and 7(b), in a state where the locking portions 122 of the cover 120 are inserted through the plurality of locking bosses 110a, the cover 120 can be coupled to the shower head 110 by rotating the cover 120 and inserting the locking portions 122 of the cover 120 into the plurality of locking grooves and locking the locking bosses 110 a.
When the filter housing 140a is thus placed at the shower head 110, a second shower head filter 140 may be disposed at an upper portion of the filter housing 140 a.
The second showerhead filter 140 includes a filter cover 142 and a filter housing 144, and a filter ring 142a may be disposed at a lower portion of the filter cover 142. As illustrated in fig. 9 and 10, the filter cover 142 is formed in a disk shape with a central portion protruding upward. Thus, the filter ring 142a may be inserted to be disposed in a groove formed at the lower surface of the filter cover 142 as the central portion of the filter cover 142 protrudes upward. Accordingly, as illustrated in fig. 8, a filter ring 142a may be disposed at a lower portion of the second showerhead filter 140.
The filter housing 144 may be formed in a shape of which a lower surface is opened and a receiving space is formed inside. The filter cover 142 and the filter housing 144 may be combined by covering the opened lower face of the filter housing 144 by the filter cover 142. Thus, a plurality of filters can be accommodated in the accommodation space between the filter cover 142 and the filter housing 144. In the present embodiment, the filter accommodated in the accommodating space of the filter housing 144 may be, for example, a vitamin filter, which generates vitamins by contacting with water.
Therefore, one or more through holes are formed in the filter cover 142 and one or more through holes are formed in the filter 142a, and the vitamin filter can contact water flowing into the filter housing 144 through the through holes to generate vitamins.
That is, as shown in fig. 10, the water flowing inside the shower head 110 moves toward the sprinkler plate 114, fills the space between the sprinkler plate 114 and the filter housing 140a, and contacts the filter cover 142 of the second shower head filter 140 through the hole formed inside the filter housing 140a, so that the water can flow inside the second shower head filter 140. Accordingly, the vitamins generated in the second showerhead filter 140 can be discharged between the filter housing 140a and the shower plate 114 through the filter cover 142 and the filter ring 142a, and accordingly, the vitamins can be sprayed in a mixed state in the water sprayed to the outside through the shower plate 114.
As described above, although the present invention has been specifically described by way of the embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, the above-described embodiments are merely illustrative of the preferred examples of the present invention, and thus the present invention should not be construed as limited to the above-described embodiments, and the scope of the present invention should be construed as being limited to the claims and their equivalents.
