The electric heating core of the first heating component 722 is in a type that the resistance wire is externally provided with an outer sleeve, or in a type that the resistance wire is externally provided with no outer sleeve.
In this embodiment, the food cooking system further includes a first cover 86, the first cover 86 is connected to the cooking container 1 to open or close the cooking container 1, for example, the first cover 86 is hinged to the cooking container 1 or the processing platform body 4 to open or close the cooking container 1 by rotating. The first cover 86 is provided with a second heating assembly 71, and the structure of the second heating assembly includes an electric heating core, and the electric heating core is in a type that an outer sleeve is arranged outside the resistance wire, or in a type that the outer sleeve is not arranged outside the resistance wire. The second heating element 71 generates heat after being energized, and may be enclosed inside the first cover 86 or fixed on the surface of the first cover 86 facing the cooking container 1. The second heat generating assembly 71 can cooperate with the first heat generating assembly 722 of the cooking container 1 to facilitate faster temperature rise of the inner cavity of the cooking container 1, so that the food or cooker can be heated more rapidly, and especially when the second heat generating assembly 71 is used as an oven or a stove, the second heat generating assembly 71 radiates heat from the top of the food or cooker, so that the two sides of the food or cooker are heated, the greenhouse is faster and more balanced, and the cooking quality of the food can be improved.
In this embodiment, a microcrystalline panel 721 is disposed on an outer surface of the lifting platform body 72, so that the first heat generating assembly 722 radiates infrared heat energy outwards through the microcrystalline panel 721.

Further preferably, the outer surface of the heat insulating material layer is coated with an outer shell, and at the moment, the shell of the cooking container 1 has a three-layer structure which is an inner shell, a heat insulating material layer and an outer shell.
In another aspect of this embodiment, the casing of the cooking container 1 includes an inner casing and an outer casing, and a vacuum layer or a non-vacuum layer space is provided between the outer casing and the inner casing, and for the vacuum layer space, heat is separated between the outer casing and the inner casing by the vacuum layer space. Wherein, the eddy current cleaning assembly 39 comprises a motor and an impeller, the impeller is positioned in the cooking container 1, when the motor is started, the impeller is driven to rotate to generate eddy current in the cooking container 1, and the inner wall of the cooking container 1 or accessories in the cooking container 1 can be automatically cleaned.
In this embodiment, the multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform further comprises a first set of dynamic sealing means disposed between the first lifting rod set 36 and the cooking container 1 to prevent fluid in the cooking container 1 from leaking between the first lifting rod set 36 and the cooking container 1.

In this embodiment, the multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform comprises a food tableware cleaning and processing system, a water supply system and a drainage system besides the cooking container 1, wherein the food tableware cleaning and processing system comprises a cleaning container 3 and an operation platen, and the cleaning container 3 is arranged on the processing platform body 4.
Illustratively, on the upper surface of the work platform body 4, the cooking vessel 1 and the washing vessel 3 have the same height, are embedded in the upper surface of the work platform body 4, and are arranged side by side, one on the left side and the other on the right side. The operation table is provided in the washing container 3 for use as a support platform, and the water supply system is configured to supply water to the washing container 3 and the water discharge system is configured to discharge waste water in the washing container 3. Specifically, the water supply system includes a water supply port on the faucet 9 or the cleaning container 3, and a water supply line 11 connecting them. The drainage system comprises one or more drainage ports located on the washing container 3, a drainage pipeline 13 connected with each drainage port, and a valve for controlling the on-off of the drainage pipeline 13, wherein the valve is preferably an electronic valve 78 so that the drainage assembly can be automatically cut off, and preferably a pumping device is also provided for assisting drainage. Preferably, the upper edge of the sidewall of the washing container 3 is provided with a spillway 12, and the spillway 12 is connected with a drain line 13.
