5. The mounting arrangement, as set forth in claim 4, characterized in that the cover plate is snap-fit connected to the connecting portion.
6. The mounting device of claim 1, wherein the connecting portion is a hexagonal solid screw.
7. The mounting device of claim 1, wherein the first sleeve is welded to the second sleeve.
8. The mounting arrangement of claim 1, wherein the first sleeve is a steel pipe sleeve and the second sleeve is a steel rebar sleeve.
9. The mounting device of claim 1, wherein the securing portion is a threaded rod.
