For a fuller understanding of the nature, character and function of the present application, reference should be made to the following detailed description taken together with the accompanying figures wherein:

referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a beverage cup with an ingredient cup for containing a beverage and ingredients of the beverage for a consumer to drink simultaneously comprises a beverage cup 10, an ingredient cup 20 inserted into the beverage cup 10, and an upper cup cover 30 fastened to the beverage cup 10, wherein:

the drinking cup 10 is a conventional conical cup body made of plastic, and is used for accommodating main beverages for beverage vending manufacturers;

Referring to fig. 4, the present application can place the ingredient cup 20 into the drinking cup 10, such that the peripheral flange 24 abuts against the rim of the drinking cup 10, and then the drinker pours the prepared beverage 40 containing the ingredient 50 (e.g. rice ball) into the ingredient cup 20, the beverage 40 can flow down into the drinking cup 10 from the beverage through hole 23, and the ingredient 50 is retained in the second chamber 221 of the ingredient cup 20 because it cannot pass through the beverage through hole 23; the upper lid 30 can then be used to cover the ingredient cup 20 and have its annular cup snap 33 snap around the drinking cup 10, thereby delivering it to the consumer for consumption.

Claims

1. A beverage cup having an ingredient cup for holding a beverage and ingredients for the beverage, comprising:

a beverage cup for containing the beverage;

the ingredient cup is a container which is placed in the beverage cup and is used for placing ingredients, the ingredient cup is provided with an upper cup which is sunken into an upper accommodating chamber, and a lower cup which is sunken from the bottom of the upper cup into a lower accommodating chamber, and the upper accommodating chamber is communicated with the lower accommodating chamber; the bottom of the upper cup is provided with a plurality of beverage through holes which are communicated with the upper chamber and the inside of the beverage cup; a flange which is propped against the cup opening of the beverage cup is arranged on the outer side of the cup opening of the upper layer cup; and

an upper cup cover having a face cover, a suction pipe integrally protruded on the face cover, the suction pipe being communicated to a bottom surface of the cup cover, and an annular cup catch formed around the face cover.

2. The beverage cup with ingredient cup of claim 1, wherein the ingredient cup is a funnel-shaped receptacle.

3. The beverage cup with ingredient cup of claim 2, wherein the upper cup is a cone-shaped cup body and the bottom of the upper cup is a beveled cone bottom.

4. The beverage cup with ingredient cup of claim 3, wherein the lower cup is a cone-shaped cup body, and the upper end of the lower cup is connected to the beveled bottom.

5. The beverage cup with ingredient cup of claim 3, wherein the beverage through hole is a plurality of through holes surrounding the bottom of the oblique cone.

6. The beverage cup with ingredient cup of claim 2, wherein the beverage perforation is a plurality of perforations around the side of the upper cup.

7. The beverage cup with an ingredient cup of claim 1, wherein the face lid of the upper cup lid is a bezel lid, the straw is located on a low side of the bezel lid, and the other side of the bezel lid relative to the straw is a high side.
