Description

Hang subassembly, braking clamp unit, bogie and rail vehicle
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of rail vehicle braking, in particular to a hanging assembly, a braking clamp unit, a bogie and a rail vehicle.
Background
As an important component in realizing a foundation braking function of a railway vehicle, the conventional brake clamp unit mainly includes a three-point hoisting type brake clamp unit and a four-point compact brake clamp unit (i.e., a single-point hoisting type brake clamp unit). Among them, the three-point hoisting type brake caliper unit is generally suitable for braking a bogie with a large installation space. While four-point compact brake caliper units are generally suitable for trucks having a smaller brake installation space, both of them are widely used in conventional trucks. Existing bogies, in which axle boxes are disposed outside wheel pairs in most cases, usually have a reserved mounting interface and a corresponding space for mounting a clamp unit, so that three-point hoisting type brake clamp units and four-point compact brake clamp units are widely used in such conventional bogies.
In recent years, with increasing demands for light weight, low wheel rail acting force, low abrasion and low noise of rail vehicles in the market, bogies with built-in axle boxes are more and more favored by market users due to the remarkable advantages of compact structure, low self weight, low energy consumption and low maintenance cost; meanwhile, the progress of the bearing technology and the vehicle lightweight design technology also provides a mature technical foundation for the commercial application of the built-in axle box bogie. Although the bogie with the built-in axle box can greatly reduce the dead weight of the bogie, due to the structural characteristics of the built-in axle box, the installation space of the reserved brake clamp unit is greatly limited, particularly the arrangement of a hoisting interface becomes extremely difficult, and at the moment, the installation space of the three-point hoisting type brake clamp unit is not enough, and even the four-point compact type brake clamp unit can not be installed and used due to the fact that the space required by the installation interface is not enough.
Accordingly, it is desirable to optimize and improve the hanger assembly of the existing brake caliper unit to accommodate the trend of light weight trucks and more compact brake mounting space. At the same time, it is also desirable to arrange the structure as simply as possible, thereby avoiding complicated processes and assembly engineering, and avoiding high costs.

Detailed Description
First, it should be noted that the composition, operation principle, features and advantages of the hitch assembly, the brake caliper unit, the bogie and the railway vehicle according to the present application, etc. will be described below by way of example, but it should be understood that all the descriptions are given for illustrative purposes only and thus should not be construed as limiting the present application in any way.
Furthermore, to any single feature described or implicit in an embodiment or shown or implicit in the drawings, the present application still allows any combination or permutation to continue between the features (or their equivalents) without any technical impediment, thereby achieving more other embodiments of the present application that may not be directly mentioned herein.
Further, herein, for convenience of describing the connection relationship between the structural or structural features, a set of coordinate system is set in the installation state of the hanger assembly on the bogie or the railway vehicle, that is, the longitudinal direction is the front-rear extending direction of the bogie or the railway vehicle, the lateral direction is the left-right extending direction of the bogie or the railway vehicle, and the vertical direction is the up-down extending direction of the bogie or the railway vehicle. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the directional expressions are used herein for convenience of description only and are not intended to be used to make absolute directional limitations on the hanger assembly.
In accordance with the teachings of the present application, an embodiment of a hanger assembly for hanger mounting a brake caliper unit including a hanger assembly to a truck is described herein with reference to FIGS. 1 through 12. Specifically, the hanger assembly 100 is constructed in a split structure having three components, i.e., a hanger 110, a mounting seat 120, and a hanger shaft 130. The assembly of the hanger and the mounting seat is realized through the hanger shaft, and the connection between the brake clamp unit and the bogie is effectively realized. The design of the split type hanging assembly can effectively save the installation space of the brake clamp unit on the bogie, and the installation interface correspondingly arranged on the bogie is very simple and reliable, thereby providing guarantee for the structural compactness and reliability of the whole system.