In the case where the cleaning vessel 3 is actually used in combination with the cooking vessel 1, the former is mainly used for food cutting and washing and dish washing, the latter is mainly used for cooking processes such as steaming, boiling, baking, frying and washing of food, or the cooking vessel 1 is also used as the cleaning vessel 3 as necessary. In this embodiment, the multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform further comprises a second lifting assembly, the second lifting assembly comprises a second lifting driving device 87 and a second lifting rod set 89, the second lifting driving device 87 is installed on the processing platform body 4, the second lifting rod set 89 is connected with the operation table plate in the cleaning container 3, and the second lifting driving device 87 is in transmission connection with the second lifting rod set 89 to lift the operation table plate. The second lifting driving device 87 is composed of a motor, a speed regulating box, a rotating shaft and other structures, the motor, the speed regulating box, the rotating shaft and other structures are installed on the second lifting base 88, the rotation output by the motor is transmitted to the second lifting rod set 89 through a transmission shaft after being regulated by the speed regulating box, and exemplarily, gears meshed with each other are arranged between the second lifting rod set 89 and the rotating shaft and are transmitted through the gears.
Preferably, the multi-functional integrated galley processing platform further comprises a second set of dynamic seals disposed between the second lift bar set 89 and the wash vessel 3 to prevent fluid within the wash vessel 3 from leaking between the second lift bar set 89 and the wash vessel 3.
In this embodiment, the number of the dynamic seal devices 5 in the first group of dynamic seal devices is one or more, the number of the dynamic seal devices 5 in the second group of dynamic seal devices is one or more, and the dynamic seal devices 5 in the first group of dynamic seal devices and the second group of dynamic seal devices have various structural forms.
In order to facilitate a better implementation of the multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform by those skilled in the art, the present embodiment provides a preferred dynamic sealing device 5, and the dynamic sealing device 5 is applicable between the cooking container 1 and the first lifting rod set 36, and also between the cleaning container 3 and the second lifting rod set 89. Taking the example that the dynamic sealing device 5 is installed between the first lifting rod set 36 and the cooking container 1, the dynamic sealing device 5 includes a sealing cover 51, an inner sealing collar 53 and a hollow stud 56, the hollow stud 56 or the sealing cover 51 is installed at the bottom opening of the cooking container 1, one or more annular sealing tongues are formed on the radial inner wall of the sealing cover 51, and the annular sealing tongues 510 of the sealing cover are preferably of an integral structure with the body of the sealing cover 51. The annular sealing tongue 510 of the sealing buckle cover is sleeved outside the first lifting rod group 36 to form sealing connection, the sealing buckle cover 51 is further provided with an internal thread section in threaded fit with the hollow stud 56, one or more internal sealing ring rings 53 are sleeved inside the hollow stud 56, an annular sealing tongue is also formed on the radial inner wall of each internal sealing ring 53, the annular sealing tongue 54 of each internal sealing ring is sleeved outside the first lifting rod group 36 to form sealing connection, one end face of each internal sealing ring 53 is packaged inside the sealing buckle cover 51, and the other end face of each internal sealing ring 53 is packaged inside the hollow stud 56. The annular sealing tongue 510 of the gland is preferably an O-ring seal or other structure, the annular sealing tongue 54 of the inner gland is preferably an annular elastomeric gland, and the surface that contacts the first set of lift pins 36 is preferably a sloped surface.
Because the radial inner wall of the seal buckle cover 51 of the movable seal device 5 is provided with the annular seal tongue 510 of the seal buckle cover, the annular seal tongue 510 of the seal buckle cover forms a first seal for shaft parts, so that fluid in the cooking container 1 cannot leak from between the seal buckle cover 51 and the first lifting rod group 36, when the annular seal tongue 510 of the seal buckle cover is broken and needs to be replaced, the seal buckle cover 51 only needs to be rotated for replacement, and the replacement is more convenient. And because the inner sealing ring 53 is formed with the inner sealing ring sealing tongue 54 on the radial inner wall, it can form multiple sealing with the ring sealing tongue 510 of the sealing cover, obviously promote the sealing effect, compared with the prior art, even if the ring sealing tongue 510 of the sealing cover is partially damaged, under the sealing effect of the inner sealing ring sealing tongue 54, still can prevent the fluid from leaking. When the annular sealing tongue 54 of the inner sealing ring needs to be replaced, the annular sealing tongue 54 of the inner sealing ring can be replaced only by rotating the sealing buckle cover 51 to separate the sealing buckle cover from the first lifting rod group 36, and the replacement is very convenient.
