The utility model provides a bar code scanner when not using, can avoid the light camera lens of scanner to be scraped or the touching breakage to bar code scanner's light camera lens protection.
Fig. 1 to 3 are schematic structural views illustrating an embodiment of a barcode scanner according to the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 3, a main body of the barcode scanner according to the embodiment includes: a base 100 and a scanner body 200.
The base 100 is used for being fixed on a desktop or a platform to support the scanner body 200, the left side wall of the base is provided with a hinged end 110 for installing the scanner body 200, in the embodiment, four corners of the bottom of the base 100 can be provided with pressing adsorption discs, and the base 100 is fixed and can be detached from the desktop or the platform conveniently.
The scanner body 200 includes a scanning component 210 and a supporting component 220, the scanning component 210 is used for scanning a barcode or a two-dimensional code to obtain information, specifically, the barcode or the two-dimensional code of an external object is scanned by one side of a scanning surface 210a of the scanning component 210 to obtain information, one end of the supporting component 220 is connected to the scanning component 210, and the other end is hinged to the hinged end 110, so that the scanner body 200 can rotate relative to the base 100, when in use, the scanner body 200 rotates around the base 100 to a state shown in fig. 1, and when in an idle state, the scanner body 200 rotates around the base 100 to a state shown in fig. 2, so that the scanning surface 210a of the scanning component 210 is attached to the base 100.
Therefore, when the barcode scanner is not used, the scanner body 200 is rotated relative to the base 100, so that the scanning surface 210a of the scanning component 210 is attached to the top of the base 100, and the optical pickup lens in the scanning surface 210a of the scanning component 200 is hidden, thereby preventing the optical pickup lens of the scanner from being scratched or broken due to touch, and improving the using effect of the barcode scanner lens and the service life of the barcode scanner.
In this embodiment, the barcode scanner needs an external power source to connect the circuit inside the scanner body 200, and then can operate to scan the external barcode or two-dimensional code, however, when the scanner body 200 is not used and is covered on the base 100, if the circuit of the scanner body 200 is connected, not only the power is wasted, but also the circuit of the scanner body 200 is connected for a long time, which increases the loss of the hardware of the scanner body 200 and shortens the life of the scanner body 200, for this reason, please refer to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the barcode scanner further includes a scanning component circuit connection/disconnection assembly 300, when the scanner body 200 is used, the circuit of the scanner body 200 is connected, when the scanner body 200 is stopped to use, and the scanning surface 210a of the scanning component 210 is attached to the top of the base 100, the circuit of the scanner body 200 can be automatically disconnected, specifically, the on-off circuit assembly 300 includes a battery 310 and a switch assembly 320 disposed in the mounting chamber 120, the switch assembly 320 includes a first metal plate 320a fixed on the top of the mounting chamber 120 and having a first contact 320a-1, a second metal plate 320b located on the lower side of the first metal plate 320a and having a second contact 320b-1, an elastic member 320c having one end connected to the bottom of the second metal plate 320b and the other end connected to the bottom of the mounting chamber 120 and compressed, and a guide rod 320d connected to the top of the second metal plate 320b and penetrating to the top of the base 100, the negative electrode of the battery 310 is electrically connected to one terminal of the scan part 210, the positive electrode of the battery 310 is electrically connected to the second metal plate 320b, and the first metal plate 320a is electrically connected to the other terminal of the scan part 210. When the scanning surface 210a of the scanning unit 210 is attached to the top of the base 100, the scanning surface 210a of the scanning unit 210 presses the guide rod 320d to slide into the mounting chamber 120, the guide rod 320d drives the first contact 320a-1 to separate from the second contact 320b-1, and the elastic member 320c compresses, at which time the circuit of the scanner body 200 is disconnected, and when the scanning surface 210a of the scanning unit 210 is separated from the top of the base 100 for use, the elastic member 320c drives the guide rod 320d to return to the original state, and the first contact 320a-1 contacts with the second contact 320b-1, at which time the circuit of the scanner body 200 is connected. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 320c is a telescopic spring, and a USB charging interface electrically connected to the battery 310 may be provided on the base 100 to charge the battery 310 in order to facilitate charging of the battery 310.
