Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a seatbelt retractor device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a seatbelt assembly, of which a seatbelt retractor 100 for retracting a seatbelt has a frame 10, a seatbelt reel 3, a reel control portion 20, and an elastic force limiting portion 7.
The frame 10 includes a U-shaped frame 4 fixed to the vehicle and a steel tube assembly 6 fixed to the U-shaped frame.
The belt reel 3 is used for reeling up a belt and includes a coil spring side shaft 3.1 rotatably provided on the frame and a pre-tightening side shaft 3.2 connected to the coil spring side shaft. A coil spring side shaft 3.1 and a preload side shaft 3.2 are arranged at both ends of the belt spool 3.
A spool control portion 20 is provided on the frame 10 in cooperation with the coil spring side shaft 3.1 for controlling the retraction of the belt by the belt spool 3. The reel control portion 20 includes a coil spring assembly 1 fixed to the frame and a spindle 2 engaged with the coil spring assembly. The coil spring assembly 1 is fixed on a U-shaped frame 4. One end of the mandrel 2 is tightly matched with the coil spring assembly 1, the other end of the mandrel 2 is connected with a coil spring side shaft 3.1 into a whole, and the coil spring side shaft 3.1 and the mandrel 2 rotate together.
The elastic force limiting part 7 is arranged on the frame 10, is in interference fit with the frame 10, is in elastic fit with the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2 and is used for buffering and limiting force on the pre-tightening side shaft. The elastic force limiting part 7 is connected with the steel pipe assembly 6.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an elastic force limiting portion in an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the elastic force-limiting portion 7 comprises a fixing member 7.1 and an elastic member 7.2.
The fixing element 7.1 is fixed to the frame and has an axial cylindrical surface portion 7.1.1 and a hollow radial annular portion 7.1.2. The cylindrical surface portion 7.1.1 is connected to the inner circle of the annular ring portion 7.1.2. The preload side shaft 3.2 passes through the inside of the cylindrical surface portion 7.1.1, and the cylindrical surface portion 7.1.1 is in interference fit with the frame. The cylindrical surface part 7.1.1 is in interference fit with the steel pipe assembly 6, and the radial annular part 7.1.2 plays a role in axial positioning.
Elastic members 7.2 are provided at the axial ends of the cylindrical surface portions 7.1.1 to be elastically fitted with the preload-side shafts 3.2. When the elastic component 7.2 is acted by the external force of the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2, the elastic component 7.2 can be pressed outwards along the direction far away from the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2, and when the external force is eliminated, the elastic component is restored to the original position. The elastic elements may be arranged uniformly over the circumference of the axial ends of the axial cylindrical surface portion 7.1.1, the number of elastic elements 7.2 being 2, 3 or more. The interval between two adjacent elastic components 7.2 can be 4-15 mm.
The spring arrangement 7.2 has spring arms 7.2.1 and limit stops 7.2.2. The resilient arm 7.2.1 may be of a "tongue" configuration, with one end connected to the cylindrical surface portion 7.1.1 and the other end extending radially inwardly of the cylindrical surface portion 7.1.1. And the outer cylindrical surface of the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2 is contacted with the line surface without external force.
Because the elastic arm 7.2.1 is in line-surface contact with the outer cylinder of the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2, and the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2 is always in contact with the elastic arm 7.2.1, when the woven belt is pulled out or the vehicle runs on a bumpy road surface, the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2 cannot impact the elastic arm 7.2.1 to generate shaking or vibration noise, and the vehicle using experience of passengers is improved. The elastic arm 7.2.1 has elasticity, and the line surface contact is made with the outer cylinder of the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2, so the problem that the safety belt is not comfortable when the safety belt is worn due to the fact that the pulling force and the recovery force of the retractor are possibly increased is avoided, and the pulling force and the recovery force are not increased and the wearing comfort is not influenced through experimental verification.
