The emergency recording device of claim 1, wherein the emergency recording device comprises a communication component for communicative connection to a cloud, wherein the emergency recording device comprises a controller, wherein the communication component is electrically connected to the recording component, wherein the communication component is controllably connected to the controller, wherein the communication component transmits data recorded by the recording component to the cloud in real-time via the controller.

a recording component, wherein the recording component is disposed on the device body, wherein the recording component is electrically connected to the communication component, and the recording component is configured to record the situation around the user wearing the emergency recording device based on data collected by the communication component from a cloud end about whether the user wearing the emergency recording device is in an emergency state, and to implement the transmission to the cloud end.
