Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the utility model provides a commercial air-cooled refrigerator adopts the air-cooled mode to refrigerate, including the cabinet body 1, glass door 2, refrigeration circuit 3 and fan. The cabinet body 1 includes an outer shell 11 and an inner container 12 disposed in the outer shell 11, an insulating layer (not shown) is formed between the outer shell 11 and the inner container 12 by foaming or the like, and a storage cavity 10 is formed inside the inner container 12. And for the refrigeration circuit 3 it generally comprises a compressor 31, a condenser 32, a throttling device (not shown) and an evaporator 33 connected together. The evaporator 33 is arranged in the cabinet 1 and performs air cooling refrigeration through a fan.
In order to meet the requirements of users on large storage space and large display area, the commercial air-cooled refrigerator is at least structurally improved and designed as follows. As shown in fig. 1-9, the fan employs a centrifugal fan 4 to reduce the overall size of the fan. Correspondingly, the back of the inner container 12 is provided with an air duct 100, the air duct 100 is provided with an air return opening 101 and an air outlet 102, the centrifugal fan 4 and the evaporator 33 are both arranged in the air duct 100, the centrifugal fan 4 is arranged opposite to the back of the inner container 12, and an air inlet area 103 for the centrifugal fan 4 to enter air is formed between the centrifugal fan 4 and the back of the inner container 12.
Specifically, by forming the air duct 100 in the back region of the inner container 12, the centrifugal fan 4 and the evaporator 33 can be mounted on the back of the inner container 12. Therefore, the situation that the centrifugal fan 4 and the evaporator 33 are arranged at the top of the inner container 12 to cause that the top space cannot store and display can be avoided, the display area can be effectively enlarged, and a large-area display area is formed on the front surface of the glass door 2.
The air duct 100 may be formed by disposing the cover plate 5 in the inner container 12, specifically, the cover plate 5 is installed on the back of the inner container 12, the air duct 100 is formed between the cover plate 5 and the inner wall of the inner container 12, and the centrifugal fan 4 and the evaporator 33 are located between the cover plate 5 and the back of the inner container 12. The centrifugal fan 4 and the evaporator 33 are shielded by the cover plate 5, and an air duct 100 is formed between the cover plate 5 and the inner wall of the inner container 12. An air return opening 101 is formed between the lower end of the cover plate 5 and the inner container 12, and an air outlet 102 is formed between the upper end of the cover plate 5 and the inner container 12. By using the principle of cool air sinking, cool air output from the air outlet 102 enters the storage cavity 10, and while the cool air refrigerates the articles in the storage cavity 10, the cool air gradually descends and enters the air duct 100 from the air return opening 101.
In order to satisfy the requirement of compact installation and ensure air intake for the centrifugal fan 4, the centrifugal fan 4 includes a motor 41, a centrifugal fan 42 and a volute 43, the volute 43 is installed on the inner surface of the cover plate 5, an air inlet 431 of the volute 43 faces the back of the inner container 12, and the centrifugal fan 42 is located in the volute 43 and connected to a rotating shaft of the motor 41. Specifically, the air inlet 431 of the volute 43 is disposed facing the back of the inner container 12, so that the air inlet 431 forms a larger air inlet area 103 on the front side of the inlet air to meet the air inlet requirement of the centrifugal fan 4.
The volute 43 may be fixed on the inner surface of the cover plate 5 by screws, the volute 43 may be in a housing manner, and a mounting cavity for mounting the centrifugal fan 42 is formed between the volute 43 and the cover plate 5. In this way, it is possible to more effectively reduce the thickness of the scroll 43 and complete the assembly of the centrifugal fan 4 using the cover plate 5. And the inner surface of the cover plate 5 is formed with the second groove 51, and the edge of the volute 43 is inserted into the second groove 51 to complete the assembly, so that the volute 43 is conveniently and accurately installed, and an air pressurization space with better sealing performance is formed between the volute 43 and the cover plate 5 to improve the air outlet speed.
The motor 41 is fixedly attached to the cover 5 through the bracket 411, and when assembled, the centrifugal fan 4 is assembled to the cover 5 and then assembled to the inner container 12 through the cover 5. As for the air outlet 102, the air outlet 102 is formed between the top of the scroll 43 and the upper end of the cover plate 5.
Preferably, in order to effectively position the space size of the intake area 103 at the front side of the intake opening 431, a baffle 44 is further provided on the volute 43, and the baffle 44 abuts against the back of the inner container 12. Specifically, in the process of installing the cover plate 5 together with the centrifugal fan 4 into the inner container 12, after the cover plate 5 is assembled into the inner container 12, the baffle 44 abuts against the back of the inner container 12, so as to limit the size of the space of the air inlet and outlet area 103 by the size of the baffle 44. Therefore, the influence of too small distance between the air inlet 431 and the back of the inner container 12 on air inlet caused by assembly error can be avoided. The length of the baffle 44 extending from the volute 43 to the inner container 12 is 10mm-50mm, so as to meet the air inlet requirement of the centrifugal fan 4.