The bottom surface of the limit stop 7.2.2 is connected with the cylindrical surface part 7.1.1, extends along the axial direction of the cylindrical surface part 7.1.1 and is used for limiting the movement of the other end of the elastic arm 7.2.1 within a certain range. The limit stop 7.2.2 is arranged on an axial cylindrical surface portion 7.1.1 of the elastic arm 7.2.1 in the direction of extrusion thereof, and can control the elastic stroke of the elastic arm 7.2.1. The thickness of the limit stop 7.2.2 is proportional to the elastic thread of the elastic arm 7.2.1, and the elastic stroke of the elastic arm 7.2.1 can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the limit stop 7.2.2. The limit stop 7.2.2 also plays a role in protecting the elastic arm 7.2.1, and prevents the elastic arm 7.2.1 from being seriously extruded and broken when being acted by strong external force. The limit stop 7.2.2 has a sector ring portion 7.2.2.1 connected to one end of the resilient arm 7.2.1 and a limit strip 7.2.2.2 contactable and matable with the other end of the resilient arm. The sector ring portion 7.2.2.1 of the bump stop 7.2.2 can be connected to a resilient arm in another pair of resilient members. The limit strips 7.2.2.2 can be wavy and are matched with the tongue shape of the elastic arms 7.2.1; or may be arc-shaped to match the tongue shape of the resilient arm 7.2.1. The maximum contact length of the limiting strip 7.2.2.2 and the elastic arm 7.2.1 accounts for 2/5-2/3 of the length of the limiting strip 7.2.2.2. In one embodiment, the length of the stopper 7.2.2.2 is 1mm, and the maximum contact length of the stopper 7.2.2.2 with the spring arm 7.2.1 is 0.4mm (the length of contact after full fit).
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an elastic force limiting portion in an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the spring arms 7.2.1 are provided with an angle of inclination 7.3 for guiding near the ring portion 7.1.2, i.e. the spring arms 7.2.1 are provided with an angle of inclination 7.3 near the pretension side shaft 3.2. This angle of inclination 7.3 facilitates the insertion of the pretension-side shaft 3.2 into the elastic force limiter 7. In addition, the preload-side shaft 3.2 can be inserted into the elastic force limiter 7 relatively easily in conjunction with the elasticity of the elastic arm 7.2.1. The angle of the inclination angle 7.3 can be any value of 45-75 degrees.
When a passenger wears a safety belt, a pulling braid (not shown in the figure) drives the safety belt reel 3 to rotate, the coil spring side shaft 3.1 of the safety belt reel 3 drives the mandrel 2 to rotate, the mandrel 2 and the coil spring assembly 1 are in tight fit, and the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2 of the safety belt reel 3 is always in contact with the elastic arm 7.2.1 of the elastic force limiting part 7, namely, the coil spring side shafts 3.1 and the pre-tightening side shafts 3.2 at two ends of the safety belt reel 3 can not move in the radial direction when the braid is pulled, so that the shaking phenomenon occurring when the braid is pulled is avoided, and meanwhile, the gurgling noise caused by shaking is also avoided.
When the vehicle runs on a bumpy road surface or the vehicle body generates vibration, the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2 of the safety belt reel 3 is always in contact with the elastic arm 7.2.1 of the elastic force limiting part 7, and the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2 cannot impact the elastic arm 7.2.1 to generate vibration noise.
In the production and manufacturing process of the retractor, the mandrel 2 for restraining the coil spring side shaft 3.1 and the elastic force limiting part 7 for restraining the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2 are difficult to ensure coaxiality, but the elastic force limiting part 7 comprises elastic arms 7.2.1, the elastic arms 7.2.1 which are uniformly distributed can realize correction of coaxiality of two ends of the safety belt reel 3 by adjusting the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2 by means of elasticity of the elastic arms, the safety belt reel 3 is guaranteed to rotate more stably when the mesh belt is pulled out, the pulling-out and recovery force amplitude of the retractor is reduced, and the safety belt reel 3 is less prone to generate friction abnormal sound due to interference with other parts.
The bottom features 7.3 of the resilient arms 7.2.1 may be at a more oblique angle, serving as a guide for the insertion of the pre-tightening side shaft 3.2 into the resilient force limiting portion 7. The coupling spring arm 7.2.1 is resilient, and the preload-side shaft 3.2 can be easily inserted into the spring force limiter 7.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention. The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, a plurality of modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
