The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a nail decorative sheet capable of displaying an arbitrary image or text by using electronic paper, and a charger for charging the nail decorative sheet.
Means for solving the problems
The utility model discloses a nail decorative plate possesses: a false nail body attached to a nail of a user; and an electronic paper provided on a surface of the artificial nail body, wherein the nail decorative sheet is characterized in that an arbitrary image or character is displayed on the electronic paper.
According to the utility model discloses, can provide the nail decorative plate that can show arbitrary image or characters through using the electronic paper.
In addition, the nail decorative sheet of the present invention is characterized in that the artificial nail body is formed to extend from the tip of the nail of the user, and a battery for supplying power for driving the electronic paper to display is disposed on the back side of a portion extending from the tip of the nail.
According to the above-described configuration, in the nail decorative sheet used as the artificial nail, in order to display an arbitrary image or character on the surface thereof using electronic paper, the artificial nail used for such a purpose is formed to be longer (look large) than the length of the nail of the user in most cases, so that the appearance is more beautiful. The present invention utilizes this point, and in the artificial nail body on which the electronic paper is mounted, a battery for supplying electric power for driving the electronic paper to be displayed is disposed on the back side of a portion extending from the actual nail tip of the user. Generally, both sides of the nail are curled, and a dome-shaped space is present on the back side of the nail due to the curling, and there is no sense of incongruity when the battery is embedded in the space.
Therefore, even if an arbitrary image or character is to be displayed, it has been conventionally difficult to display only a still image using a nonvolatile electronic paper in terms of power consumption, and in the present embodiment, since the capacity of a battery embedded in the space can be made large, it is possible to perform refresh display of a frame-by-frame image at an appropriate timing or refresh display of a moving image or a full-color image in a short time. Therefore, the nail decorative sheet capable of displaying any image or character by using the electronic paper can be provided with interest or more beautiful appearance.
In addition, the nail decorative sheet of the present invention is characterized in that the battery is disposed between a portion inside a predetermined distance from the tip of the artificial nail body and the user's fingertip.
According to the above configuration, the battery is disposed from the inside of the artificial nail body at a predetermined distance, for example, 1mm from the tip end thereof.
Therefore, when the user makes a pen or a fist, the tip of the nail comes into contact with the palm before the battery comes into contact with the palm, and therefore, the user can be prevented from feeling uncomfortable.
The nail decorative sheet of the present invention is characterized in that the battery is disposed between a position spaced apart from the user's fingertip by a predetermined distance and the distal end side of the artificial nail body.
According to the above configuration, the battery is disposed from a position spaced apart from the user's fingertip by a predetermined distance, for example, 1 mm.
Therefore, for example, when the finger tip is pressed and flattened by hitting a hand against a desk or the like, the battery can be prevented from contacting the user's finger tip, and the sense of discomfort given to the user can be suppressed.
In addition, the nail decorative sheet of the present invention is characterized in that the artificial nail body and the battery are provided with connector portions to be fitted to each other, the battery is detachable from the artificial nail body, and the battery is charged by being attached to a separately provided charger from the connector portion.
According to the above configuration, since the battery is removed and the battery is charged by a separately provided charger, the charging time can be shortened by quick charging, and convenience can be improved without restricting the battery to be in contact with the electrode by, for example, the fingertip of the user.
The nail decorative sheet of the present invention is characterized in that the connector portion of the artificial nail main body side is provided with a reset switch for detecting that a battery is attached, and the display driving unit provided for driving the display of the electronic paper is reset by turning ON (ON) the reset switch.
According to the above configuration, when the battery is removed, the display driving unit for driving the electronic paper to display may erase the display data such as the image and the character or may generate a system error. Therefore, by providing a reset switch in the connector portion of the artificial nail main body, the display can be quickly restored by resetting after the battery is attached.
The nail decorative sheet of the present invention is characterized in that the electronic paper is disposed on the nail cover from the center to the tip side of the nail of the user, 1 or more decorative parts protruding above the nail meniscus on the base end side of the nail of the user, and a battery for supplying power for display-driving the electronic paper is disposed in the decorative parts.
