Cup cover assembly and food processor
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of small household appliances, and in particular, to a cup lid assembly and a food processor.
Background
With the increasing standard of living, many different types of food processors, such as cooking machines, are on the market. The functions of the food processor may include, but are not limited to, soymilk making, juice squeezing, rice paste making, meat grinding, ice shaving, coffee making, and/or mask blending. The food processor can comprise a machine for crushing and stirring food materials, such as a soybean milk machine, a stirrer or a wall breaking food processor. However, the existing food processor requires a great deal of effort in the process of mounting or dismounting the cup cover assembly.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of this application is to provide a bowl cover subassembly and food processor can realize that the bowl cover subassembly easily loads onto or takes off.
One aspect of the present application provides a cup lid assembly. This bowl cover subassembly includes: fixing a circle; a moving coil movable relative to the fixed coil; the sealing ring comprises a first end fixed on the fixed ring and a second end matched with the movable ring; and the handle is matched with the movable ring through a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism can drive the movable ring to move by rotating the handle, so that the second end of the sealing ring is switched between a first state and a second state.
Optionally, two ends of the handle are respectively provided with a driving mechanism, and the two driving mechanisms can drive the moving coil to move relative to the fixed coil by rotating the handle. So, through two actuating mechanism common drive movable coil removal, it is more reliable and more stable.
Optionally, the cup cover assembly further comprises a cup cover, and two ends of the lifting handle are rotatably mounted on the cup cover.
Optionally, the two driving mechanisms act on opposite ends of the moving coil respectively. Therefore, the two driving mechanisms can drive the moving coil more stably and reliably.
Optionally, the moving coil can move up and down relative to the fixed coil. So, can control the sealing washer with simple mode and remove and the sealing washer state change, realize easily uncapping.
Optionally, the driving mechanism includes any one of: the cam mechanism, the gear rack mechanism and the connecting rod mechanism can drive the moving coil to move more easily through the driving mechanism, and the moving amplitude of the moving coil can be controlled conveniently.
Optionally, the moving coil is disposed outside or inside the fixed coil. The movable ring and the fixed ring are arranged on the inner side and the outer side, so that the size of the cup cover can be reduced, the structure of the cup cover is more compact, and the driving structure is simplified.
Optionally, the moving coil and the fixed coil are both annular. Therefore, the inner side of the moving coil or the fixed coil is provided with the accommodating space, and a certain anti-overflow effect can be achieved.

When the handle 50 is in the folded position, the movable ring 22 is urged to be at the lowest position by the cooperation of the first link 41 and the second link 42, so that the sealing ring 23 is kept at the first state; when the handle 50 is rotated to the operating position, the first link 41 and the second link 42 are relatively rotated, so that the moving coil 22 is moved to the highest position, and the sealing ring 23 is switched to the second state.
With continued reference to fig. 3-6, the lid assembly 100 also includes an ear clip 60 that is rotatably mounted to the lid 10. Stirring cup 80 top is outwards suddenly be equipped with ear-clasp 60 complex hasp portion 81, during the use, need not rotate bowl cover subassembly 100, and only need rotate ear-clasp 60, can make ear-clasp 60 and hasp portion 81 lock together to be injectd bowl cover subassembly 100 on stirring cup 80, it is more convenient, laborsaving to operate. Similarly, when the lid assembly 100 needs to be removed, the lid assembly 100 can be removed from the blender cup 80 by rotating the ear clip 60 in the opposite direction to disengage the ear clip 60 from the locking portion 81.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, a driving portion 551 is disposed outside the rotating shaft 55, the ear clip 60 includes a shaft portion 61, a fastening portion 62 and a matching driving portion 63, the shaft portion 61 is rotatably disposed on the cup lid 10, the fastening portion 62 is matched with the locking portion 81, and the driving portion 551 can act on the matching driving portion 63 to rotate the ear clip 60 around the shaft portion 61, so as to facilitate the ear clip 60 to switch between the fastening position and the opening position. Thus, by rotating the handle 50, the ear clip 60 can be actuated to switch between the closed position and the open position.
When the handle 50 is in the closed position, the sealing ring 23 is kept in the first state, and the ear clip 60 is located in the fastening position; when handle 50 is rotated to the operating position, sealing ring 23 is caused to switch to the second state, and ear clip 60 is also caused to switch to the open state, at which time lid assembly 100 can be easily removed from blender cup 80. The shaft portion 61 of the ear clip 60 is cooperatively defined by the cover 11 and the cover 12.
Referring to fig. 8, the embodiment is different from the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 7 in that the cap assembly 100 does not include the ear clip 60.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of protection of the present application.
