When the unit is shut down, the pressure oil cavity of the main distributing valve 1 is communicated with the main shut-down cavity 103, and pressure oil flows to the servomotor through the safety shut-down cavity 204 of the accident distributing valve 2 to control the movable guide vane to move towards the shut-down direction. Meanwhile, the servomotor return oil flows to the main starting cavity 102 of the main distribution valve 1 to the main oil discharge cavity 101 of the main distribution valve 1 through the safe starting cavity 202 of the accident distribution valve 2, and the servomotor return oil is discharged to an oil collecting tank.
When the mechanical overspeed device acts, the emergency stop action contact of the emergency distributing valve 2 acts to cut off the safety starting cavity 202 and the safety stopping cavity 204 of the emergency distributing valve 2 from the main starting cavity 102 and the main stopping cavity 103 of the main distributing valve 1, and meanwhile, the pressure oil of the emergency distributing valve 2 is communicated with the safety stopping cavity 204 of the emergency distributing valve 2 until the servomotor controls the movable guide vane to act in the stopping direction. The safe starting cavity 202 of the accident pressure distribution valve 2 is communicated with the oil discharge cavity, and the servomotor return oil flows to the main oil discharge cavity 101 of the main pressure distribution valve 1 through the safe oil discharge cavity 201 of the accident pressure distribution valve 2 and is discharged to the oil collecting tank.