According to the above configuration, in the nail decorative sheet used as a false nail, in order to display an arbitrary image or character on the surface thereof using electronic paper, the electronic paper is disposed on the nail cover from the center to the tip side of the nail of the user, and on the other hand, 1 or more decorative parts protruding in a manner simulating a jewel or a crystal are provided on the nail half moon on the base end side of the nail of the user. Further, a battery for supplying power for driving the electronic paper for display can be disposed in the decorative portion without giving a sense of incongruity.
Therefore, even if an arbitrary image or character is to be displayed, it has been conventionally difficult to display only a still image using a nonvolatile electronic paper in terms of power consumption, and in the present invention, since the capacity of the battery embedded in the decorative part can be increased, it is possible to perform refresh display of a frame-by-frame image at an appropriate timing or refresh display of a moving image or a full-color image in a short time. Therefore, the nail decorative sheet capable of displaying any image or character by using the electronic paper can be provided with interest or more beautiful appearance.
Furthermore, the nail decorative plate of the present invention is characterized by further comprising a power receiving unit for supplying power received by NFC to the battery for charging.
According to the above configuration, the power supply for charging can be supplied in a non-contact manner.
Therefore, as compared with the case where the nail decorative sheet is provided with the electrode for contact power supply, the air tightness can be improved by removing the structurally weak portion such as the electrode, and the degree of freedom (movable range) of the user's finger during charging can be increased.
In addition, the nail decorative sheet of the present invention is characterized in that the display driving unit for driving the electronic paper to display makes the electronic paper display data received by the NFC.
According to the above configuration, data for display driving can be received in a non-contact manner.
Therefore, as compared with the case where the nail decorative sheet is provided with the terminal for receiving data in a contact manner, the structurally weak portion such as the electrode can be eliminated, and the airtightness can be improved. In addition, since data can be transmitted at an arbitrary timing as long as it is within a communication-enabled range, convenience in updating the display can be improved.
The nail decorative sheet of the present invention is characterized in that the transmission of the data for display to the display driving means is performed by a predetermined terminal.

Detailed Description
(embodiment mode 1)
Fig. 1 is a diagram for explaining a method of using a nail decorative sheet 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the example of fig. 1, as the artificial nail, the nail decorative sheet 1 of the embodiment is attached to only the index finger 22 among the 5 fingers 21 to 25 of the hand 2 of the user, and the conventional nail decorative sheets 31, 33 to 35 on which only images or characters are printed are attached to the remaining fingers 21, 23 to 25. However, the nail decorative sheet 1 of the embodiment may be attached to a plurality of or all of the fingers 21 to 25. The nail decorative sheet 1 of the embodiment may be used for any of the 5 fingers 21 to 25, considering cost, design (for example, if it is used for all of the 5 fingers 21 to 25, it may look cumbersome) and the like. As will be described later, the nail decorative sheet 1 operates in cooperation with a predetermined terminal, more specifically, a predetermined portable terminal, and further specifically, a so-called smart phone 4, a tablet terminal, a mobile phone, or the like, which are not shown.
Fig. 2 and 3 are a plan view and a longitudinal sectional view which will be shown enlarged from the index finger 22 of the user to the vicinity of the nail decorative sheet 1. As shown in FIG. 2, the nail decorative sheet 1 is configured to include a false nail main body 11, an electronic paper 12 provided on a surface of the false nail main body 11, and decorative parts 13 to 15. The electronic paper 12 is disposed on the nail cover from the center to the tip side of the user's nail 221, and a plurality of (3 in fig. 2) decorative parts 13 to 15 are disposed along the arc of half moon on the nail half moon on the base end side of the nail 221.
When the electronic paper 12 is used for the index finger 22, the width W of the display screen 121 is 7mm and the length L is 10mm, for example. On the outer side of the display screen 121, at least 2 sides are formed with row electrodes and column electrodes, which are folded back to the inner side of the artificial nail body 11 and covered with a design or the like of a protective sheet not shown covered on the electronic paper 12, and are not visible from the front surface side.