In this embodiment, an elastic ring 59 is fixed radially outside the annular sealing tongue 54 of the inner sealing collar, the elastic ring 59 comprising an annular spring or an annular elastic rubber ring, preferably a spring. Because the elastic ring 59 such as a spring is fixed on the radial outer side of the annular sealing tongue 54 of the inner sealing ring, under the elastic force constraint of the elastic ring 59, the annular sealing tongue 54 of the inner sealing ring has stronger lasting elastic deformation capability, and even if the inner sealing ring is used for a long time, the annular sealing tongue 54 of the inner sealing ring can still be in close contact with the first lifting rod group 36 component, so that the dynamic sealing device 5 has long-term sealing performance.
In this embodiment, the inner sealing collar 53 is formed with an annular groove 55 radially outside the annular sealing tongues 54 of the inner sealing collar, which is particularly suitable when the number of annular sealing tongues 54 of the inner sealing collar is one. Since the inner sealing collar 53 is formed with an annular groove 55 radially outside the annular sealing tongues 54 of the inner sealing collar, this annular groove 55 on the one hand makes room for the elastic deformation of the annular sealing tongues 54 of the inner sealing collar, which makes it possible to have a large elastic deformability, and on the other hand the annular groove 55 facilitates the accommodation of the elastic ring 59 radially outside the annular sealing tongues 54 of the inner sealing collar.
Preferably, the dynamic sealing device 5 further comprises a lock nut 52; the hollow stud 56 comprises a first external thread section 57 and a second external thread section 58, the first external thread section 57 is in threaded fit with the internal thread section of the sealing buckle cover 51, the diameter of the second external thread section 58 is smaller than that of the first external thread section 57, the locking nut 52 is in threaded fit with the second external thread section 58, and the opening at the bottom of the cooking container 1 is sleeved on the second external thread section 58, so that the locking nut 52 abuts against and locks the cooking container 1 through rotation. Since the dynamic sealing device 5 further includes the lock nut 52 and the hollow stud 56 includes the first external thread section 57 and the second external thread section 58, it is possible to install the locking cooking vessel 1 with a gap between the lock nut 52 and the step surface of the hollow stud 56. Specifically, the cooking vessel 1 is sleeved on the second external thread section 58, and the cooking vessel 1 can be locked by rotating the locking nut 52.
When the dynamic sealing device 5 does not include the lock nut 52, the bottom of the cooking container 1 is fixedly connected with the hollow stud 56 or the outer surface of the sealing cover 51. When the dynamic sealing device 5 comprises the locking nut 52, the bottom of the cooking container 1 is sleeved on the second external thread section 58, and the shell of the cooking container 1 can be locked by rotating the locking nut 52, so that the whole dynamic sealing device 5 is completely detachably connected with the cooking container 1, and maintenance and replacement of all parts of the dynamic sealing device 5 are facilitated.
When the second group of dynamic sealing devices and the first group of dynamic sealing devices have the same composition structure, the specific structure of the second group of dynamic sealing devices and the sealing connection manner between the second group of dynamic sealing devices and the second lifting rod group 89 can be implemented according to the description of the previous part of this embodiment, and are not described again.
In another embodiment, there are multiple pairs of mating retaining structures between the inner wall of the cleaning vessel 3 and the operating deck, such that the operating deck is removably retained horizontally within the cleaning vessel 3. In this embodiment, the second lifting assembly is not required, and the operating table is not automatically lifted. Specifically, the holding structure comprises a cylinder connected to the side wall of the operation table and a positioning groove positioned on the inner wall of the cleaning container 3, and the supporting plate is horizontally held when the cylinder is supported in the positioning groove; preferably, the positioning slot has a plurality of positioning zones of unequal height, so that the level of the operating table in the cleaning container 3 remains adjustable in height. For example, the positioning slot 43 has two positioning areas with different heights.
