It can be understood that, the end of the lead wire 42 of the voice coil 41 extending out of the wire slot 21 is connected in series with a capacitor and then connected with the terminal 7, the hook 13 is formed with a clamping slot, and the notch of the clamping slot faces the rear cover 1, so that the lead wire 42 is conveniently limited in the clamping slot of the hook 13. In order to avoid the lead 42 from falling off or sliding out from the clamping groove of the clamping hook 13, a limiting table is further convexly arranged at the notch of the clamping groove towards the rear cover 1, and the distance between the limiting table and the rear cover 1 is smaller than the diameter of the lead 42, so that the lead 42 is ensured not to fall off or slide out from the clamping groove.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the magnetic circuit system 3 includes a magnetic yoke 32, a magnet 33, and a washer 34, the magnetic yoke 32 is disposed on the back cover 1 in an inverted T shape, the magnet 33 is sleeved on a side of the magnetic yoke 32 facing away from the back cover 1, the washer 34 is disposed on a side of the magnet 33 facing away from the magnetic yoke 32, the magnetic gap 31 is formed between the magnet 33 and the washer 34 and the magnetic yoke 32, a limit step 53 is disposed on a side of the bracket 5 facing the washer 34, and a side of the washer 34 away from the magnetic gap 31 is limited by the limit step 53.
In this embodiment, magnetic yoke 32 is the setting of type of falling T, and magnetic yoke 32 includes the connecting portion of being connected with back lid 1 and the protruding tube-shape portion of locating connecting portion lid 1 one side behind the back, and the tube-shape portion is the tubular structure, and magnet 33 and magnificent 34 are the loop configuration, and magnet 33 and magnificent 34 cover are located the tube-shape portion for magnet 33 is connected with connecting portion lid 1 one side behind the back, forms magnetic gap 31 between the outer wall of the inner circle of magnet 33 and magnificent 34 and the tube-shape portion of magnetic yoke 32, makes things convenient for voice coil 41 to hang and locates in magnetic gap 31.
It can be understood that the limiting step 53 is arranged on one side, facing the washer 34, of the support 5, so that the washer 34 can be conveniently limited and mounted by the limiting step 53, and mounting stability is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the vibration system 4 further includes a diaphragm 43 fixed to one side of the voice coil 41, the diaphragm 43 includes a fixed portion 431, a folded-ring portion 432 integrally disposed with the fixed portion 431, and a dome portion 433 located inside the folded-ring portion 432, and the fixed portion 431 is connected to one side of the bracket 5 facing away from the magnetic circuit system 3. It can be understood that the fixing portion 431, the corrugated rim portion 432 and the spherical top portion 433 of the diaphragm 43 are integrally formed, the corrugated rim portion 432 is of a concave/convex structure, the fixing portion 431 is located at the outermost periphery of the diaphragm 43, and the spherical top portion 433 is located at the center of the diaphragm 43 or inside the corrugated rim portion 432.
In this embodiment, the fixing portion 431 of the diaphragm 43 is connected to the side of the support 5 facing away from the washer 34, so as to facilitate the fixed installation of the diaphragm 43 and ensure that the voice coil 41 is suspended in the magnetic gap 31. It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a protruding ring 54 is convexly provided on a side of the support 5 facing away from the washer 34, and the fixing portion 431 of the diaphragm 43 is provided with a groove 434 corresponding to the protruding ring 54, so that the protruding ring 54 is accommodated and limited in the groove 434, thereby improving the connection stability of the diaphragm 43 and the support 5.

Claims (10)

1. A loudspeaker, characterized in that the loudspeaker comprises:
a rear cover;
the magnetic circuit system is arranged on the rear cover and is provided with a magnetic gap;
the vibration system comprises a voice coil, and the voice coil is suspended in the magnetic gap; and
the bracket is arranged on one side of the magnetic circuit system, which is back to the rear cover, and a supporting platform is convexly arranged on the periphery of the bracket;
the lead wire of the voice coil is led to the support platform from the side, back to the magnetic circuit system, of the support platform, and the support platform enables the lead wire of the voice coil to form a gap with the peripheral side of the magnetic circuit system.
2. The loudspeaker according to claim 1, wherein a guide groove is provided on a side of the bracket facing away from the magnetic circuit system, the guide groove is provided corresponding to the support base, and a lead wire of the voice coil extends along the guide groove and abuts against the support base.
3. The speaker of claim 2, wherein the guide groove includes a first section and a second section that are connected to each other, the first section extending from a side of the support near the voice coil to a periphery of the support, the second section being located at the periphery of the support and extending in a thickness direction of the support, the support being located adjacent to an end of the second section that is away from the first section.
4. A loudspeaker according to claim 3, wherein the end of the first section remote from the second section is flared;
and/or an arc-shaped surface is formed at one end of the support platform, which is far away from the support;
and/or the lead wire of the voice coil is fixed in the guide groove through dispensing.
5. The loudspeaker according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the rear cover is provided with a support protrusion protruding from a periphery thereof, the support protrusion corresponding to the support base;
the lead wire of the voice coil is respectively abutted against the support platform and the support bulge, and the support platform and the support bulge are matched to enable the lead wire of the voice coil and the peripheral side of the magnetic circuit system to form the gap.
6. The speaker of claim 5 wherein a side of said support protrusion facing away from said rear cover periphery is recessed with a notch into which a lead of said voice coil is engaged.
7. The loudspeaker of claim 6, wherein the notch of the card slot is flared;
and/or the lead wire of the voice coil is fixed in the clamping groove through dispensing.
8. The loudspeaker of claim 5, further comprising a housing connected to the back cover, the housing and the back cover enclosing a mounting cavity, the magnetic circuit system, the vibration system and the bracket being accommodated in the mounting cavity, a wire groove communicating with the mounting cavity being recessed in an inner wall of the housing, the wire groove extending in a direction from the support platform to the support protrusion, and the support platform and the support protrusion extending at least partially into the wire groove.
9. The speaker of claim 8, further comprising a terminal disposed on a side of the back cover opposite to the housing, wherein a hook is disposed on a side of the back cover opposite to the housing and spaced from the terminal, the hook is disposed corresponding to the wire slot and the supporting protrusion, and an end of the lead of the voice coil extending out of the wire slot is clamped to the hook and connected to the terminal.
10. The loudspeaker according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic yoke, a magnet and a washer, the magnetic yoke is arranged on the back cover in an inverted T shape, the magnet is sleeved on one side of the magnetic yoke, which faces away from the back cover, the washer is arranged on one side of the magnet, which faces away from the magnetic yoke, the magnet and the washer form the magnetic gap with the magnetic yoke, one side of the bracket, which faces the washer, is provided with a limit step, and one side of the washer, which is away from the magnetic gap, is limited on the limit step;
and/or, the vibration system further comprises a vibrating diaphragm fixed on one side of the voice coil, the vibrating diaphragm comprises a fixed part, a folding ring part and a ball top part, the folding ring part and the ball top part are integrally arranged on the fixed part, the ball top part is located on the inner side of the folding ring part, and the fixed part is connected with one side, back to the magnetic circuit system, of the support.
