1) sludge feeding: the sludge conveyor conveys sludge into the storage bin 101, and the first driving motor 110 drives the material distributing shaft 111 to rotate, so that the group of material distributing blades 112 are driven to rotate in the storage bin body 109, and the sludge in the storage bin body 109 is stirred;
2) cutting into strips and granulating:
2-1) the sludge stirred in the storage bin body 109 falls into the slitting and granulating box 103, and the stirring driving device 104 is started to drive the slope bridge shaft 116 and the group of stirring teeth 117 to rotate;
2-2) starting a slitting and granulating driving device 108, slitting sludge entering between two symmetrically arranged slitting shafts 106 into strips, and scraping the sludge on the slitting shafts 106 off the slitting shafts 106 by a copper comb 107;
3) sludge conveying: the sludge cut into strips falls on the upper sludge conveying component 301, the upper sludge conveying component 301 circularly drives to convey the sludge to the tail end, the sludge on the upper sludge conveying component 301 falls on the lower sludge conveying component 303 through the filtering baffle 307, and the sludge is conveyed along with the lower sludge conveying component 303;
4) dehumidifying and drying by a heat pump mechanism:
4-1), the first compressor 208 converts air into air source through the first heat regenerator 206, and then converts the air into hot air through the first vertical condenser 207;
4-2) starting a group of circulating fans 302, a first main fan 305 and a second main fan 306 to blow hot air in the step 4-1) to the upper sludge conveying assembly 301 and the lower sludge conveying assembly 303 respectively, wherein sludge on the upper sludge conveying assembly 301 is dehumidified and dried by the group of circulating fans 302, and sludge on the lower sludge conveying assembly 303 is dehumidified and dried by the group of circulating fans 302, the first main fan 305 and the second main fan 306 respectively;
4-3) the hot air passing through the upper sludge conveying assembly 301 and the lower sludge conveying assembly 303 enters the heat pump frame 201 through a group of circulating fans 302;
4-4) firstly, purifying by a filter screen 202 to remove dust or foreign matters;
5) discharging: after the sludge on the lower sludge conveying component 303 is dehumidified and dried, the dried sludge is discharged from the end of the lower sludge conveying component 303 through the discharge hole 324.
