5. The dishwasher of claim 4, characterized in that the conduit (1) is a capillary tube (102) located between the inner container (2) and the highest point of the inverted U-shaped tube.
6. The dishwasher of claim 5, characterized in that the inner diameter of the draft tube (101) is greater than or equal to the inner diameter of the capillary tube (102).

The dishwasher of any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the inner container (2) further comprises a cup (13), the cup (13) being arranged at the bottom of the inner container (2), the filter sieve (4) being adapted to cover an opening of the cup (13), the first end of the conduit (1) being in communication with the cup (13).
8. The dishwasher of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising an alarm device provided to the body and electrically connected to the overflow water detecting switch (3).
9. The dishwasher of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the body is provided with a water storage container in which the overflow water detecting switch (3) is provided.
10. The dishwasher according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the overflow detecting switch (3) is any one of a float switch or an electrode switch; the electrode switch comprises a first electrode (31) and a second electrode (32); the electrode switch has a closed state in which the overflow conducts the first electrode (31) with the second electrode (32), and an open state in which the overflow does not conduct the first electrode (31) with the second electrode (32).
