An air guide assembly 100 and an air treatment apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 10. The air processing apparatus 1000 may be an air conditioner, but is not limited to an air conditioner, such as a fan, an air conditioning fan, and the like.
Referring to fig. 1, the wind guide assembly 100 is used for an air processing apparatus 1000, the air processing apparatus 1000 includes a housing 200, an air outlet 210 is disposed on the housing 200, and the wind guide assembly 100 is disposed at the air outlet 210 to adjust an air outlet direction of air at the air outlet 210.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the air guiding assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a mounting base 110, a plurality of louvers 120, a connecting rod 130, a turntable 150, and a first driving assembly 160.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-2, the mounting base 110 is annular, the mounting base 110 is disposed in the outlet 210, the plurality of louvers 120 are each rotatably disposed in the mounting base 110, and the plurality of louvers 120 are spaced apart along the first direction F1. The link 130 is rotatably connected to each of the plurality of louvers 120 such that the plurality of louvers 120 are rotated in synchronization, one end of the link 130 is connected to an inner wall surface of the mounting seat 110 by an elastic member 140, and the other end of the link 130 protrudes beyond an outer peripheral wall of the mounting seat 110. The turntable 150 is annular, the turntable 150 is rotatable around the mounting base 110, the inner peripheral wall of the turntable 150 is provided with a matching portion 151, and the elastic member 140 drives the other end of the connecting rod 130 to abut against the inner peripheral wall of the turntable 150. The first driving assembly 160 is connected with the turntable 150 to drive the turntable 150 to rotate, so that the link 130 can move in the first direction F1.
It can be understood that the first driving assembly 160 can provide power to the rotating disc 150, the rotating disc 150 is driven to rotate around the mounting base 110, and since the other end of the connecting rod 130 is inserted into the guiding hole 111 and extends beyond the outer peripheral wall of the mounting base 110, the matching portion 151 on the inner peripheral wall of the rotating disc 150 can stop against the other end of the connecting rod 130 when the rotating disc 150 rotates.
Since one end of the connecting rod 130 is connected to the inner wall of the mounting base 110 through the elastic member 140, when the rotary plate 150 rotates, the engaging portion 151 gradually abuts against the other end of the connecting rod 130 or the engaging portion 151 gradually disengages from the other end of the connecting rod 130, the connecting rod 130 can move in the first direction F1 by the elastic force of the spring, and further, the plurality of louvers 120 can be driven to rotate synchronously.
According to the utility model discloses air guide assembly 100, through be equipped with cooperation portion 151 on the internal perisporium of carousel 150, pass through elastic component 140 with the one end of connecting rod 130 and the internal face of mount pad 110 and be connected, the other end of connecting rod 130 surpasss the periphery wall of mount pad 110, when making carousel 150 rotate, cooperation portion 151 can end or break away from with the other end of connecting rod 130, therefore, connecting rod 130 realizes the motion on first direction F1, and drive the synchronous rotation of a plurality of tripes 120 in order to realize the regulation of tripe 120 to air outlet 210 department air-out direction, and then, can satisfy the different demands of user to the air-out.
Further, referring to fig. 9, the mounting seat 110 is further provided with a guide hole 111 penetrating the mounting seat 110 in a thickness direction of the mounting seat 110, and the other end of the link 130 is inserted into the guide hole 111, whereby the link 130 can be restricted in the guide hole 111, so that the link 130 can stably move in the first direction F1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the fitting portion 151 may be a protrusion or a groove. In one example as shown in fig. 2, a protrusion may be provided on an inner circumferential wall of the turntable 150, and an outer wall surface of the protrusion is smoothly connected with an inner wall surface of the turntable 150.
Since one end of the link 130 is connected to the inner wall surface of the mounting seat 110 through the elastic member 140, when the turntable 150 rotates and the protrusion gradually abuts against the other end of the link 130, the link 130 moves downward in the first direction F1, and at this time, the elastic member 140 is pressed; when the dial 150 is rotated and the protrusion is gradually separated from the other end of the link 130, the link 130 is moved upward in the first direction F1 by the elastic force of the spring. Thus, the movement of the connecting rod 130 in the first direction F1 can drive the plurality of louvers 120 to rotate synchronously.
The smooth connection between the outer wall surface of the protrusion and the inner wall surface of the turntable 150 not only allows the position of the connecting rod 130 to be continuous when moving in the first direction F1, thereby accurately adjusting the rotation angle of the louver 120, but also facilitates the movement of the connecting rod 130 along the inner wall surface of the turntable 150, thereby allowing the turntable 150 to smoothly rotate around the mounting seat 110.
In another example, a groove may be formed on the inner circumferential wall of the turntable 150, an outer wall surface of the groove is smoothly connected with an inner wall surface of the turntable 150, and since one end of the link 130 is connected with the inner wall surface of the mounting seat 110 through the elastic member 140, when the turntable 150 rotates and the groove gradually abuts against the other end of the link 130, the link 130 moves upward in the first direction F1 under the action of an elastic force; when the dial 150 is rotated and the groove is gradually separated from the other end of the link 130, the link 130 is pressed by the inner wall surface of the dial 150 and moves downward in the first direction F1. Thus, the movement of the connecting rod 130 in the first direction F1 can drive the plurality of louvers 120 to rotate synchronously.
The smooth connection between the outer wall surface of the groove and the inner wall surface of the turntable 150 not only allows the position of the connecting rod 130 to be continuous when moving in the first direction F1, thereby accurately adjusting the rotation angle of the louver 120, but also facilitates the movement of the connecting rod 130 along the inner wall surface of the turntable 150, thereby allowing the turntable 150 to smoothly rotate around the mounting seat 110.
