Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a variable heating source smoking material heating apparatus 100 for heating a strip of aerosol substrate material 200 to release an aerosol and generate smoke and odor is disclosed in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The strip of aerosol substrate material 200 may be a strip of material for a non-combustion heating smoking article (HNB), and the strip of aerosol substrate material 200 may or may NOT contain a tobacco component.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the smoking material heating apparatus 100 with variable heating source comprises a body 110, a heating assembly 120 and a power supply circuit 130.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the body 110 may be, but is not limited to, a cylinder, a rectangular parallelepiped or a cylinder having a polygonal cross section. The body 110 has an accommodating space 110a therein, and one end of the body 110 has a recess 112. The power supply circuit 130 is disposed in the accommodating space 110a, and the power supply circuit 130 has a power supply electrode set 132 extending from the recess 112.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the heating assembly 120 has a base 122, a heating set 124 and a power receiving electrode set 126. The base 122 has a connection end 1222 and a working end 1224, and the connection end 1222 is detachably coupled to the recess 112 of the body 110. The heating group 124 is disposed at the working end 1224. The power receiving electrode set 126 is disposed on the connecting terminal 1222 and electrically connected to the heating set 124. The power receiving electrode set 126 is used for contacting the power supply electrode set 132 in the recess 112 and electrically connecting the power supply circuit 130 to the heating set 124.
The aforementioned working end 1224 is used to position the aerosol substrate material strip 200 such that the heating set 124 is inserted into or around the heated end of the aerosol substrate material strip 200. By conduction of the set of power receiving electrodes 126 and the set of power supply electrodes 132, the power supply circuit 130 supplies power to the heating set 124 so that the heating set 124 can heat the strip of aerosol substrate material 200. The aerosol substrate is sufficiently heated to release and form an aerosol which can be drawn.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the smoking material heating apparatus 100 of variable heat source further comprises a sleeve 140 disposed at the working end 1224. The sleeve portion 140 is adapted to sleeve the heated end of the rod of aerosol substrate material 200 to secure the rod of aerosol substrate material 200 at the working end 1224. The sleeve portion 140 is sized to fit primarily within the size of the strip of aerosol substrate material 200, and the heating array 124 is adapted to fit within the strip of aerosol substrate material 200 having a circumferential extent of 5.0mm to 50.0mm and a length of 10.0mm to 150.0 mm. While the sleeve portion 140 is sized as described above so that the strip of aerosol substrate material 200 can be inserted without loosening.
In one embodiment, the recess 112 of the body 110 is a circular hole, and the working end 1224 is a post for engaging in the circular hole. The circular hole is tightly matched and combined with the convex column; alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the inner wall of the circular hole has an internal thread, and the outer wall of the convex pillar has an external thread, so that the circular hole and the convex pillar are combined by screwing. The connection terminals 1222 may be more easily coupled to the recess 112 of the body 110 or disengaged from the recess 112.
As shown in fig. 3, the power supply electrode group 132 is provided in the recess 112, for example, one electrode is provided at the center and the edge of a circular hole, respectively. The power receiving electrode set 126 is extended from the working end 1224, for example, one electrode is disposed on the central heel periphery of the top surface of the post. When the working end 1224 is engaged with the recess 112, the electrodes of the power feeding electrode set 132 and the power receiving electrode set 126 will contact each other to connect the power feeding circuit 130 and the heating set 124.
In addition to facilitating the removal and installation of the heating kit 120, the heating kit 120 may be easily replaced to accommodate different rod 200 sizes of aerosol substrate material, using the combination of the recess 112 and the connecting end 1222.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, and 6, in one embodiment, the heating group 124 has a central heater 1242. A central heater 1242 projects outwardly from a center of the working end 1224, the central heater 1242 may be, but is not limited to, cylindrical, sheet-like or needle-like for insertion into the heated end of the strip of aerosol substrate material 200 to heat at the center of the strip of aerosol substrate material 200.
In another embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the heating group 124 has a peripheral heater 1244, the peripheral heater 1244 surrounding the edge extending beyond the working end 1224 and being located inside the sleeve portion 140. The ambient heater 1244 may be, but is not limited to, ring-shaped or wave-shaped for wrapping around the heated end of the rod of aerosol substrate material 200, while heating of the rod of aerosol substrate material 200 is performed around the heated end. Meanwhile, since the peripheral heater 1244 is located inside the sleeve portion 140, the user can be prevented from being burned by touching the peripheral heater 1244 by mistake.
As shown in fig. 9, the central heater 1242 and the peripheral heater 1244 may also be used in combination to heat the center and the periphery of the heated end at the same time to heat the heated end more uniformly.
Specifically, the heating unit 124, whether the central heater 1242 or the peripheral heater 1244, is made of a material that is resistant to high temperature and is not easily deteriorated, softened, or burned. The material includes metal material (e.g. tungsten, molybdenum), ceramic material (e.g. alumina, silicon oxide) or inorganic material (e.g. carbon material). The foregoing materials may be such that the heating set 124 may heat up to a range of 100-650 degrees C to meet different aerosol substrate material strip 200 requirements.
As shown in fig. 3, the heating range of the heating group 124 can be adjusted by the power supply circuit 130. Generally, the power supply circuit 130 comprises an impedance element 134 and a battery 136. The impedance element 134 is typically a resistor and is electrically connected to the heating element 124. The battery 136, which may be a primary battery or a rechargeable battery, is connected to the heating group 124 through the impedance element 134. By changing the resistance value of the resistance element 134, the current value output from the battery 136 is changed, and the heating temperature of the heating unit 124 is changed. The power circuit 130 also includes a switch 138 for the user to switch on the heating set 124. If the impedance device 134 is a variable resistor, which can be used to adjust the current flowing from the battery 136 to the heating unit 124 in real time, the heating temperature of the heating unit 124 can be adjusted in real time and varied between 100-650 ℃.
The present invention provides a smoking material heating device 100 with a variable heating source, and a heating kit 120 can be easily replaced to change the heating form or match different specifications of the aerosol substrate material strip 200. Thus, the smoking material heating apparatus 100 of variable heating source will no longer be suitable for only a single size of aerosol substrate material strip 200, but the heating kit 120 can be replaced as a function of the aerosol substrate material strip 200, eliminating the problem of the choice of aerosol substrate material strip 200 being limited to the smoking material heating apparatus 100 of variable heating source.
Naturally, the present invention can be embodied in many other forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it is intended that all such changes and modifications be considered as within the scope of the appended claims.
