Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a pedestal crane 1 provided in this embodiment includes a housing 2, and an evaporator 3 and a water pan 4 installed in the housing 2.

In the use process of the seat crane 1, the water receiving tray 4 is positioned below the evaporator 3 and is used for receiving condensed water dropping from the evaporator 3.
Referring to fig. 3, a portion of the bracket side plate 6 is bent toward the inside of the middle frame 5 to form an opening 10 and a first folding edge 11, and the first folding edge 11 is used for fixing the evaporator 3.
Referring to fig. 4, the reinforcing plate 7 is mounted on the bracket side plate 6 and covers the opening 10. The reinforcing plate 7 may be attached to the bracket side plate 6 by welding. Reinforcing plate 7 can increase the structural strength of support curb plate 6, avoids seat loop wheel machine 1 at the in-process of transporting or dismantling, because the structural strength of support curb plate 6 is less, leads to the inside part of seat loop wheel machine 1 to take place to rock to avoid the inside part fish tail water collector 4 of seat loop wheel machine 1. Since the position of the first folded edge 11 on the bracket side plate 6 is the weakest structural strength, the first folded edge 11 is designed to be located at the center of the reinforcing plate 7. In this way, the center of the reinforcing plate 7 is set at the position where the strength is originally the weakest, and the structural strength of the bracket side plate 6 can be significantly improved.
The shape of the reinforcing plate 7 in the present embodiment is an irregular polygon, and in other embodiments, the shape of the reinforcing plate 7 may be a quadrangle, an ellipse, or the like, mainly capable of covering the opening 10, and having an area as large as possible.
The material of the reinforcing plate 7 can be the same as that of the bracket side plate 6, the thickness of the reinforcing plate 7 can be equal to that of the bracket side plate 6, or the reinforcing plate 7 can be made of the residual plate for preparing the bracket side plate 6, so that the preparation is convenient, and the cost is saved.
Referring to fig. 5, the evaporator side panel 8 includes a perforated panel body 12, a contact end panel 13, a second folded edge 14 and a third folded edge 15. The contact end plate 13 is connected to one end of the perforated plate body 12 close to the water-receiving tray 4, and the surface of the contact end plate 13 is used for realizing surface contact with the water-receiving tray 4. Thus, the contact end plate 13 is in surface contact with the water receiving tray 4 to replace the edge of the original perforated plate body 12 to be in surface contact with the water receiving tray 4, namely, the surface contact replaces the original line contact, and the evaporator side plate 8 is prevented from scratching the water receiving tray 4. The contact end plate 13 is formed by bending a portion of the perforated plate body 12 in a direction toward the holder side plate 6. Thus, the contact end plate 13 has a simple structural form and is easy to form.
The angle formed by the contact end plate 13 and the perforated plate body 12 may be 60 to 120, and specifically 90 may be selected. In actual use, the contact end plate 13 and the perforated plate body 12 have certain flexibility, and the angle between the two can be changed in use, so that a contact form with minimum pressing force is formed between the contact end plate 13 and the water pan 4. The length of the contact end plate 13 along the perforated plate body 12 may be 1/2 or less of the width of the perforated plate body 12, so long as the contact end plate 13 is able to contact the drip tray 4 without the remainder of the evaporator side plate 8 contacting the drip tray 4.
The second folding edge 14 and the third folding edge 15 are located on two opposite sides of the perforated plate body 12, the second folding edge 14 is close to the water pan 4 relative to the third folding edge 15, and a first abdicating notch 16 is formed in the edge of the second folding edge 14 close to the water pan 4. Because of the existence of the first abdicating notch 16, even if the internal parts of the seat crane 1 shake, the evaporator side plate 8 is not easy to be collided by the bracket side plate 6 and the like, and the evaporator side plate 8 is not easy to cut the water receiving tray 4.
The first notch 16 of stepping down is the ladder notch, and the first notch 16 of stepping down includes first breach 17 and second breach 18, and wherein, second breach 18 is close to the water collector 4 for first breach 17, and first breach 17 and second breach 18 communicate each other, and smooth transition, avoid appearing spine or sharp limit. The depth of the second notch 18 is greater than the depth of the first notch 17. The depth of the notch is the size of the missing part of the flap, i.e. the second notch 18 is closer to the perforated plate body 12 than the first notch 17. Specifically, the depth of the first notch 17 may be 1/5-1/3 of the width of the second flange 14, and the depth of the second notch 18 may be 1/2 of the depth of the first notch 17. The shape of the first abdicating notch 16 is designed in such a way that not only can the evaporator side plate 8 be ensured to have sufficient structural strength as much as possible, but also a good abdicating effect can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 6, the evaporator side plate 8 on the other side also includes a perforated plate body 12 and a contact end plate 13 to prevent the evaporator side plate 8 on the other side from scratching the water receiving pan 4.
