Background
A tampon, called tampon for short, is a cylindrical body of cotton, which can be placed in the vagina to absorb menstrual blood when women have a tidal menstrual flow. One tampon user, using more than 10000 tampons in a lifetime, may be used. In China, sanitary products used during female menstrual periods mainly comprise sanitary pads and tampons. The sanitary pad is widely used, but is generally placed in underpants due to the fact that the sanitary pad is large in size and inconvenient to use, and friction is generated between the leg and the pudendum of a user during movement, so that female movement during menstrual period is greatly limited, and the sanitary pad is more sultry and difficult to endure particularly in summer. The sanitary cotton strip is more and more favored by women because of the advantages of small volume, difficult leakage when the women move in menstrual period, and the like, and the usage amount is increased year by year in China.
The conventional tampon is generally in a convoluted cylindrical structure, and when the tampon is used, the inner layer of the tampon is still in a dry state after the outer layer of the tampon absorbs menstrual blood to be saturated, or the upper layer of the tampon absorbs the menstrual blood to be saturated, and the lower layer of the tampon is still in the dry state, so that the tampon cannot achieve the optimal absorption effect, and therefore, the tampon capable of achieving the better absorption effect is in urgent need.

In addition, in the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically limited otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a technical solution:
a web tampon comprising a cotton string 10, a first absorber 20, and a second absorber 30, wherein the cotton string 10 is fixedly connected to the first absorber 20 and is located at a lower side of the first absorber 20, the first absorber 20 is fixedly connected to the second absorber 30, the second absorber 30 is located inside the first absorber 20, the first absorber 20 has an absorbent strip 21 and a buffer space 22, the absorbent strip 21 comprises an inner core 211, an outer absorbent layer 212, and a dense web 213, the inner core 211 is fixedly connected to the outer absorbent layer 212 and is located inside the dense web 213, the outer absorbent layer 212 is located at an upper side of the cotton string 10, and the buffer space 22 is formed inside the first absorber 20.
In this embodiment, through the structure that changes the tampon, let tampon and vagina have more area of contact, increased the absorbable area of tampon, just also strengthened the absorption effect of tampon, simultaneously, add buffering space 22, can increase the subassembly that absorbs the menstrual blood, the absorption capacity of reinforcing tampon that can be further to reach better absorption effect.
Further, the first absorbent 20 is formed by spirally and vertically convoluting the absorbent strips 21 upward, and the absorbent strips 21 are formed by covering the inner core 211 and the outer absorbent layer 212 with the dense web 213.
In this embodiment, when the inner core 21 is used, fine fibers may be generated, and after the tampon is used, the fine fibers may remain inside the vagina of a human body, which may cause a great risk to the health of women, the dense mesh 213 functions to isolate the fine fibers from the human body, so as to prevent the fine fibers from remaining in the vagina, the first absorber 20 adopts an upward spiral convolution mode, and compared with the existing convoluted tampon, the contact area between the tampon and the vagina is increased, so that menstrual blood can be more comprehensively contacted with the tampon, thereby achieving a better absorption effect, and the upper spiral structure allows the tampon to be a structure with a sharp upper end and a large lower end, which facilitates the tampon to be put into the vagina.
Further, the mutually attached parts of the absorbent strip 21 are fixed by gluing and knitting during the spiral forming process.
In the present embodiment, when the absorbent strips 21 are molded, the portions where the absorbent strips 21 are bonded to each other are fixed, so that the entire structure of the tampon can be more stable and the tampon is not deformed by being placed or taken out.
Further, the inner core 211 has an outer spiral surface 214 and an inner spiral surface 215 related to the spiral convolution, the outer spiral surface 214 and the inner spiral surface 215 are two relatively parallel surfaces, and the inner core 211 is made of any one of multi-limbed viscose fiber and non-limbed cellulose fiber.
In this embodiment, the multi-limbed viscose fibers or non-limbed cellulose fibers are used to ensure that the inner core 211 has a good absorption effect while producing as few fibers as possible, thereby avoiding adverse effects on the human body.
Further, the outer absorbent layer 212 includes a first side flap 216, a second side flap 217 and an outer surface 218, the outer surface 214 is completely covered by the outer surface 218, the inner surface 215 is covered by the first side flap 216 and the second side flap 217, respectively, and the outer absorbent layer 212 is made of an absorbent nonwoven material.
In the present embodiment, the outer absorbent layer 212 serves to cover the inner core 211 to reduce the outflow of the fibers of the inner core 211, and the reason why the absorbent nonwoven fabric material is used is to reduce the generation of fibers as much as possible without affecting the absorption of menstrual blood into the inner core 211 and to provide a certain absorption capacity for menstrual blood.
Further, the dense mesh 213 is a liquid permeable material, and is made of any one of a nonwoven material, a mesh fabric, and a perforated plastic film.
In the present embodiment, the liquid permeable material is used for the purpose of providing the dense mesh 213 with a barrier function against fibers while not affecting the absorption of menstrual blood.
Further, the second absorber 30 is a convex tower-shaped structure, and the size of the second absorber fits with the buffer space 22 and is attached to the buffer space 22.
In the present embodiment, the tower-shaped structure is adopted to fit the buffering space 22, so that the tampon is not too bulky, and the using effect is not affected, and meanwhile, the space is reasonably utilized, the absorption material is added, the absorption capacity of the tampon is enhanced, and the absorption effect of the tampon is also effectively improved.
Further, the second absorbent body 30 is made of any one of cotton and thermoplastic fibers.
In the present embodiment, cotton and thermoplastic fibers are used in order to achieve a relatively good ability of the face and thermoplastic fibers to absorb menstrual blood.
Further, the cotton rope 10 is fixedly connected with the dense net 213 and is located at the lower side of the second side wing 217.
In this embodiment, the cotton string 10 is fixedly connected to the dense net 213, so that the tampon can be deformed when being pulled out, thereby facilitating the pulling out of the tampon.
The utility model discloses a change the structure of tampon to and add compact net 213, second absorber 30 isotructure, let the tampon can reduce the fibre and remain, and increase and the area of contact of vagina, and improve the absorbed dose of tampon, in order to reach the purpose that improves tampon absorption effect.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
