Abstract

参阅图1,一种现有的椭圆机,包括一个支撑架11、一个枢接于所述支撑架11的曲柄件组12、两个能摆动地连接所述曲柄件组12的左右两侧的连杆13,及两个分别能摆动地连接所述连杆13相反于所述曲柄件组12的一端并供使用者踩踏的踏杆14,使用者的双脚分别踩踏于所述踏杆14后能沿一个椭圆形的轨迹交互移动,借此达到运动的效果。
然而,所述现有的椭圆机仅能模拟一般形走的步态,若需要模拟更高强度的步态,例如爬山时的步态,在训练强度方面还有待改善的空间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能提高训练强度的登山机。
本实用新型的登山机,包含支架单元、阻力单元,及两个连杆单元。
所述阻力单元设置于所述支架单元,并包括用来提供阻力的阻力组,及能带动所述阻力组的传动组。所述连杆单元沿左右方向分别设置于所述支架单元两侧,每一个连杆单元包括能摆动地设置于所述支架单元的第一摆动杆、能摆动地连接所述第一摆动杆的脚踏杆、枢接于所述支架单元及所述脚踏杆间的第二摆动杆,及枢接于所述第一摆动杆及所述传动组间的驱动杆,所述第一摆动杆的延伸方向及所述第二摆动杆的延伸方向夹一个角度,所述脚踏杆具有枢接于所述第一摆动杆及所述第二摆动杆间的杆件部,及连接所述杆件部的踏板部,所述脚踏杆会随所述第一摆动杆摆动而摆动,所述踏板部与水平面的夹角会随所述第一摆动杆摆动而改变。

参阅图2、图3、图4,本实用新型登山机的第一实施例,包含一个支架单元2、一个阻力单元3,及两个连杆单元4。
所述支架单元2包括一个底架21、一个连接所述底架21的立架22,及一个连接于所述底架21及所述立架22间的支撑架23。所述立架22具有一个由所述底架21朝上延伸的主立杆221,及一个设置于所述主立杆221及所述支撑架23间且位于底架21上方的上横杆222。

参阅图3、图7、图8,所述第一摆动杆41具有一个枢接于所述支架单元2的枢接部411、一个相反于所述枢接部411且能摆动地连接所述脚踏杆42的摆动部412,及多个沿所述第一摆动杆41的延伸方向间隔设置且用来供所述定位件45穿置的定位孔413(见图5)。每一个脚踏杆42具有一个枢接于所述第一摆动杆41及所述第二摆动杆43间且呈L型的杆件部421,及一个连接所述杆件部421的踏板部422。所述驱动杆44具有一个枢接所述传动组32的枢摆部441,及一个枢接于所述枢摆部441且沿所述第一摆动杆41的延伸方向能在一个最大摆幅位置(见图7)与一个最小摆幅位置(见图8)间位移的滑动部442,所述滑动部442供所述定位件45设置,在所述最大摆幅位置时,所述滑动部442邻近所述枢接部411,所述摆动部412的摆动幅度最大,在所述最小摆幅位置时,所述滑动部442邻近所述摆动部412,所述摆动部412的摆动幅度最小。
较详细地说,于本实施例中,所述第一摆动杆41的延伸方向及所述第二摆动杆43的延伸方向夹一个角度θ,所述角度θ为锐角,但不以此为限;所述脚踏杆42的杆件部421也可以是直杆,并不以此为限。
使用前,使用者拉起所述定位件45,并能依脚长及训练需求调整所述驱动杆44的滑动部442的位置,所述滑动部442离所述第一摆动杆41的枢接部411越近,所述第一摆动杆41的摆动幅度越大,调整好所述滑动部442位置后,即能将所述定位件45穿置于对应的所述定位孔413,而完成调整。
