Description

Artificial badminton and feather pole thereof
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an artificial badminton, in particular to a feather pole of an artificial badminton.
Background
Badminton is a common and popular ball game, and players play badminton as a game. The main structure of the traditional badminton is that natural feather is combined with a badminton head. Wherein, most of the natural feather is goose feather or duck feather, and is bleached and screened to form feather balls. However, the acquisition of natural feathers is becoming more and more difficult and the screening process is laborious and labor-consuming. Therefore, some artificial shuttlecocks are also available in the market, and attempt to solve the problems of natural feather shortage and complicated screening.
However, most artificial shuttlecocks have a soft frame made of nylon instead of natural feather, and the air flow generated during striking is carried by the structure of the soft frame. However, the performance of the artificial shuttlecock made of such a soft frame is inferior to that of a natural feather shuttlecock (hereinafter referred to as a natural shuttlecock), such as impact resistance, a striking speed and a striking feeling, and is not acceptable to users.
To solve the above problems, badminton manufacturers have proposed an artificial badminton, which is made of plastic and made into a feather piece and a feather rod, respectively, and the feather piece is attached to the feather rod and then assembled to the head. The plastic artificial shuttlecock provides a softer frame, but still not as good as the natural shuttlecock, so there is still room for improvement.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above, the main objective of the present invention is to provide an artificial badminton and its feather rod, which provides the artificial badminton with better performance and closer to the natural badminton through the design of the feather rod, and solves the problem of poor performance of the conventional artificial badminton.

Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a shuttlecock according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a feather rod shown in fig. 1, fig. 3 is a right side view of the feather rod shown in fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a left side view of the feather rod shown in fig. 2. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an artificial badminton 1 of the present embodiment includes a plurality of shafts 10, a head 20 and a plurality of blades 30. The hair shaft 10 has a ball end 11 and a hair end 12 opposite to each other, the ball end 11 is connected to the ball head 20, and the hair end 12 is connected to one of the hair pieces 30. In other words, ball end 11 of each shaft 10 is connected to ball 20, while blade end 12 is connected to blade 30. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the end of the hair shaft 10 connected to the hair piece 30 is referred to as a hair piece end 12, and the hair piece 30 is connected to the hair piece end 12 from the central position of the hair shaft 10. Wherein fig. 3 shows the front of the ball end 11 and fig. 4 shows the front of the blade end 12.
In this embodiment, the hair shaft 10 includes a main body 13 and a first extending portion 14, the main body 13 is a quadrangular cylinder, and the first extending portion 14 is located on one side of the main body 13. Specifically, the body 13 has a first side 131 and a second side 132 opposite to each other, as shown in fig. 3. In the perspective of fig. 3, the first side 131 is an upper side and the second side 132 is a lower side. It should be noted that the main body 13 and the first extending portion 14 of the present embodiment are integrated, that is, they are formed integrallyThe first side 131 and the second side 132 of the body 13 are shown in phantom because the hair shaft 10 is formed. In the embodiment of the present invention, the hair shaft 10 is made of composite material and plastic material, wherein the density of the composite material is between 1.3g/cm3To 1.5 g/cm3While the density of the plastic material is between 1.10g/cm3To 1.46g/cm3However, the present invention is not limited thereto.
The first extending portion 14 is disposed on the first side 131 of the body 13, and the overall width of the first extending portion 14 is greater than that of the body 13, so as to form a configuration extending from the left and right sides of the body 13. In the present embodiment, the body 13 is tapered from the ball end 11 to the blade end 12. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the body 13 has a first width W1 and a first height H1 at the ball end 11, and the body 13 has a second width W2 and a second height H2 at the hair end 12. Wherein the first width W1 is greater than the second width W2, and the first height H1 is greater than the second height H2 to form a configuration that tapers from the ball end 11 to the blade end 12.
In this embodiment, the degree of tapering is further defined. Specifically, the difference between the first width W1 and the second width W2 may be between 0.1 millimeter (mm) and 0.35 mm, and the difference between the first height H1 and the second height H2 may be between 0.3 mm and 0.75 mm. In one embodiment of the present invention, the first width W1 may be between 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm, preferably 0.53 mm; the second width W2 is between 0.25 mm and 0.4 mm, preferably 0.37 mm. The difference between the first width W1 and the second width W2 may be preferably 0.16 mm. Specifically, the second extending portion 15 has a fifth width W5 at the ball end 11 and a sixth width W6 at the blade end 12, and the fifth width W5 is greater than the sixth width W6.
Preferably, the fifth width W5 of the second extending portion 15 at the ball end 11 of the present embodiment is greater than the first width W1 of the body 13, and the fifth width W5 is substantially equal to the third width W3 of the first extending portion 14. Also, the sixth width W6 of the second extension 15 at the blade end 12 is substantially equal to the second width W2 of the body 13. In other words, the second extending portion 15 extends outwardly from the left and right sides of the body 13 at the ball end 11, and tapers to the same width (second width W2) as the body 13 at the blade end 12, as shown in fig. 4.
The second extension 15 of the present embodiment has a third thickness T3 at the ball end 11, which may be between 0.2 mm and 0.3 mm. Preferably, the third thickness T3 is 0.28 mm, which is substantially the same as the first thickness T1 of the first extension 14. In addition, the second extending portion 15 has a fourth thickness T4 at the blade end 12, which may be between 0.1 mm and 0.18 mm. Preferably, the fourth thickness T4 is 0.15 mm, which is substantially the same as the second thickness T2 of the first extension 14.