An electrophoretic method can be used as a representative display technique for the electronic paper 12. This method is a method of moving white and black particles in a microcapsule containing a fluid by an electric field to display white and black, and is also called a particle moving type or the like. Various display systems can be used as the display system of the electronic paper 12, but the electrophoretic system is preferred because the contrast is high, no power is required for maintaining the display, and the display can be rewritten with only a small amount of power.
As shown in fig. 3, the decorative part 14 is a pseudostone, and includes: a bulging housing 141 realized by a dome of glass or the like; and a reflective layer 142 formed inside the housing 141 by vapor deposition or the like, for reflecting light from the housing 141. The same applies to the other decorative portions 13 and 15. That is, the decorative parts 13 to 15 can be realized by covering the coated glass balls on the inner side. For example, a substrate 145 on which a main control circuit 143, a memory 144, and the like are mounted is housed in an internal space of a dome of the decorative portion 14, a coil that generates an excitation electromotive force by NFC (Near Field Communication) is housed in the decorative portion 13, and a Communication circuit that performs Communication by NFC is housed in the decorative portion 15.
In NFC, the coil supports ISO/IEC14443 used for electronic settlement by an IC card or a mobile phone, for example, and constitutes a power receiving unit capable of receiving power at a frequency of 13.56MHz within a distance of ten and several centimeters. On the other hand, the communication circuit is a communication circuit for communicating with a predetermined terminal such as the smartphone 4 by using electromotive force of the coil, for example, Bluetooth (registered trademark) at 2.4GHz or wireless LAN. Since the frequency of NFC such as 13.56MHz is managed by the radio law, it is preferable that excitation power can be transmitted at a frequency outside the jurisdiction of the radio law, since a complicated procedure is not required and transmission power can be transmitted in a short time by increasing transmission power.
As described above, in the nail decorative sheet used as an artificial nail, in order to display an arbitrary image or character on the surface thereof using the electronic paper 12, it is noted that in the nail decorative sheet 1 of the present embodiment, the artificial nail body 11 is formed to extend from the nail tip 222 of the user, and the battery 16 for supplying power for driving the electronic paper 12 to display is disposed on the back side 112 of the portion 111 extending from the nail tip 222.
The artificial nail for decorative use is formed longer (seemingly large) than the length of the user's nail 221 in most cases for better appearance, and this is utilized here. Both side portions of the nail 221 are generally curled, and due to this curling, a dome-shaped space 113 exists on the back side 112 of the portion 111 extending from the nail 221, and the battery 16 can be embedded in this space 113 without giving a sense of incongruity.
The battery 16 and the electronic paper 12 are connected to the substrate 145 by wires 171, 172. In this way, the data of the image or the text stored in the memory 144 is read by the main control circuit 14 and displayed on the electronic paper 12 by the power of the battery 16. The battery 16 can use a flexible organic radical battery having a large capacity per unit volume.
Therefore, even if an arbitrary image or character is to be displayed, it has been conventionally difficult to display only a still image using a nonvolatile electronic paper in terms of power consumption, and in the nail decorative sheet 1 of the present embodiment, since the capacity of the battery 16 embedded in the space 113 can be increased, it is possible to perform refresh display of images frame by frame at an appropriate timing or refresh display of a moving image or a full-color image in a short time. In addition, since power consumption can be increased, a possibility of using a self-light emitting element such as an organic EL element for electronic paper, in which case it can be visually recognized in a dark place, can be opened up. Thus, the nail decorative sheet 1 capable of displaying any image or character by using the electronic paper 12 can be made interesting or beautiful.
Specifically, the operating voltage of the electronic paper 12 is 1.65 to 3.6V, preferably 1.65V. On the other hand, the operating voltage of the driver of the electronic paper 12 as the main control circuit 143 is 2.6 to 2.7V, the maximum operating current value is 40mA, and the operating voltage is close to 0 at the time of sleep, which is about 0.05 mA. Therefore, when 2 organic radical batteries are used in series by setting the capacity of the battery 16 to at least 3V and 10mAh, the operation can be performed for 15 hours if only 1 image is replaced or 1 message is displayed for 1 hour, and the continuous display can be performed for about 10 minutes if a moving image is displayed.
