7. The medical cart of claim 1, wherein baffles are provided at opposite ends of said deck.

The medical flat carriage according to claim 7, wherein the inner side surface of the baffle is provided with guide grooves, when the traction device pulls the transfer plate, the opposite ends of the transfer plate are clamped into the corresponding guide grooves, and the guide grooves guide the movement of the transfer plate.
9. The medical cart of claim 8 wherein the end of the channel on the first side is open and the end of the channel on the second side is closed, the closed end limiting the transfer plate.
10. The medical cart of claim 8, wherein a first through hole is defined in an upper surface of the baffle, a screw is disposed in the first through hole, a threaded hole is defined in an upper surface of the bed plate corresponding to the screw, and second through holes are defined in opposite ends of the transfer plate, such that when the transfer plate is moved onto the bed plate, the screw can pass through the second through hole to be threadedly engaged with the threaded hole, thereby locking the transfer plate on the bed plate.