实际使用时,使用者双脚分别站立于所述踏板部422,并交互踩踏所述踏板部422,所述踏板部422分别连动所述杆件部421,接着所述杆件部421分别连动各自的所述第一摆动杆41,而所述第一摆动杆41连动所述驱动杆44,并依序连动所述曲柄件321、所述第一皮带轮322、所述第一皮带324、所述第二皮带轮323,及所述第二皮带325,而带动所述阻力组31转动,以进行训练,在每一个第一摆动杆41摆动的同时,也会依序连动对应的所述第一连动杆47、所述传动杆49、所述第二连动杆48,及所述扶手杆46,使用者能依锻炼需求选择是否双手握持所述扶手杆46以锻炼手部肌肉。
相较于现有的登山机,踏板部与水平面的夹角固定,本实用新型通过每一个连杆单元4的第一摆动杆41与所述第二摆动杆43夹所述角度θ,使得所述连杆单元4作动时,所述脚踏杆42会分别随所述第一摆动杆41摆动而摆动,也就是说,所述踏板部422与水平面的夹角在使用者踩踏的过程中会改变,模拟了登山时的步态,而能锻炼多种足部肌肉,达到提高训练强度的功效。
此外,本实用新型通过调整所述滑动部442的位置,以调整所述第一摆动杆41的摆动幅度,而得以调整训练时的步幅,不需购置多台不同步幅的登山机材也能满足各种腿长及训练需求,进一步达到提高相容性的功效。
参阅图9、10,是本实用新型的第二实施例,其与所述第一实施例相同,同样包含所述支架单元2、所述阻力单元3,及所述连杆单元4,差异之处在于:所述第二实施例还包含一个调整单元5,所述调整单元5设置于所述支架单元2,所述第一摆动杆41界定有一个容置空间414,及至少一个连通所述容置空间414的导引槽415,所述调整单元5包括一个设置于所述容置空间414内的调整驱动组51,及一个能移动地设置于所述调整驱动组51且连动所述驱动杆44的滑动部442的调整连动组52。
所述调整驱动组51具有一个设置于所述容置空间414内的马达511、一个受所述马达511驱动且沿所述第一摆动杆41的延伸方向延伸的螺杆512,及一个连接所述马达511且沿所述第一摆动杆41的延伸方向延伸的导杆513,所述调整连动组52具有一个沿所述第一摆动杆41的延伸方向延伸能移动地设置于所述螺杆512及所述导杆513的移动件521,及一个穿设于所述移动件521、所述导引槽415及所述滑动部442的插销522,所述滑动部442具有一个贯穿且供所述插销522穿置的连通孔443。
值得一提的是,于本实施例中,所述调整驱动组51包括马达511及螺杆512的组合,且所述移动件521为螺设于所述螺杆512的螺帽,于其他实施态样中也能选用其他能沿直线移动的等效组件,例如齿轮及齿条等,并不以此为限。
使用前,启动所述马达511,所述马达511依序连动所述螺杆512、所述移动件521及所述插销522,所述插销522能在所述导引槽415内移动,并通过穿设于所述连通孔443而带动所述滑动部442在所述最大摆幅位置与所述最小摆幅位置间移动,使用者能依腿长及训练需求调整。于是,所述第二实施例能达到与所述第一实施例相同的功效,并进一步提高调整步辐的方便性。
参阅图11,是本实用新型的第三实施例,其与所述第一实施例相同,同样包含所述支架单元2、所述阻力单元3,及所述连杆单元4,差异之处在于:所述驱动杆44不具有所述滑动部442,仅有所述枢摆部441枢接所述传动组32及所述第一摆动杆41,所述第三实施例仍能达到与所述第一实施例相同的功效。
综上所述,本实用新型登山机,确实能达成本实用新型的目的。
Claims (10)