Further, in order to more effectively obtain a large air blowing amount, it is preferable to dispose the evaporator 33 below the centrifugal fan 4. Thus, the air sucked from the air return opening 101 passes through the evaporator 33 for heat exchange, enters the volute 43 through the air inlet area 103, and is finally output from the air outlet 102. The cold air is accelerated by the centrifugal fan 4 and then directly output from the air outlet 102, so that the air outlet speed can be protected to be higher, and a good refrigeration effect can be obtained.
Further, in order to obtain a good air return effect, the baffle 44 is distributed around the air inlet 431 of the volute 43, and two end portions of the baffle 44 extend to corresponding side portions of the evaporator 33 respectively; an air inlet cavity is formed among the back of the inner container 12, the evaporator 33, the baffle 44 and the volute 43. Specifically, the baffle 44 may be used to limit the air intake distance of the air inlet 431, and may cooperate with the lower evaporator 33 to strongly suck air to the bottom evaporator 33, so that the air return opening 101 may better suck air in the storage cavity 10 into the air duct 100.
In order to obtain good air tightness for the air duct 100 formed between the cover plate 5 and the inner container 12 and ensure that the air flow enters and exits through the air return opening 101 and the air outlet 102, a first sealing gasket 401 is arranged between the baffle plate 44 and the back of the inner container 12, and a second sealing gasket 501 is arranged between the two side portions of the cover plate 5 and the inner container 12, specifically, the first sealing gasket 401 can seal a connecting area formed between the baffle plate 44 and the back of the inner container 12 and prevent air from leaking from the connecting part between the baffle plate 44 and the back of the inner container 12; likewise, the second gasket 501 is able to seal the connection area between the cover plate 5 and the inner container 12. Preferably, in order to obtain efficient heat exchange of the air entering the centrifugal fan 4 through the evaporator 33, a third gasket 402 is provided at a connecting portion between the baffle 44 and the evaporator 33, so that the air is prevented from being sucked into the centrifugal fan 4 from the side of the evaporator 33 without being heat-exchanged by the evaporator 33. Since the baffle 44 is an arc-shaped plate, in order to facilitate positioning and installation of the first gasket 401, a first groove (not shown) is formed on the back of the inner container 12, and the first gasket 401 is located in the first groove.
For the cold air output by the air duct 100, in order to meet different air supply requirements and meet the refrigeration requirements of different storage, the air supply plate 6 may be configured, the air supply plate 6 is detachably installed on the inner container 12, and the air outlet 102 is covered by the air supply plate 6. Specifically, the detachable air supply plate 6 is adopted to guide the cold air output from the air outlet 102, and the air supply plate 6 with different structural forms can be adopted to meet the requirement of refrigeration according to different storage in the storage cavity 10. Wherein, the mode of air supply board 6 demountable installation on inner bag 12 can adopt buckle or screw to connect to make things convenient for operating personnel to dismantle the change.
When articles with larger volume are stored in the storage cavity 10, as shown in fig. 4, the air supply plate 6 may adopt a structural form of an air supply net plate, and the air supply plate 6 mainly plays a role of shielding the air outlet 102 so as to prevent impurities from falling into the air outlet 102. And the cold air output from the air outlet 102 is upwardly transmitted to the top of the storage cavity 10 through the meshes of the air feeding plate 6, and then, the cold air flows downwardly by touching the top to refrigerate the articles.
Meanwhile, when storing articles in storage cavity 10 in a layered manner through shelves, corresponding air cooling refrigeration needs to be performed on the articles on each shelf, at this time, as shown in fig. 5, air supply plate 6 is configured with a plurality of air supply outlets 60 along the height direction, and cold air can be output to storage cavity 10 through air supply outlets 60 at different height positions to refrigerate the articles at different height positions. Referring to fig. 11, air deflectors 601 are further disposed on upper and lower edges of the air blowing opening 60, and the air deflectors 601 can guide the air output from the air blowing opening 60 to be output transversely, so as to obtain a larger air supply distance in the cross-sectional direction of the inner container 12 and improve the distribution uniformity of the cold air.
