Abstract
The application discloses position of sitting angle limiter, it includes: a chest strap, a base and a lower extension rod; a chest band formed to a predetermined width for being secured around the patient's chest; the base is formed on the front side of the chest belt, and side walls are respectively formed on two sides of the base in a forward extending manner; a rotating shaft is formed between the two side walls; a plurality of groups of through holes which are opposite to each other are correspondingly formed on the upper parts of the two side walls; an internal thread is formed on the inner periphery of the through hole of at least one of the two side walls; the bolts are inserted into one of the multiple groups of opposite through holes; a ring body is formed at the rear side of the upper end of the lower extension rod and can be rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft; the lower end of the lower extension rod is formed with a horizontal extension rod. When the patient sits down, the thigh of the patient pushes the lower extension rod to rotate through the horizontal extension rod, the upper end of the lower extension rod is limited by the bolt and can only rotate within a preset range, and therefore the included angle range between the thigh and the upper body of the patient in the sitting posture is limited.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a sitting posture angle limiter.
Background
After hip replacement, patients with good body can get out of bed in 24 days after surgery, try to stand, and patients with poor condition can get out of bed in 2-3 days after surgery; removing stitches 14-21 days after surgery; generally, the patient can walk under the ground with double crutches after 1 month of operation, the patient can walk with single crutches after 2 months of operation, and most patients can lose the double crutches to walk freely after 2 months of operation, and strengthen the hip bending and abduction exercise, and generally require that the bending (namely the included angle between the upper body and the thigh) is not less than 90 degrees. When a patient sits down, once the included angle between the trunk and the thigh is equal to or less than 90 degrees, hip joint dislocation is easily caused; in practice, it often happens that the patient is inadvertently seated, which results in dislocation of the hip joint.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above problem, the present application aims to provide a sitting posture angle limiter capable of limiting an angle between an upper body and a trunk of a patient to not less than 90 degrees.
The application provides a sitting posture angle limiter, it includes: a chest strap, a base and a lower extension rod;
a chest band formed to a predetermined width for being secured around the patient's chest;
the base is formed on the front side of the chest belt, and side walls are respectively formed on two sides of the base in a forward extending manner; a rotating shaft is formed between the two side walls; a plurality of groups of through holes which are opposite to each other are correspondingly formed on the upper parts of the two side walls; an internal thread is formed on the inner periphery of the through hole of at least one of the two side walls; the bolts are inserted into one of the multiple groups of opposite through holes;
a ring body is formed at the rear side of the upper end of the lower extension rod and can be rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft;
the lower end of the lower extension rod is formed with a horizontal extension rod.
Preferably, an extension spring is installed between the lower extension rod and the base and is positioned below the rotating shaft.
Preferably, the upper end of the lower extension bar is bent forward.
Preferably, the chest band is formed with adhesive tapes at upper and lower ends of a rear side thereof, respectively.
Preferably, the chest band is formed with an incision in the middle of both ends thereof.
Through rotationally setting up extension rod down in the front of the chest, when the patient sat down, patient's thigh pushed extension rod down through horizontal extension rod and rotated, and the upper end of extension rod down received the restriction of bolt, can only be at the rotation of predetermined within range, contained angle scope between patient's thigh and the upper part of the body when restricting the position of sitting from this. As long as the bolt is selectively inserted into a proper group of through holes, the included angle between the thigh and the upper body of the patient can be avoided to be equal to or less than 90 degrees after the patient sits down.

Detailed Description
The sitting posture angle limiter of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The application provides a sitting posture angle limiter, it includes: chest strap 10, base 20, lower extension bar 23.
The chest band 10 is formed to a predetermined width for securing around the patient's chest, and may be made of silicone plastic or a canvas having a relatively stiff texture.
A base 20 is formed on the front side of the chest band, the base 20 preferably being made of plastic. Two sides of the base 20 are respectively formed with side walls 21, 22 extending forwards; a rotating shaft 26 is formed between the two side walls 21 and 22; a plurality of groups of opposite through holes 22a are correspondingly formed on the upper parts of the two side walls 21 and 22; an internal thread is formed on the inner periphery of the through hole of at least one of the two side walls 21 and 22; the bolt 25 is inserted into one of the plurality of sets of the through holes 22a facing each other and is located behind the lower extension bar, and the external thread of the bolt 25 is engaged with the internal thread of the through hole of the side wall to prevent the bolt from falling off accidentally.
The upper end of the lower extension bar 23 is formed at the rear side thereof with a ring body 23b, and the ring body 23b is rotatably mounted on the rotary shaft 25.
The lower end of the lower extension bar 23 is formed with a horizontally extending bar 24.
An extension spring 27 is installed between the lower extension rod 23 and the base 20, and is located below the rotation shaft 26. The extension spring 27 serves to reset the lower extension bar 23.
The upper end 23a of the lower extension rod 23 is bent forward, so that a larger rotating space can be reserved for the lower extension rod 23, and more groups of through holes 22a can be arranged, so that more angle limiting gears can be arranged.
The upper end and the lower end of the back side of the chest belt 10 are respectively provided with adhesive tapes 11 and 12; the two ends of the adhesive tape 11 are combined together to fix the upper end of the chest strap 10; the two ends of the adhesive tape 12 are joined together to fix the lower end of the chest band 10.
The middle parts of the two ends of the chest belt 10 are provided with the incisions 13, so that the two rib sides of the patient can conveniently radiate, and an adjusting space is reserved between the upper end and the lower end of the chest belt, so that the chest belt can better adapt to the curve of the thorax of the patient.
During the use, fix the position of sitting stopper of this application at patient's chest with the chest area for lower extension rod is located dead ahead, and horizontal extension rod is preferred to be located the middle part height position department of thigh. When the patient will sit down, the thigh can take place relative rotation towards the upper part of the body, and at this moment, the preceding horizontal extension pole of thigh is lifted, and horizontal extension pole area rotates rather than the lower extension pole that links together, rotates to a certain extent, and the upper end of lower extension pole is spacing by the bolt, has restricted the thigh from this and has further rotated to the upper part of the body, has restricted the angle between upper part of the body and the thigh. The proper through holes are selected so that when the thigh rotates to the limit relative to the upper body, the angle between the upper body and the thigh is not less than or equal to 90 degrees, and therefore the hip joint dislocation can be prevented.