Specifically, for a rectangular operating platen, there are two parallel side walls of the operating platen having posts 42 thereon, and each side wall has two or more posts 42 thereon. The inner wall of the cleaning container 3 is provided with positioning grooves 43 corresponding to the columns 42, and the positioning grooves 43 may be directly formed in the inner wall of the cleaning container 3 or the positioning grooves 43 may be formed by protrusions formed on the surface of the inner wall of the cleaning container 3.
When food materials need to be processed, such as vegetable cutting, the cylinder 42 on the side wall of the operation table board 2 can be positioned in the positioning groove 43, the operation table board 2 is horizontally supported above the bottom of the cleaning container 3, a user can directly place the cutting board 44 on the operation table board 2 and then process the food materials, and food material fragments falling off from the cutting board 44 in the food material processing process fall onto the operation table board 2 or into the cleaning container 3. Compared with the prior art, the cutting board 44 can be placed in a kitchen for saving the time required for processing food materials, and the food falling off from the cutting board 44 can be prevented from polluting a cooking bench or the ground. When the food material no longer needs to be processed, the user can remove the operating deck 2, at which time the washing container 3 can be used as a conventional sink.
The operating deck 2 has drainage holes 20 extending through the upper and lower ends thereof. Preferably, the upper surface of the operating bedplate 2 is provided with a drainage groove 19, and the drainage groove 19 is connected with a drainage hole 20. Preferably, the drainage device further comprises a filter box 21, wherein the filter box 21 is detachably installed in the drainage hole 20, and a plurality of filter holes are formed in the filter box 21. In use, juice and waste water dropped onto the operation platen 2 flow into the cleaning container 3 through the drainage hole 20, the drainage groove 19 guides the juice and waste water on the upper surface of the operation platen 2 to the drainage hole 20, and the detachable filter cassette 21 can collect residue and debris and the like that enter the drainage hole 20.
The lower surface of the operating table 2 is provided with a plurality of support columns 18 for contacting the bottom of the cleaning vessel 3. Therefore, the operation bedplate 2 can be independently supported in the cleaning container 3, and a mechanical limiting structure for the second lifting assembly can be formed by utilizing the supporting columns 18, so that the safety is improved.
The outer periphery of the upper surface of the operating platen 2 is provided with an elastic ring 34, the elastic ring 34 is preferably a silicone ring, and the elastic ring 34 abuts against the inner wall of the cleaning container 3. In use, the elastic ring 34 enables the gap between the periphery of the operation table board 2 and the inner wall of the cleaning container 3 to be filled with the elastic ring 34, so that the food or other objects on the operation table board 2 are prevented from falling from the outer edge of the operation table board 2.
Preferably, the elastic ring 34 has at least one ring of annular grooves 22 on its upper surface, which surrounds the operating platen 2. When the food cleaning device is used, the annular groove 22 is arranged, so that the food materials moving to the edge of the operation table board 2 are collected into the annular groove 22, the food materials are prevented from falling from a gap between the elastic ring 34 and the inner wall of the cleaning container 3 due to possible deformation of the elastic ring 34 in the lifting process of the operation table board 2, and the food materials are collected into the annular groove 22, so that the food materials can be cleaned intensively.
The upper surface of the operation table plate 2 is provided with a plurality of air holes or air grooves 23 for releasing the mutual adhesion of the operation table plate 2 and the plate when the plate is placed on the operation table plate 2. For example, the air holes are a plurality of small holes distributed in an array, the size is only required to be larger than that of the air easily stored, and the air groove 23 has various forms, such as an arc-shaped groove, an annular groove and the like. In this embodiment, the cleaning container 3 is provided with a second cover 7, the second cover 7 is connected to the cleaning container 3 to open or close the cleaning container 3, for example, the second cover 7 is hinged to the cleaning container 3 or the processing platform body 4 to open or close the cleaning container 3 by rotation. The water supply system comprises a water faucet 9 and a water supply pipeline 11, the water faucet 9 is movably arranged on the inner end face of the second cover body 7, and the water supply pipeline 11 is connected with the water faucet 9 to supply water.