The blowing plate 6 includes a blowing substrate 61, and the blowing substrate 61 extends upward along the air outlet direction of the air outlet 102. Specifically, the air supply substrate 61 is provided with an air supply outlet 60, the air supply substrate 61 is directly mounted on the upper portion of the cover plate 5, the cold air output from the air outlet 102 is transmitted through a space formed between the air supply substrate 61 and the inner wall of the inner container 12, and the cold air is output from the air supply outlet 60 to the storage cavity 10 in the transmission process. Preferably, in order to satisfy the requirement of higher air supply for inner container 12 with a higher height, air supply plate 6 further includes air supply splicing plate 62, and air supply splicing plate 62 is detachably mounted above air supply base plate 61. Specifically, the air supply splicing plate 62 is mounted on the upper portion of the air supply base plate 61 according to actual use requirements, so as to further distribute the air supply at the top. Similarly, the air supply splicing plate 62 is correspondingly provided with an air supply outlet 60. Wherein, the air supply substrate 61 can be arranged on the upper part of the cover plate 5 in a plug-in connection mode; similarly, the blower splicing plate 62 may be mounted on the upper portion of the blower base plate 61 by means of insertion. And the air supply base plate 61 and the air supply jointed plate 62 can be detachably installed and fixed in the inner container 12 by adopting a buckling or screw fixing mode.
Preferably, for the cabinet bodies 1 of different specifications and sizes produced in factories, in order to realize a design of modular versatility, as shown in fig. 10-11, the air supply splicing board 62 may further include at least two splicing sub-boards 621, two adjacent splicing sub-boards 621 are spliced together, and the lowest splicing sub-board 621 is detachably mounted above the air supply base board 61. Specifically, in the actual production process, the inner container 12 at least includes the cover plate 5 to form the air duct, and then the structural form of the air supply plate 6 is correspondingly configured according to the overall size of the cabinet 1. For the cabinet body 1 with a large height, a corresponding number of splicing sub-boards 621 are configured as required to meet the requirement of uniform air supply in the height direction. The two sub-boards 621 are spliced together in an inserting manner, and each sub-board 621 can be mounted in the inner container 12 in a fastening or screw connection manner.
Meanwhile, because the width direction of the inner container 12 is large, how to evenly and effectively distribute the cold air into the storage cavity 10 formed by the inner container 12 is important for ensuring that the articles in the storage cavity 10 can be well refrigerated. For this purpose, as shown in fig. 10-11, the two sides of the inner surface of the air supply plate 6 are respectively provided with a guide plate 63 extending along the air outlet direction of the air outlet 102, the lower end portions of the two guide plates 63 are connected together to form a V-shaped structure 630, the tip portion of the V-shaped structure 630 faces the air outlet 102, the two sides of the air supply plate 6 are respectively provided with a plurality of air supply ports, and the air supply ports 60 are located at the outer sides of the guide plates 63 on the corresponding sides. Specifically, the cold air output from the air outlet 102 is guided by the V-shaped structure 630, flows upward along the flow guide plate 63, and is output from the corresponding air outlet 60 outside the flow guide plate 63 to the storage cavity 10. Because the V-shaped structure 630 faces the air outlet 102, the air flow output from the air outlet 102 can be effectively split by the V-shaped structure 630, so that the air flow is uniformly distributed outside the guide plates 63 on both sides, and the requirement of uniformly supplying air is met.
Furthermore, a rib plate 64 is arranged at the side edge of the air supply plate 6, the rib plate 64 is attached to the inner wall of the inner container 12, and an air supply channel 200 is formed between the rib plate 64 and the guide plate 63 which are positioned on the same side. Specifically, by arranging rib plates 64 on the edges of the air supply plate 6, air supply channels 200 are formed between corresponding rib plates 64 and corresponding guide plates 63, so that the cold air output from the air outlet 102 flows in the air supply channels 200 after being divided by the V-shaped structures 630. Sealing gaskets are respectively arranged between the rib plates 64 and the guide plates 63 and the inner wall of the inner container 12, and the air tightness of the air supply channel 200 can be improved through the sealing gaskets so as to avoid the leakage of cold air from a gap between the air supply plate 6 and the inner container 12 in the transmission process of the air supply channel 200.
When the air supply plate 6 is designed in a segmented manner, first air guide ribs 631 are correspondingly formed on both sides of the inner surface of the air supply substrate 61, and the lower end portions of the two first air guide ribs 631 are connected together to form the V-shaped structure 630. Similarly, the two sides of the inner surface of the air supply jointed board 62 form second air guiding ribs 632, and the second air guiding ribs 632 located on the same side are connected with the first air guiding ribs 631 to form the air deflector 63.
