For example, in the state where the package is unfolded in the drawing, the position above the picture is understood as "front", and the position below the picture is understood as "rear", the same applies.
Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention provides a packing box, including a housing 1, a cover 2 pivotably connected to the housing 1, and a buffer mechanism, where the buffer mechanism includes: a side cushion 3, the side cushion 3 extending and folding inwards from the side edge of the shell 1; a lower cushioning portion 4, the lower cushioning portion 4 including a first sheet 5 and a lower cushion 6 extending and folded inwardly on the first sheet 5 from a side edge of the first sheet 5; the first sheet 5 is integrally connected to a front edge 11 of the case 1 opposite to the side to which the lid body 2 is connected in a pivotable manner so as to be turned inside the accommodation space of the case 1 in a use state; and an upper cushion portion 7, the upper cushion portion 7 including a second sheet 8 and an upper cushion member 9 folded inwardly from front and rear edges of the second sheet 8, the second sheet 8 being pivotally integrally connected to the other side edge of the first sheet 5 so as to be folded over on the side of the first sheet 5 opposite to the lower cushion member 6 in a use state. The buffer effect on the packing is realized through the embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the materials constituting the side cushion 3, the lower cushion 4, and the upper cushion 7 are the same as those of the case 1 and the lid body 2, and are more easily recycled and are beneficial to environmental protection.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the package further comprises a connecting portion 10 pivotally integrally connecting the lid body 2 and the first sheet 5. The structure of the package in use is finally constructed by rotation of the lid 2 and the first sheet 5.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1, to achieve smooth pivoting of the cover 2 and the first sheet 5, the connecting portion 10 is provided with a folding line 13, the folding line 13 being parallel to the front edge 11; the connecting portion 10 is folded along the front edge 11 and the folding line 13 into the receiving space and in the folded state the receiving space is configured. In this embodiment, the line width of the folding line 13 can be adjusted according to the thickness of the cardboard, and is not limited specifically.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1, the connecting portion 10 is provided with two cutouts 14 near the leading edge 11 to facilitate viewing or removal of objects contained therein. In the embodiment, the size and shape of the object accommodated in the accommodating space can be adjusted accordingly, for example, when the object is small, three notches 14 can be provided to prevent the object from being easily removed from the accommodating space due to the small object. Of course, if the object is large, only one notch 14 may be provided, and no further limitation is made herein.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in particular, at the connection position of the notch 14 and the housing 1, an upper cover 21 corresponding to the notch 14 is provided, the upper cover 21 and the housing 1 are integrally connected to the front edge 11 of the housing 1 opposite to the side where the cover body 2 is connected in a pivotable manner, and the protection and buffering effect on the object in the accommodating space can be increased through the upper cover 21, and of course, corresponding adjustment can be performed according to actual conditions, which is not limited herein. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the package further comprises a front cushioning portion 12 and is pivotally integrally connected to an edge of the first sheet 5 opposite the front edge 11. By providing the front cushion portion 12, it is possible to increase the thickness of the housing 1 by an appropriate amount. In the use state of the package box, the front cushion portion 12 and the inner wall of the housing 1 are in non-fixed contact with each other, and the inner wall of the housing 1 can exert a cushioning effect when an external force is applied to the inner wall.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1, the front bumper 12 is provided with a construction line 15, and the construction line 15 is parallel to the front edge 11. By providing the construction line 15, the front cushion portion 12 can be folded easily. After being folded, on the basis of non-fixed contact between the front buffer part 12 and the inner wall of the shell 1, the isolation thickness of objects in the packaging box from the outside is increased, and in addition, because the front buffer part 12 forms a multilayer structure, gaps are formed between layers, and the buffer effect is further exerted. In this embodiment, a plurality of construction lines 15 may be further provided, which may be adjusted according to the size and weight of the object and the thickness of the cardboard, so as to fully protect the object through the buffering effect, and the embodiment is not limited.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, and with particular reference to fig. 1, to enhance cushioning and secure the contents of the package, the package further includes a pair of side flaps 16 pivotally integrally connected to either side of the front cushioning portion 12. After being folded, the side wings 16 are positioned in the interlayer between the folded layers of the front buffering part 12, so that the buffering effect of the front buffering part 12 is effectively increased, and the buffering protection of objects in the packaging box is improved.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1, the first sheet 5 is provided with a receiving through hole 22 for clamping a receiving object; wherein, the edge of the receiving through hole 22 flatly abuts against the edge of the lower cushion 6. Through the clamping of holding through-hole 22 to the object, increased the steadiness of object in the packing carton, avoided because the object can't place in the packing carton firmly, the condition that leads to the object to probably take place to damage because of self removal. In addition, because the edge of the accommodating through hole 22 is flatly attached to the edge of the lower buffer 6, the object clamped with the accommodating object can be leaned on the largest in the packaging box, and the stability of the object in the packaging box is further improved. The size and shape of the receiving through hole 22 need to be adjusted according to the size and shape of the object to be packaged, and are not limited herein.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring in particular to fig. 1 and 2, the package further comprises a connecting strip 17 which pivotally connects the first and second sheets 5, 8 integrally, so that the second sheet 8 is folded over on the side of the first sheet 5 opposite to the lower cushion 6 in the use state. The connecting belt 17 and the second sheet 8 rotate respectively on the rear lower buffer 6, and further a space is enclosed between the first sheet 5 and the second sheet 8, so that the space occupied by objects in the packaging box is met. The height of the connecting band 17 and the height of the lower cushion 6 may be adjusted according to the thickness of the object to be placed in the package, and is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in particular, the second sheet 8 is provided with an observation hole 20, and one side edge of the observation hole is communicated with an edge of the second sheet 8, so as to observe an object located in the accommodating space in a use state. In this embodiment, the shape of the observation hole 20 can be adjusted according to the shape of the object in the package, and is not limited to a specific square shape or the like, and is not limited specifically. Accordingly, the size of the viewing aperture 20 can be adjusted accordingly as desired.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring in particular to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the side bumper 3 has an opening 18 in the folded state, the opening 18 facing in the direction of the leading edge 11; a lid closing portion 23 is provided in a direction in which the lid body 2 is away from the case 1, and the lid closing portion 23 is integrally connected to the lid body 2 in a pivotable manner. The two sides of the closing cover part 23 are provided with tongue insertion parts 19 corresponding to the openings 18, and the tongue insertion parts 19 are connected with the closing cover part 23 in a pivoting manner. In the use state of the packing box, the insertion tongue part 19 is inserted into the opening 18. The tongue insertion part 19 is inserted into the opening 18, so that the packaging box is convenient to pack and unpack quickly.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a plurality of trapezoidal holes are provided on the lower buffer 6 and the upper buffer 9, thereby enabling damage to the packing box due to deformation caused by squeezing during transportation.