Fig. 1 to 5 show a structure of an embodiment of a hanger 110, wherein the hanger 110 is configured as a special-shaped piece to adapt to a mounting environment on a bogie and to adapt to an assembly relationship with other parts in a brake caliper unit. Generally, the upper portion of the hanger 110 is configured as a longitudinally extending hanger arm 110a, and at least two first mounting through holes 111 extending in a transverse direction are formed on the hanger arm 110a so as to achieve the assembling with the mounting seat 120 through the hanger shaft 130, thereby achieving the integral hanger mounting of the hanger assembly 100 on the bogie. The suspension arm 110a furthermore has a plurality of first lightening holes 112 extending in the transverse direction, which first lightening holes 112 (for example cast holes) are arranged in the illustrated embodiment in the middle between two first mounting through holes 111 and are aligned in the vertical direction. Such lightening holes are generally provided on the basis of reducing the weight of the component, and the larger the hole diameter, the more weight can be reduced. In this embodiment, the longitudinal length of the suspension arm 110a is designed to be as compact as possible in consideration of the extremely compact space under the installation environment thereof, and thus, a single large-diameter lightening hole is not adopted in the limited space, but a plurality of first lightening holes 112 of relatively small diameter arranged in the vertical direction are adopted to satisfy both the lightening requirement and the structural compactness requirement of the component.
Further, the lower portion of the hanger 110 is configured as two support arms 110b extending in the vertical direction, the two support arms 110b being respectively located at both sides of the hanger arm 110a, and second mounting through-holes 113 extending in the vertical direction are respectively provided on the respective support arms 110 b; so as to realize being connected with the lever assembly through the round pin axle, and then realize hanging the lever assembly and the brake lining support assembly and the brake cylinder that connect jointly reliably and install on the bogie. The portion of support arm 110b below hanger arm 110a may be defined as a rear end 114 and the other section away from rear end 114 as a front end 115, based on the longitudinal extension of the body structure of support arm 110 b. As can be seen, the rear ends 114 of the two support arms 110b are joined together with the hanger arm 110a so that the three arms form a complete hanger 110. The front ends 115 of the two support arms 110b extend forward to the mounting space of the lever assembly, and are connected to the lever assembly through the second mounting through holes 113 at the front ends 115 via the pins.
Based on the premise of design requirement of compactness, in order to facilitate the front end of the supporting arm 110b to smoothly extend into the installation space of the lever assembly, the inner side and the outer side between the rear end 114 and the front end 115 of the supporting arm 110b can be set to be cambered surfaces, so as to avoid interference with relevant parts of the brake caliper unit such as the lever assembly and the like in the installation or use process. It should be noted here that this "wrap around" suspension assembly design is particularly suitable for wheel-mounted brake caliper units for wheel disc brakes. If the brake disc is mounted on an axle, a shaft-mounted brake caliper unit is usually used in a matched manner. In this case, the support arm 110b of the hanger may not be designed to have a significant degree of curvature, and may be designed to have a substantially linear shape, for example. For another example, the outer side of the support arm 110b of the hanger may be left as a curved surface to avoid interference with the relevant parts of the brake caliper unit during installation or use.
Similarly, also based on the design requirements of compactness and light weight, a first lightening slot 116 may be provided at the rear end of the support arm having a relatively thick dimension, and a second lightening slot 117 may be provided at the outer arc surface having a relatively thick dimension from the rear end 114 to the front end 115.
Figures 6-10 illustrate the structure of an embodiment of the mounting base 120 of the hanger assembly 100. For a typical four-point hanging mounting structure, there will typically be at least four mounting points. In consideration of load balance, two mounting seats 120 are provided, and each mounting seat 120 has at least two vertically extending fourth mounting holes 122 (e.g., threaded holes). In addition, as a design of matching with the first mounting through hole 111 on the hanger 110, at least two third mounting through holes 121 extending in the lateral direction are further provided on the mount base 120. In the assembled state, the mounting seats 120 are respectively installed at both sides of the suspension arm 110a by inserting the hanger shafts 130 into the first and third mounting through- holes 111 and 121, respectively, thereby achieving the assembly of the split hanger assembly, and then the split hanger assembly is integrally fixed to the bogie by screwing the hanger bolts into the fourth mounting holes 122, thereby achieving the reliable connection therebetween.
Based on the requirement of light weight design, a second lightening hole 123 can be arranged between the two third mounting through holes 121 on the mounting base 120, and since the structural space and the strength are relatively enough, a single large-aperture second lightening hole 123 can be designed to realize the lightening as much as possible. In addition, the second lightening hole 123 may be provided in a non-through hole structure, and an opening of the second lightening hole 123 is disposed toward the hanger 110 during its installation with the hanger 110, thereby also avoiding a dust accumulation problem.
