the second rotary driving pair (4) is arranged on the connecting support (3), and the rotary central line of the second rotary driving pair (4) is parallel to the liquid level of the sewage treatment pool;
the oil scraping plate bracket (5) is rotatably connected to the connecting bracket (3) through the second rotary driving pair (4);
the oil scraping plate (6) is installed on the oil scraping plate support (5) and extends along the extending direction of the rotary central line of the second rotary driving pair (4).

A scraper device according to claim 1, characterized in that said scraper blade support (5) comprises a first frame (51) and a second frame (52), said second frame (52) being in an axisymmetric pattern, said first frame (51) being perpendicularly attached to the axis of symmetry of said second frame (52), said scraper blade (6) being attached to said first frame (51).

The oil scraping device according to claim 2, characterized in that the first frame (51) is in the shape of a right trapezoid, the second frame (52) is in the shape of an isosceles triangle, the lower base (511) of the first frame (51) and the base (521) of the second frame (52) are perpendicular to each other and fixedly connected, the vertex of the second frame (52) is connected with the upper base (512) of the first frame (51), and the symmetry axis (52a) of the second frame (52) is perpendicular to the upper base (512) and the lower base (511) of the first frame (51).

The oil scraping device of claim 1, wherein the oil scraping plate (6) comprises a first side edge (6a) and a second side edge (6b) which are opposite to each other, the first side edge (6a) is an oil scraping side edge close to the liquid level of the sewage treatment tank, the second side edge (6b) is provided with a shielding structure (61), and the shielding structure (61) is bent to one side far away from the oil scraping plate support (5).
6. A scraper device according to any of claims 1-5, characterized in that the scraper blade (6) is detachably connected to the scraper blade holder (5).
7. A scraper device according to any of claims 1-5, characterized in that said scraper plate (6) is an aluminium alloy plate.