Such a capacity can be realized by the above-described battery 16 embedded in the space 113 of the nail tip 222. For example, the length of the portion 111 extending from the nail tip 222 is 7 to 8mm, and when the thumb 21 is not in the way (outside) when holding the hand 2, the length may exceed 1cm, and the battery 16 having the above capacity can be accommodated in the space 113. In particular, in the case of the long and wide thumb 21, a large-capacity battery can be accommodated.
Here, in the present situation, since the operating voltage of the electronic paper 12 is lower than the operating voltage of the driver, the driver is stopped first when the operating voltage becomes low. Therefore, if electronic paper without a driver appears, the operating time can be further extended.
An example of a frame-by-frame image is shown in fig. 4. Fig. 4 (a) is a plan view of the nail decorative sheet 1, and fig. 4 (b) to (f) are enlarged views of frame-by-frame images displayed on the electronic paper 12. The example of fig. 4 shows how the four-leaf clover of 4 leaves blooms, and shows that after the stem 181 shown in the shape of a heart is extended as shown in fig. 4 (b) to 4 (c), the flower 182 blooms as shown in fig. 4 (d) to 4 (e), and the petals 183 fall and float as shown in fig. 4 (f).
In the nail decorative sheet 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the battery 16 is disposed between the portion inside the predetermined length D1 from the distal end 114 of the artificial nail body 11 and the fingertip 223 of the user. The length D1 is, for example, 1 mm. Therefore, when the user makes a pen or a fist, the nail tip (tip 114) comes into contact with the palm before the battery 16 comes into contact with the palm, and therefore, the sense of discomfort given to the user can be suppressed.
In the nail decorative sheet 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the battery 16 is disposed between the position distant from the fingertip 223 of the user by a predetermined distance D2 and the distal end 114 side of the artificial nail body 11. The distance D2 is, for example, 1 mm. Therefore, for example, when the user's hand touches a desk or the like and the fingertip 223 is pressed and flattened as shown by the broken line 224 in fig. 2, the battery 16 can be prevented from touching the fingertip 223, and the sense of discomfort given to the user can be suppressed. In the state of fig. 3, even in a state where the fingertip 223 is extended, a gap D3 is secured between the fingertip and the battery 16.
Here, in the same NFC, the frequency used for receiving power by the coil is 13.56MHz used for an IC card, a wireless tag, or the like. Therefore, the power received by the coil can be used to charge the battery 16 using the power for excitation of the IC card or the wireless tag, and the coil functions as a power receiving unit. Thus, the power supply for charging can be supplied in a non-contact manner, and as compared with the case where the electrodes are provided for contact power supply, the electrodes and other structurally weak portions can be eliminated, so that airtightness is improved, and the degree of freedom (movable range) of the user's finger 22 during charging can be increased.
On the other hand, communication with a predetermined terminal such as the smartphone 4 is also performed in a contactless manner using the 2.4GHz band or the like. Therefore, compared with the case where the terminal is provided to receive data in a contact manner, the structurally weak portion such as the electrode can be eliminated, and the airtightness can be improved. In addition, since data can be transmitted at an arbitrary timing as long as it is within a communication-enabled range, convenience in updating the display can be improved.
In the nail decorative sheet 1 of the present embodiment, data for display as shown in fig. 4 is transmitted from a predetermined terminal such as a smartphone 4, a tablet terminal, or a mobile phone (hereinafter, may be simply referred to as the smartphone 4 or the tablet terminal). In the smartphone 4 or tablet terminal, it is easy to select (extract, download) a favorite image or text and edit the image or text. In addition, in the smart phone 4 or the tablet terminal, the data of the favorite image or character can be easily transmitted to the nail decorative sheet 1. In this way, by using the smartphone 4 or the tablet terminal, a desired image or text can be easily displayed on the nail decorative sheet 1 used as a false nail.
Further, since the transmission source of the display data is the smartphone 4 or the tablet terminal, by setting the data of the email received by the smartphone 4 or the tablet terminal as the transmitted display data, the email can be read with a fake nail, and the interest can be improved.
