The folding fence of claim 1, wherein the fixed fence portion (120) is rotatably connected to the folding fence portion (110) about a predetermined axis, and the retaining member (130) and the locking member (140) are located radially on both sides of the predetermined axis; when folding fence portion (110) is in the guard mode, retaining member (140) are spacing in one side of folding fence portion (110), when folding fence portion (110) is in fold condition, retaining member (140) are spacing in the opposite side of folding fence portion (110).