Referring to fig. 7, after the evaporator side plates 8 on both sides are mounted on the evaporators 3, they are integrally mounted above the water pan 4, the contact end plates 13 on the two evaporator side plates 8 are abutted against the water pan 4, and the contact end plates 13 are in surface contact with the water pan 4, so that the water pan 4 is not scratched.
Referring to fig. 8, the evaporator cover plate 9 includes a cover plate main body 19 and a cover edge 20, and the cover edge 20 is connected to an end of the cover plate main body 19 near the water pan 4. The edge 20 is an annular structure formed by bending inward, and the surface of the edge 20 is arc-shaped. Based on the position of borduring 20, when evaporimeter apron 9 collided, bordure 20 was the part of main and water collector 4 contact, compares in current apron edge and water collector 4 contact, and the surface of borduring 20 is not sharp, can not fish tail water collector 4.
The hem 20 may be formed by bending the edge of the cover main body 19. Thus, the structure of the edge 20 is simple and convenient to form.
The edge of the cover plate main body 19 close to the bracket side plate 6 is provided with a second abdicating notch 21. Because the existence of second breach of stepping down 21, even the seat crane 1 internals takes place to rock, evaporator cover plate 9 is also difficult for parts such as support curb plate 6 to collide, and evaporator cover plate 9 is also difficult for cutting water collector 4.
The second notch of stepping down 21 is the ladder breach, and the second notch of stepping down 21 includes third breach 22 and fourth breach 23, and fourth breach 23 is close to water collector 4 for third breach 22, and third breach 22 and fourth breach 23 communicate each other, and smooth transition, avoid appearing spine or sharp limit. The depth of the fourth notch 23 is greater than the depth of the third notch 22. The depth here can also be said to be the width of the notch, i.e. the width of the fourth notch 23 is greater than the width of the third notch 22. Specifically, the depth of the third notch 22 may be 5mm to 10mm, and the depth of the fourth notch 23 may be 1/2 of the depth of the third notch 22. The length of the second relief notch 21 along the edge of the cover plate main body 19 may be 1/3-1/2 of the length of the cover plate main body 19. The shape of the second abdicating notch 21 is designed in such a way, so that the evaporator cover plate 9 can be ensured to have enough structural strength as much as possible, and a good abdicating effect can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 9, after the evaporator 3, the evaporator cover plate 9 and the water receiving tray 4 are assembled, the edge 20 of the evaporator cover plate 9 abuts against the water receiving tray 4, and compared with the existing cover plate in which the edge of the cover plate contacts with the water receiving tray 4, the surface of the edge 20 is not sharp, and the water receiving tray 4 cannot be scratched.
The bracket side plate 6, the reinforcing plate 7, the evaporator side plate 8 and the evaporator cover plate 9 are required to be polished to avoid sharp and sharp edges, particularly towards the water pan 4, and smooth transition or smooth transition is adopted as far as possible to avoid point contact or line contact with the water pan, and the bracket side plate, the reinforcing plate, the evaporator side plate and the evaporator cover plate are not contacted or are in surface contact as far as possible.

2. the evaporator side plate 8 comprises a contact end plate 13, and the edge of the original plate body 12 with holes is replaced by the surface contact of the contact end plate 13 and the water receiving disc 4, namely the surface contact replaces the original line contact, so that the evaporator side plate 8 is prevented from scratching the water receiving disc 4;
3. by arranging the first abdicating notch 16 on the second folding edge 14 of the evaporator side plate 8, even if the internal parts of the seat crane 1 shake, the evaporator side plate 8 is not easy to be collided by the parts such as the bracket side plate 6 and the like due to the existence of the first abdicating notch 16, and the evaporator side plate 8 is not easy to cut the water receiving disc 4;
4. the evaporator cover plate 9 is provided with the covered edge 20, and based on the position of the covered edge 20, when the evaporator cover plate 9 collides, the covered edge 20 is a part mainly contacted with the water receiving disc 4, and compared with the existing cover plate edge contacted with the water receiving disc 4, the surface of the covered edge 20 is not sharp, and the water receiving disc 4 cannot be scratched;
5. through set up the second breach of stepping down 21 on evaporator cover plate 9's apron main part 19, even the internals of seat loop wheel machine 1 takes place to rock, because the existence of second breach of stepping down 21, evaporator cover plate 9 is also difficult for colliding by parts such as support curb plate 6, and evaporator cover plate 9 is also difficult for cutting water collector 4.
