However, if all the main water replenishing pumps fail to be started, the standby water replenishing pump needs to be started, and step 407 is performed.
Step 405: judging whether the water pressure value is smaller than a third pressure threshold value;
the third pressure threshold is usually a smaller value, and if the water pressure value is not less than the third pressure threshold but less than the second pressure threshold, it indicates that the pressure loss is serious, go to step 406.
Otherwise go to step 409.
Step 406: simultaneously starting all the main water replenishing pumps;
and when the water pressure value is smaller than the second pressure threshold value, simultaneously starting all the main water replenishing pumps, and replenishing water, wherein in the case, because the municipal water supply pipeline has serious pressure loss, the water replenishing force needs to be increased, and the controller simultaneously sends starting signals to all the main water replenishing pumps.
Step 407: judging whether the main water replenishing pump is started successfully or not;
if the main water replenishing pump is not started successfully in the steps 404 and 406, the fault of the main water replenishing pump is indicated, at this time, the standby water replenishing pump is started, and the step 408 is switched.
Step 408: and starting the spare water replenishing pump.
Step 409: if the water pressure value is smaller than the third pressure threshold value, the water pressure of the municipal water supply pipeline is too low, or water is directly cut off, water cannot be supplemented at all, an alarm signal can be directly sent out, and maintenance personnel are reminded to perform manual intervention.
The mode of early warning is for broadcasting through reputation loudspeaker voice, and reputation loudspeaker arranges user's room on duty in, is connected with the early warning signal of controller, and when the controller sent the early warning, reputation loudspeaker continued to broadcast voice information (voice field is preset by the user, and acquiescence field is that municipal water stops supplying water), until early warning signal disappears.
Step 410: judging whether the water level value is smaller than a water level threshold value or not;
under the water pressure value is all normal, in order to prevent water pressure monitor trouble, the wrong report water pressure value, the embodiment of the utility model provides a still monitor the water level value. If the water pressure is normal but the water level is lower than the water level threshold value, the water pressure monitor is in failure, but the cooling tower is lack of water, and then the step 404 or the step 406 is executed to supplement water.
Through the addition of the water level measurer, the reliability of water replenishing of the system is further ensured on the basis of the original water pressure monitoring, and water replenishing accidents caused by device faults are prevented.
By the way, the embodiment of the utility model provides an keep apart municipal water supply pipe and cooling tower system through increasing the check valve to through set up water pressure monitor in municipal water supply pipe, measure municipal water supply pipe's water pressure, when water pressure is less than first water pressure threshold value, then control main use moisturizing pump to the cooling tower carries out the moisturizing, through this kind of mode, avoided can in time carrying out the moisturizing to the cooling tower when municipal water supply pipe supplies water and changes, solved among the prior art to the water level detection in the cooling tower untimely, cause the water level to cross low warning, and lead to the problem of central air conditioning system trouble.