(embodiment mode 2)
Hereinafter, a nail decorative sheet according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described. The main structure is the same as that of the nail decorative sheet 1 shown in fig. 1 to 4. The artificial nail body 11 is made of shape memory gel or synthetic resin, and is configured by mounting an electronic paper 12 on the upper surface thereof, covering the whole with a waterproof transparent film, or coating the outer periphery with a waterproof coating. By embedding the coil of NFC in the outer peripheral portion of the artificial nail body 11, the coil diameter is increased and the coil length is increased, thereby increasing the amount of power that can be received.
Accordingly, the NFC coil can be removed from the interior of the decorative portion 13, and the battery can be accommodated in the dome of the decorative portion 13, although the capacity is slightly smaller than that of the battery 16 of the nail tip 222. In this case, the battery in the decorative portion 13 can be used for addition of the battery 16 (increase in capacity), display of a moving image, display of a full-color image on the electronic paper 12, or extension of display time.
However, the battery 16, i.e., the battery 16 from which the nail tip 222 is removed, may be replaced with a battery in the decorative portion 13. In this case, the portion 111 extending from the nail tip 222 can be shortened in the artificial nail body 11.
(embodiment mode 3)
Fig. 5 and 6 are an exploded perspective view and a vertical sectional view showing the structure of a nail decorative sheet 1a according to still another embodiment of the present invention. In the nail decorative sheet 1a, similar parts to and corresponding to the nail decorative sheet 1 described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted. In the nail decorative sheet 1a, the substrate 145, the coil of NFC, or the like is formed into a plurality of sheet-like sheet layers and laminated. In the example of fig. 5 and 6, an insulating heat insulating sheet 18, a substrate and printed antenna layer 19, an electronic paper 12a, and a protective sheet 20 are laminated in this order on the artificial nail body 11a attached to the nail 221.
The insulating heat insulating sheet 18 is provided to prevent electric leakage or heat transfer from the substrate and printed antenna layer 19 side to the user's finger 22 side, and when such an effect can be expected by the material or thickness of the artificial nail body 11a, the insulating heat insulating sheet 18 need not be particularly provided. In the insulating and heat insulating sheet 18, a through hole 181 for electrically connecting the battery 16a to the substrate and the printed antenna layer 19 is formed on the nail tip 222 side corresponding to the mounting position of the battery 16 a.
The substrate and printed antenna layer 19 is constituted, for example, as follows: the bare chip such as the main control circuit 143, the memory 144, and the NFC communication circuit 146 is mounted on the flexible substrate substantially at the center portion, and a coil for the NFC communication is formed at the outer peripheral portion. The substrate and the printed antenna layer 19 are connected to the electronic paper 12a via a flexible substrate 173 on the proximal side of the nail 221, i.e., on the nail meniscus. The electronic paper 12a is covered with a protective sheet 20, and the protective sheet 20 may be formed such that a region of the display screen 121 is formed to be transparent, and a peripheral portion thereof is formed to have a light shielding property to shield the row electrode or the column electrode, and is appropriately designed in appearance.
With this configuration, the nail decorative sheet 1a is thicker than the nail decorative sheet 1, but the decorative portions 13 to 15 for masking the substrate 145 or the coil can be omitted. In addition, in the nail decorative sheet 1a, the coil diameter of NFC can be increased, and the communication distance with the smartphone 4 can be extended. The nail decorative sheet 1a having the laminated structure and the nail decorative sheets 1 having the decorative parts 13 to 15 may be appropriately selected according to design and the like.
In addition, in the nail decorative sheet 1a, it is noted that the battery 16a is configured to be detachable from the artificial nail body 11 a. In fig. 6, the area at the lower left shows the battery 16a portion in an enlarged manner. The artificial nail body 11a is provided with a holder 16b so that the battery 16a can be attached and detached. Connector portions 16c and 16d that engage with each other are provided on the battery 16a side and the holder 16b side, respectively. In the example of fig. 6, the connector portion 16c on the battery 16a side includes a pair of "+", "-" pins, and the connector portion 16d on the support 16b side includes a corresponding pair of holes. The connector portion 16d is electrically connected to the substrate and the printed antenna layer 19 via the through hole 181.