In a preferred embodiment, the faucet 9 has a plurality of sequentially connected segments, at least a portion of which is rotatably connected between adjacent segments. In another preferred embodiment, a flexible hose 85 and a spray head are connected to the outlet of the faucet 9.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, a movable joint assembly 25 is provided between the water tap 9 and the water supply pipeline 11, the movable joint assembly 25 includes a first joint seat 251, a water delivery core tube 252 and a second joint seat 253, the first joint seat 251 is fixed relative to the tank body 1, the first joint seat 251 and the second joint seat 253 respectively have inner cavities, the water supply pipeline 11 extends into the inner cavity of the first joint seat 251, the second joint seat 253 is fixedly connected with the tank cover 7, the second joint seat 253 is communicated with the water tap 9, a first end of the water delivery core tube 252 extends into the inner cavity of the first joint seat 251 and is hermetically connected with the inner cavity of the first joint seat 251, and a second end of the water delivery core tube 252 extends into the inner cavity of the second joint seat 253 and is hermetically connected with the inner cavity of the second joint seat 253, so that the first joint seat 251 and the second joint seat 253 are communicated.
Preferably, the water delivery core tube 252 has a first water delivery channel 256 therein and a first opening (not shown) formed at a first end and a second opening 254 formed at a second end, the first opening communicates with the water supply pipeline 11 in the inner cavity of the first joint seat 251, the second opening 254 communicates with the water tap 9 in the inner cavity of the second joint seat 253, and the water delivery core tube 252 is respectively sleeved with a plurality of sealing rings 255 at the first end and the second end to respectively realize the sealing connection with the first joint seat 251 and the second joint seat 253.
Preferably, a second water delivery channel 26 is formed in the slot cover 7, one port of the second water delivery channel 26 is butted with the water tap 9, and the other port is butted with the water outlet hole on the first joint seat 251. Preferably, the bottom bore of the cleaning container 3 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, the lowest part of the bottom of the cleaning container 3 is connected with a drainage cavity 14, and the drainage component is connected with the drainage cavity 14. As a result, the food, residue, and other substances deposited in the cleaning container 3 are collected by gravity toward the drain chamber 14. Also included is a breaker assembly 16, the breaker assembly 16 being located within the drain chamber 14, the breaker assembly 16 being configured to create a vortex circulation within the wash tank 3 when rotated, the drain assembly being configured with an on-off valve. Claims (49)

1. A multi-functional integrated kitchen processing platform, comprising:
processing the platform body;
the food cooking system comprises a cooking container and a lifting platform, wherein the cooking container is arranged on the processing platform body, the lifting platform is arranged in the cooking container in a lifting mode, and the lifting platform is provided with a first heating assembly.
2. The multi-functional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 1, wherein said food cooking system further comprises a first cover coupled to said cooking container to open or close said cooking container;
the first cover body is provided with a second heating assembly.

The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said lifting platform comprises a lifting platform body and a first lifting assembly, said first heating assembly is mounted on said lifting platform body, said first lifting assembly comprises a first lifting driving device and a first lifting rod set, said first lifting driving device is mounted on said processing platform body, said first lifting rod set is connected with said lifting platform body in said cooking container, said first lifting driving device is in transmission connection with said first lifting rod set to lift said lifting platform body.
4. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 3, characterized in that said lifting platform body is provided with a micro-crystal panel on its outer surface for allowing said first heat generating assembly to radiate infrared heat energy outwards through said micro-crystal panel.

The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 3, characterized in that said first set of lifting rods has an internal channel extending in an axial direction, a power cord of said first heat generating assembly is inserted into said internal channel, one end of said power cord is connected to said first heat generating assembly, and the other end of said power cord is passed through said internal channel to be connected to an external power source.
6. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 1, characterized in that a removable tray is provided inside said cooking vessel.
7. The multifunctional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 6, wherein the number of pallets is multiple.
8. The multifunctional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 6, wherein the tray has at least one through hole.
9. The multifunctional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 6, wherein the tray is configured to slide side-to-side.

The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 1, wherein said food cooking system further comprises a fan and a smoke exhaust and suction channel, a filter screen is disposed at a smoke exhaust port of said smoke exhaust and suction channel, said fan is configured to generate a pressure difference, so that the smoke in the area near said cooking container is exhausted from a smoke exhaust port of said smoke exhaust and suction channel after being sucked into said smoke exhaust port.