1.一种登山机,其特征在于:包含支架单元、阻力单元,及两个连杆单元,所述阻力单元设置于所述支架单元,并包括用来提供阻力的阻力组,及能带动所述阻力组的传动组,所述连杆单元沿左右方向分别设置于所述支架单元两侧,每一个连杆单元包括能摆动地设置于所述支架单元的第一摆动杆、能摆动地连接所述第一摆动杆的脚踏杆、枢接于所述支架单元及所述脚踏杆间的第二摆动杆,及枢接于所述第一摆动杆及所述传动组间的驱动杆,所述第一摆动杆的延伸方向及所述第二摆动杆的延伸方向夹一个角度,所述脚踏杆具有枢接于所述第一摆动杆及所述第二摆动杆间的杆件部,及连接所述杆件部的踏板部,所述脚踏杆会随所述第一摆动杆摆动而摆动,所述踏板部与水平面的夹角会随所述第一摆动杆摆动而改变。
2.根据权利要求1所述的登山机,其特征在于:每一个第一摆动杆具有枢接于所述支架单元的枢接部,及相反于所述枢接部且能摆动地连接所述脚踏杆的摆动部,所述驱动杆具有枢接所述传动组的枢摆部,及枢接于所述枢摆部且沿所述第一摆动杆的延伸方向能在最大摆幅位置与最小摆幅位置间位移的滑动部,在所述最大摆幅位置时,所述滑动部邻近所述枢接部,所述摆动部的摆动幅度最大,在所述最小摆幅位置时,所述滑动部邻近所述摆动部,所述摆动部的摆动幅度最小。
3.根据权利要求2所述的登山机,其特征在于:每一个第一摆动杆具有多个沿所述第一摆动杆的延伸方向间隔设置的定位孔,每一个连杆单元还包括设置于所述驱动杆的滑动部且用来穿置于所述定位孔的其中一个的定位件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的登山机,其特征在于:每一个连杆单元还包括能摆动地设置于所述支架单元且与各自的所述第一摆动杆连动的扶手杆。
5.根据权利要求4所述的登山机,其特征在于:每一个连杆单元还包括枢接于对应的所述第一摆动杆且与所述第一摆动杆同步摆动的第一连动杆、枢接于对应的所述扶手杆且与所述扶手杆同步摆动的第二连动杆,及能摆动地设置于所述第一连动杆及所述第二连动杆间的传动杆。
6.根据权利要求1所述的登山机,其特征在于:所述脚踏杆的杆件部呈L型。
7.根据权利要求2所述的登山机,其特征在于:还包含调整单元,所述调整单元设置于所述支架单元,所述第一摆动杆界定有容置空间,及至少一个连通所述容置空间的导引槽,所述调整单元包括设置于所述容置空间内的调整驱动组,及能移动地设置于所述调整驱动组且连动所述驱动杆的滑动部的调整连动组。
8.根据权利要求7所述的登山机,其特征在于:所述调整驱动组具有设置于所述容置空间内的马达、受所述马达驱动且沿所述第一摆动杆的延伸方向延伸的螺杆,及连接所述马达且沿所述第一摆动杆的延伸方向延伸的导杆,所述调整连动组具有沿所述第一摆动杆的延伸方向延伸能移动地设置于所述螺杆的移动件,及穿设于所述移动件、所述导引槽及所述滑动部的插销,所述滑动部具有贯穿且供所述插销穿置的连通孔。
9.根据权利要求1所述的登山机,其特征在于:所述支架单元包括底架、连接所述底架的立架,及连接于所述底架及所述立架间的支撑架。
10.根据权利要求9所述的登山机,其特征在于:所述立架具有由所述底架朝上延伸的主立杆,及设置于所述主立杆且位于底架上方的上横杆,所述传动组具有枢接于所述上横杆的曲柄件、同轴连接所述曲柄件且与所述曲柄件同步转动的第一皮带轮、枢接于所述支撑架的第二皮带轮、套设于所述第一皮带轮及所述第二皮带轮的第一皮带,及套设于所述第二皮带轮及所述阻力组的第二皮带。
