SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive sheet and a label having the same, which can effectively suppress curling of release paper and paste-like overflow of the adhesive.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an adhesive sheet comprising a substrate layer, an adhesive layer, and release paper laminated in this order, wherein the release paper comprises a first layer and a second layer laminated; the first layer is composed of silicone resin and is adjacent to the adhesive layer, and the second layer is composed of paper and polyethylene films covering both sides of the paper.
In this way, since both surfaces of the release paper are covered with the polyethylene film (PE film), the peeling paper is not unevenly stressed due to the film on one surface and no film on the other surface, as compared with the case of only one-side film covering, and therefore, the curling phenomenon due to uneven stress can be effectively suppressed.
In the above-described embodiment, the adhesive coating amount of the adhesive layer is less than 40g/m2, and preferably, the adhesive coating amount of the adhesive layer 12 is 35g/m 2.
Thus, when the adhesive sheet is attached to or wound up for storage, the problem that the adhesive paste overflows from the interlayer due to interlayer pressure can be suppressed.
In addition, in the above technical solution, the paper used in the second layer is fine paper; the base material layer is composed of synthetic paper with the thickness of 40-80 μm. Thus, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a better texture can be provided.
In addition, the adhesive sheet can be used as a label or as a part of a label to be attached to a tire to display information related to the tire.

In the following, an example of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet disclosed in the present invention is not limited to the following example as long as the effects of the present invention can be achieved.
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 of the present embodiment is configured by laminating a base layer 11, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12, and a release paper 13 in this order. In use, the release paper 13 is peeled off, and the adhesive layer 12 coated with the adhesive is stuck to an article such as a tire, thereby realizing labeling.
The adhesive sheet 1 may be used as a part of a label for labeling or as the whole label.
Although the material constituting the base layer 11 is not particularly limited, synthetic paper having a thickness of 40 to 80 μm is preferably used. For synthetic paper, for example, synthetic paper (synthetic paper) is made by blending or adding some additives into chemical raw materials (e.g., olefins).
As described above, when the amount of the adhesive applied to the adhesive layer 12 is large, the adhesive easily flows out when the adhesive sheet 1 is stuck or when the adhesive sheet 1 is wound up and stored. In this way, since both surfaces of the release paper 13 are covered with the polyethylene films (PE films) 1322 and 1322, as compared with the case where only one surface is covered with a film, uneven application of force due to the film on one surface and the absence of a film on the other surface is not caused, and therefore, the curling phenomenon due to uneven application of force can be effectively suppressed.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a label 2 using the adhesive sheet of the present embodiment, and the label 2 can be directly attached to an article such as a tire to display information on the tire for the purpose of transmitting the tire information to a customer. For example, the manufacturer name or brand name of the tire, the size (width, aspect ratio, rim ratio), the price, the use notice, and the like are displayed. Although not shown in detail, the release paper 13 in fig. 2 is also configured by laminating the first layer 131 and the second layer 132 as described above. In use, the release paper 13 is peeled off, and the adhesive layer 12 coated with the adhesive is stuck to an article such as a tire, thereby realizing labeling.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the adhesive sheet 1 of the present embodiment when used as a part of a label 2.