In addition, a third air guiding rib 641 is further disposed on the side edge of the air supply substrate 61, and a first air supply sub-channel is formed between the third air guiding rib 641 and the first air guiding rib 631 located on the same side; a fourth wind guiding rib 642 is further arranged at the side edge of the wind supply jointed board 62, and a second wind supply sub-channel is formed between the fourth wind guiding rib 642 and the second wind guiding rib 632 which are positioned at the same side; the first air supply sub-channel is communicated with the second air supply sub-channel to form the air supply channel 200, and meanwhile, the third air guiding rib 641 and the fourth air guiding rib 642 on the same side are connected together to form the rib plate 64.
Preferably, in order that the respective blowing ports 60 in the height direction can uniformly distribute cold air during the transmission of cold air in the blowing channel 200, so that the storage cavity 10 can uniformly distribute cold air in the height direction, each blowing port 60 is provided with a corresponding wind shield 602 in the blowing channel 200, and the wind shield 602 can guide part of cold air to be output through the blowing port 60 at the corresponding position during the transmission of cold air. The wind shield 602 is disposed between the air deflector 63 and the rib plate 64, and the wind shield 602 has various structural forms according to the requirement of cold air flow guiding. For example: the wind shield 602 is a straight plate, the wind shield 602 is arranged opposite to the air supply opening 60, and when cold air passes through the wind shield 602 in the transmission process of the air supply channel 200, part of the cold air enters the air supply opening 60 at the position opposite to the wind shield 602 to be output under the wind shielding effect of the wind shield 602. Here, in order to enhance the wind shielding effect, wind shielding plate 602 is disposed obliquely in air blowing passage 200, an upper portion of wind shielding plate 602 is close to air blowing port 60, and a lower portion of wind shielding plate 602 is distant from air blowing port 60. Alternatively, wind deflector 602 is an arcuate plate, wind deflector 602 is fixed above corresponding supply air port 60, and the free end of wind deflector 602 extends downward. Like this, during air conditioning in air supply channel 200 transportation process, air conditioning will guide after blocking through deep bead 602 and enter into air supply opening 60, and deep bead 602 can guide air conditioning to export to storing cavity 10 in air supply opening 60 in air conditioning transportation process to the output volume of realization evenly distributed air conditioning in the direction of height.
Further, in order to obtain a good amount of cool air supply even in the area of the cover plate 5 for uniform cooling, the scroll 43 is provided on the inner surface of the upper portion of the cover plate 5, and the evaporator 33 is provided on the inner surface of the lower portion of the cover plate 5. Meanwhile, the cover plate 5 is also provided with an auxiliary air outlet 52; an air outlet cavity is formed between the volute 43 and the cover plate 5, and the auxiliary air outlet 52 is communicated with the air outlet cavity. Specifically, the cold air after heat exchange by the evaporator 33 enters the centrifugal fan 4, and most of the cold air is output to the air supply channel 200 through the air outlet 102, so that the cold air is distributed to the area at the top of the cover plate 5; the residual cold air entering the centrifugal fan 4 is directly output to the storage cavity 10 through the auxiliary air outlet 52, so that the requirement of blowing cold air to the articles around the cover plate 5 is met, and thus, the cold air can be directly obtained at the bottom of the storage cavity 10 for refrigeration, and the uniformity of temperature distribution in the storage cavity is improved. In order to transport the cool air to the auxiliary air outlet 52, a connecting air duct 431 extending downward is further disposed at the bottom of the volute 43, and the auxiliary air outlet 52 is communicated with the air outlet cavity through the connecting air duct 431.
Further, in order to achieve a good air return effect, a flanging structure 53 is formed at the bottom of the cover plate 5, the flanging structure 53 extends towards the glass door 2, a rack 7 is further arranged at the bottom of the inner container 12, and the rear end of the rack 7 is lapped on the flanging structure 53. Specifically, in the actual use process, refrigerated articles are placed on the rack 7, so that the air return channel 300 is formed between the refrigerated articles on the rack 7 and the bottom of the inner container 12. During the circulation of the cool air, part of the cool air in the storage cavity enters the return air channel 300 through the gaps between the refrigerated goods on the racks 7, and part of the cool air is directly sucked into the return air channel 300 from the front side of the racks 7. Thus, the cool air can be uniformly distributed and flowed in the cross-sectional direction of the inner container 12, so as to achieve a more uniform cooling effect. Meanwhile, the air return channel 300 extending to the glass door 2 is formed by the articles on the rack 7 and the bottom of the inner container 12, so that the air near the glass door 2 can be effectively sucked into the air channel 100 for heat exchange, and a good air return effect can be obtained.
In addition, the lower surface of the flanging structure 53 is also provided with the guide fins 54, and the return air in the return air channel 300 can be uniformly dispersed to the bottom of the evaporator 33 under the action of the guide fins 54, so that the return air can be fully contacted with the evaporator 33 for heat exchange, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.
The above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described in the foregoing embodiments, or that equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which is claimed.