In fig. 7, for example, the battery 16a detached from the artificial nail body 11a as indicated by F1 is attached to a separately provided charger 5 as indicated by F2, and charged from the connector portion 16 c. The charger 5 is connected to a power supply source via a so-called USB cable or the like as shown in fig. 7, and supplies electric power from the power supply source to the battery 16a as, for example, the above-mentioned 3V charging voltage and 60mA charging current. Under the above conditions, the time taken until full charge was 10 minutes.
In this way, by detaching the battery 16a from the artificial nail body 11a and charging the battery by contact charging through the connector portions 16d and 16c by the separately provided charger 5, it is possible to shorten the charging time by quick charging, and it is also possible to improve convenience without restricting the charging to, for example, bringing the tip of the user into contact with the electrode.
In the nail decorative sheet 1a of the present embodiment, a reset switch for detecting attachment of the battery 16a is provided on the connector portion 16d on the artificial nail body 11a side. In the example of fig. 6, 1 pin 16e is further provided upright between a pair of pins in the connector portion 16c of the battery 16a, and 1 hole 16f is further provided between a pair of holes in the connector portion 16d of the holder 16b, and these components constitute the reset switch. Specifically, for example, the pin 16e is connected in parallel to the "+" pin of the connector portion 16c, the hole 16f is connected to the reset terminal of the main control circuit 143, and the main control circuit 143 as the display driving unit for driving the display of the electronic paper 12a is supplied with the voltage of 3V by fitting the pin 16e into the hole 16f, so that the main control circuit 143 is reset, and the attachment of the battery 16a is detected.
This is because, when the battery 16a is removed, the main control circuit 143 may erase the display data such as the image and the character or may generate a system error, depending on the case. Therefore, by performing the reset as described above, the display can be promptly resumed. The smart phone 4 can easily read image data again in association with the reset.
The battery 16a and the holder 16b may be engaged with each other by fitting pins of the connector 16c into holes of the connector 16d, or by providing another or additional engaging means such as magnetic attraction or hooks. In addition, a dedicated jig or tool such as tweezers may be used to detach or attach the battery 16a from the cradle 16b or the like to the charger 5.
In embodiment 3, the battery 16 is the 1 st battery 16, and as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the following configuration may be adopted: the laminated sheet layer, more specifically, the substrate and printed antenna layer 19 further includes a predetermined power supply control circuit 147 and a predetermined 2 nd battery 148. That is, the power supply control circuit 147 includes a predetermined switching element such as a switching transistor and performs switching control of the switching element, thereby maintaining the continuity of the 2 nd battery 148.
Here, the 2 nd battery 148 is formed in a sheet shape and can be mounted on the substrate and the sheet layer of the printed antenna layer 19. The 2 nd battery 148 may be a storage battery, more specifically, a 3D micro battery, and for example, the 3D micro battery may be a lithium ion battery. The 2 nd cell 148 can be configured to electrodeposit a lot of NiSn (nickel tin) on the surface of the porous Ni to form the anode side 148a, and can be configured to electrodeposit a lot of LiMnO on the surface of the porous Ni2(lithium manganese oxide) to form the cathode side 148b (fig. 9).
The 3D micro battery has an energy density of 7.4 mW/cm-2/μm-1, is formed by laminating 10 to several hundreds (for example, 80 layers) of thin films of 0.00001mm, and can supply a current of 0.5 mA.
The 2 nd battery 148 configured as described above is electrically connected to the battery 16 and the NFC communication circuit 146, and can charge the battery 16. That is, the 2 nd battery 148 can be charged from the power supply of the portable terminal via the NFC communication circuit 146 (charging of the 2 nd battery 148 itself) by being brought into contact with or brought close to a predetermined portion of a predetermined terminal such as a mobile phone, a smartphone, a tablet terminal, or the like, more specifically, a predetermined portable terminal. Therefore, the nail decorative sheet 1 may be brought into contact with or close to the mobile terminal during charging, and charging can be performed without detaching the battery 16.