Furthermore, in order to improve the fixing reliability of the hanging assembly on the bogie as much as possible, at least two fourth mounting holes 122 can be respectively arranged at two end portions 130b of the mounting seat 120 along the longitudinal direction, so that four end portions of the whole surface of the hanging assembly at the mounting interface with the bogie can be fixed, the bearing area of the hanging assembly is increased, and the fixing reliability of the hanging assembly and the bogie is effectively improved.
Referring again to fig. 11-12, the construction of one embodiment of the hanger shaft 130 is shown. As a connector of the split-type hanging assembly, the hanging shaft 130 serves to connect the hanging bracket 110 and the mounting base 120, thereby realizing the integrated assembly of the three components. Specifically, in the assembled state, the middle portion 130a of the hanger shaft 130 is inserted into the first mounting through hole 111 of the hanger arm 110a and is interference-fitted therewith; and the end portion 130b thereof is inserted into the third mounting through hole 121 of the mounting seat 120 and is in clearance fit therewith. In addition, since each part of the hanger assembly is almost a metal part, in order to allow a certain amount of buffering and adjusting space to exist during the use process, the hanger shaft can be configured to include the pin 131 and the vulcanized rubber pad 132 disposed around the middle portion 130a of the pin 131, so as to effectively provide a damping effect, and allow the brake caliper unit to slightly deflect, so as to meet the use condition of the brake caliper unit.
With continued reference to fig. 13-15, an embodiment of a brake caliper unit is also provided herein. The brake caliper unit 200 may include any of the embodiments of hanger assembly 100 described above or combinations thereof, and may also include other conventional components of brake caliper units. It should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that hanger assembly 100 of the foregoing illustrated embodiment may be adapted for use with various types of brake caliper units, such as wheel-mounted brake caliper units or shaft-mounted brake caliper units, etc., as long as the component features therebetween do not conflict with the assembly relationship. The brake caliper unit 200 is described herein for exemplary purposes only, and includes a lever assembly 230 as a structural body, and the pivotable connection of the lever assembly 230 and the second mounting through-hole 113 of the hanger 110 of the hanger assembly 100 is achieved by inserting the lever pin 220. The lever assembly 230 is provided at a rear end thereof with a brake cylinder 210 for supplying power to move the same, and at a front end thereof with a disc holder assembly 240 for holding a wheel disc, and the front end of the lever assembly 230 and the disc holder assembly 240 are fixed by a disc holder pin shaft 250.
It should be appreciated that the hanging assembly and the brake caliper unit in any of the above embodiments or combinations thereof can be widely applied to the field of rail transportation, such as a power centralized motor train unit or an urban rail train with a speed grade of 160 to 250 kilometers per hour, a power centralized truck with a speed of more than 160 kilometers per hour, and a high-speed urban subway, a light rail vehicle, etc. The brake caliper has the characteristics of light weight, compact structure, small required installation space and the like, can greatly reduce the purchasing cost and the operation and maintenance cost of a client, and also reflects the development trend of the brake caliper unit.
Further, although not shown, a truck embodiment is provided. The bogie may be provided with any embodiment or combination of the aforementioned hanger assembly 100 or any embodiment or combination of the aforementioned brake caliper unit 200 according to application requirements, and the hanger assembly 100 and the bogie are connected by the hanger bolt 300, so that the brake caliper unit 200 and the bogie are connected. Therefore, the technical effect brought by the technical scheme can be achieved.
Similarly, although not shown in the drawings, the present application also provides an embodiment of a railway vehicle, on which any embodiment or combination of the aforementioned hanger assemblies 100, or any embodiment or combination of the aforementioned brake caliper units 200, or any embodiment or combination of the aforementioned bogies can be provided according to application requirements, thereby also having the technical effects brought by the aforementioned technical solutions. It should be noted that the rail vehicles described above may include, but are not limited to, numerous types such as subway locomotives, high-speed rail locomotives, bullet trains, urban light rail trains, and the like.
It should be noted that the hanger assembly, the brake caliper unit, the bogie and other parts of the railway vehicle provided in accordance with the present invention may be designed, manufactured and sold separately, or they may be assembled together and sold as a whole. Whether formed as a monomer before combination or as a whole after combination, are within the scope of the present application.
The above examples have been primarily described for the hitch assembly, the brake caliper unit, the bogie and the railway vehicle. Although only a few embodiments of the present application have been described, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present application may be embodied in many other forms without departing from the spirit or scope thereof.