11. A multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 1, characterized in that said housing of the cooking vessel is a housing made of metallic and/or non-metallic material.
12. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 11, characterized in that said housing of said cooking vessel comprises an inner shell and a layer of insulating material covering an outer surface of said inner shell.
13. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 12, characterized in that said layer of insulating material is coated with a shell on its outer surface.
14. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 11, characterized in that said housing of said cooking vessel comprises an inner shell and an outer shell, said outer shell and said inner shell having a vacuum layer or non-vacuum layer space therebetween.
15. The multifunctional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 1, further comprising a water supply system configured to supply water to the cooking receptacle and a drain system configured to drain water from within the cooking receptacle.
16. The multi-functional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 15, wherein a first self-cleaning system is provided within said cooking vessel for automatically cleaning an inner wall of said cooking vessel or an accessory within said cooking vessel.
17. The multi-functional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 16, wherein the first self-cleaning system comprises a vortex cleaning assembly and/or an ultrasonic cleaning assembly.
18. The multifunctional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 16, wherein the accessories comprise utensils, food materials, or tools.
19. The multi-functional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 3, further comprising a first set of dynamic seals disposed between the first set of lift bars and the cooking container to inhibit fluid within the cooking container from leaking between the first set of lift bars and the cooking container.
20. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 19, further comprising an edible utensil cleaning and treatment system comprising a cleaning vessel disposed on said processing platform body and an operating deck disposed within said cleaning vessel for use as a support platform, a water supply system configured to supply water to said cleaning vessel, and a drain system configured to drain waste water from within said cleaning vessel.
21. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 20, further comprising a second lifting assembly, said second lifting assembly comprising a second lifting drive and a second set of lifting rods, said second lifting drive being mounted on said processing platform body, said second set of lifting rods being connected to said operating deck within said cleaning vessel, said second lifting drive being drivingly connected to said second set of lifting rods for lifting said operating deck.
22. The multi-functional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 21, further comprising a second set of dynamic seals disposed between the second set of lift pins and the wash container to inhibit fluid within the wash container from leaking between the second set of lift pins and the wash container.
23. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 22, characterized in that said specific structure of said dynamic sealing means of said first and second sets of dynamic sealing means comprises: the sealing cover, the inner sealing ferrule and the hollow stud are arranged on the outer wall of the hollow stud; the hollow stud or the sealing buckle cover is arranged at the bottom opening of the cooking container or the cleaning container, one or more annular sealing tongues are formed on the radial inner wall of the sealing buckle cover, the annular sealing tongues of the sealing buckle cover are sleeved outside the first lifting rod group or the second lifting rod group to form sliding seal, the sealing buckle cover is further provided with an internal thread section in threaded fit with the hollow stud, one or more internal sealing ferrules are sleeved in the hollow stud, annular sealing tongues are also formed on the radial inner wall of each internal sealing ferrule, the annular sealing tongues of each internal sealing ferrule are sleeved outside the first lifting rod group or the second lifting rod group to form sliding seal, one end face of each internal sealing ferrule is packaged in the sealing buckle cover, and the other end face of each internal sealing ferrule is packaged in the hollow stud.

The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 23, characterized in that said dynamic sealing means further comprises a locking nut; the hollow stud comprises a first external thread section and a second external thread section, the first external thread section is in thread fit with the internal thread section of the sealing buckle cover, the diameter of the second external thread section is smaller than that of the first external thread section, the locking nut is in thread fit with the second external thread section, the cooking container or the opening at the bottom of the cleaning container is sleeved with the second external thread section, so that the locking nut is abutted and locked through rotation to the cooking container or the cleaning container.

The multi-function integrated galley processing platform according to claim 20, wherein the wash container has a plurality of pairs of mating retaining structures between an inner wall of the wash container and the operator deck such that the operator deck is removably retained horizontally within the wash container.

The multi-function integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 25, wherein said retaining structure comprises a post attached to a side wall of said operating platen and a detent located in an inner wall of said cleaning vessel, and wherein a removable tray is disposed within said cooking vessel, said tray being held horizontally when said post is supported within said detent.
