taking the welding operation of the circular tube by using the device as an example, a clamp corresponding to a square tube is selected on the control panel 104, the rotating mechanism 5 receives an instruction and drives the first lifting mechanism 4 to rotate integrally through the servo motor 502 and the gear steering box 503, so as to drive the lifting column 405 to rotate, namely, the first positioning part 304 rotates to one side of the pressing device 301, then, a product is put in manually, the second cylinder 303 on the pressing device 301 works to move the pressing plate 302 to the first positioning part 304, the two parts are matched to press the product, the piston rod of the first cylinder 207 in the welding machine mechanism 2 extends out to push the welding gun 209 to move horizontally to one side of the product, the lead screw lifter 202 works to drive the welding gun 209 to move up and down to enable the welding gun 209 to perform the welding operation on the product, after the welding operation is completed, the piston rod of the first cylinder 207 retracts to enable the welding gun 209 to be far, the first lifting mechanism 4 works, the lifting column 405 is driven to ascend through the motor 401 and the worm and gear reduction box 402, and finally, the welded product is manually taken out.
When the square pipe needs to be welded, the clamp corresponding to the square pipe is selected on the control panel 104, and the working principle and the steps are consistent with the welding mode of the circular pipe, which is not described herein again.
