Referring to fig. 1-3, in this embodiment, a frame, a girder, a pressing plate, a power cylinder, a flap driving device, a feed pump, a thrust plate and a control device of a plate and frame filter press commonly used in the industry are respectively used as the frame 2, the thrust plate 4, the girder 6, the pressing plate 7, the power cylinder 8, the flap driving device 9, the feed pump and the control device; assembling and connecting the components by adopting a method which is universal in the industry; in this example, a mechanical equipment cooling system commonly used in the industry is selected as a medium circulating device 12, an electric heating device commonly used in the industry is installed in a liquid storage tank, the medium circulating device 12 is connected with a turning plate 11 and a filter plate group 5 in series through a pipeline 13, and a liquid medium is heated in the liquid storage tank, wherein the liquid medium can be water, oil or other coolants commonly used in the industry; the electric appliance control part of the medium circulating device 12 is communicated with the control device of the plate-and-frame filter press to form a cooling or heating device 1; the turning plate 11 is arranged on the frame 2 and is connected with the frame 2 through a turning plate supporting device 10, one end part of a turning plate shaft is connected with a turning plate driving device 10, and the turning plate 11 can rotate on the turning plate supporting device 10; the filter plate group 5 is arranged on a girder 6 and is connected with a feed inlet through a pipeline, and then is connected with a feed pump; the single filter plate of the filter plate group 5 is connected with a filter plate opening and closing device, wherein the filter plate opening and closing device is the power cylinder 8 and accessories thereof; thus, the present invention has been completed.
When the device is applied, if the filtered medium needs to work at a certain temperature, the electric heating device in the cooling or heating device 1 is started to heat the liquid medium, the circulating pump in the medium circulating device 12 is started, the heated liquid medium enters the turning plate 11 and the filter plate group 5 from the liquid storage tank through a pipeline, the turning plate body 111 of the filter plate 11 and the turning plate 11 in the filter plate group 5 is heated, so that the filtered material is conveyed into the filter plate group 5 through the feeding pump, and because the side edge dispersed feeding is adopted, the situation that the front stage is damaged due to the centralized feeding from the middle part in the prior art is avoided, the pressing plate 7 presses the filter plate group 5 on the thrust plate 4 under the action of the power cylinder 8, the filtering is carried out under pressure, because the filter plate group 5 works under high pressure, the self generates large heat, sometimes heat needs to be radiated, and the electric heating device in the liquid storage tank of the medium circulating device 12 stops working, cooling liquid is introduced into the filter plate groups 5, the cooling liquid is heated by the filter plate groups 5 with high temperature after passing through the filter plate groups 5, and then enters the turning plate 11 to heat the turning plate 11, so that liquid media do not need to be heated additionally, and the function of energy recycling is achieved; after the filtration is finished, the power oil cylinder 8 moves reversely to pull the filter plate group 5 open, the filter plates of the filter plate group 5 are separated, the turning plate 11 is turned over at the moment, the middle slag falling position is left, filter residues fall at the slag falling position from the filter plates, and the feeding action is repeated, so that the working process of the plate-and-frame filter press is formed.