27. The multi-function integrated galley processing platform according to claim 26, wherein the positioning slots have a plurality of positioning sections of unequal height therein, such that the level of the operating deck within the washing container remains adjustable in height.
28. The multi-functional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 20, wherein said operating deck has drainage holes extending through upper and lower ends thereof for preventing fluid from collecting on an upper surface of said operating deck.
29. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 28, wherein said operating deck has drainage grooves formed in its upper surface, said drainage grooves being connected to said drainage holes.
30. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 28, further comprising a filter cartridge removably mounted within said drain opening, said filter cartridge having a plurality of filter openings formed therein.
31. A multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 21 or 25, characterized in that said operating deck is provided with a plurality of support columns on its lower surface for contacting the bottom of said washing container.
32. A multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 21 or 25, characterized in that said operating deck is provided with a resilient ring at its peripheral edge, said resilient ring abutting against an inner wall of said washing container.
33. A multi-functional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 20, wherein said operating deck has a plurality of air holes or air slots in an upper surface thereof for releasing the operating deck from adhering to a panel when the panel is placed on said operating deck.
34. The multi-functional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 20, wherein the cleaning receptacle is configured with a second cover coupled to the cleaning receptacle to open or close the cleaning receptacle, the water supply system is further configured to supply water to the cooking receptacle, the water drain system is further configured to drain water from within the cooking receptacle, the water supply system includes a faucet movably disposed at an inner end surface of the second cover and a water supply line coupled to the faucet for supplying water.
35. The multi-functional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 34, wherein the faucet has a plurality of sequentially connected tube segments, at least a portion of adjacent ones of the tube segments being rotatably coupled therebetween.
36. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 34, wherein said faucet outlet is connected to a flexible hose and a spray head.
37. The multi-functional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 34, wherein said water faucet and said water supply line have a movable joint assembly therebetween;
the movable joint assembly comprises a first joint seat, a water delivery core pipe and a second joint seat, the first joint seat is fixed relative to the cleaning container, the second joint seat is fixedly connected with the second cover body, the second joint seat is communicated with the water faucet, the first joint seat and the second joint seat are respectively provided with an inner cavity, a water supply pipeline extends into the inner cavity of the first joint seat, the first end of the water delivery core pipe extends into the inner cavity of the first joint seat and the two of the first joint seat and are in sealing connection, and the second end of the water delivery core pipe extends into the inner cavity of the second joint seat and the two of the second joint seat and are in sealing connection.
38. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 37, wherein a second water channel is formed in said second lid, one end of said second water channel is connected to said faucet, and the other end of said second water channel is connected to a water outlet of said first faucet.
39. A multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 34, characterized in that an inner end surface of said second lid is provided with a shelf.
40. A multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 39, characterized in that said shelf is a square box type shelf.

42. The multi-functional integrated galley processing platform of claim 34, wherein a second self-cleaning system is disposed within the cleaning vessel for automatically cleaning the interior walls of the cleaning vessel or accessories within the cleaning vessel.
43. The multi-functional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 42, wherein the second self-cleaning system comprises a vortex cleaning assembly and/or an ultrasonic cleaning assembly.
44. The multifunctional integrated galley processing platform according to claim 42, wherein the accessories comprise utensils, food materials, or tools.
45. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 1, further comprising a multifunctional integrated shelf, wherein the multifunctional integrated shelf has a height greater than a height of a top of said processing platform body.
46. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 45, wherein said multifunctional integrated shelf comprises a left vertical frame, a right vertical frame and a plurality of shelves, said left vertical frame and said right vertical frame are connected by at least one cross frame, and each shelf is distributed on said left vertical frame, said right vertical frame or said cross frame.
47. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 1, characterized in that said processing platform body is configured with a multi-unit cell detachably mounted within said processing platform body, said multi-unit cell comprising a plurality of storage compartments or drawers.
48. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to any of claims 1, 2, 4-30, 33-47, further comprising a control system and a display assembly.
49. The multifunctional integrated kitchen processing platform according to claim 48, characterized in that said control system comprises a voice control unit or a mobile terminal.
