the water pan 100 of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner usually adopts a combination structure of a pan body 110 and a heat insulation plate 120, such as an adhesive body of a plastic pan and a foam plate. Wherein, the plastic tray is used for storing water and guiding flow, and the foam board is used for preserving heat and preventing condensation. In the bonding process, a glue gun is used for spraying hot melt glue on the back of the plastic plate, foam is attached to the plastic plate and is extruded forcibly until the plastic plate is well bonded after being cooled. The glue is applied in a high-risk operation, the temperature of the glue is extremely high, the glue is easily scalded by mistake touch, and the hidden trouble of industrial injury is caused. In view of this, the present embodiment provides a novel water collector 100, which can effectively reduce the risk of scalding the operator.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the water receiving tray 100 includes a tray body 110 and a heat insulation plate 120 connected to each other and stacked, wherein the tray body 110 is disposed at the bottom of the heat insulation plate 120; and a gap is arranged between the tray body 110 and the heat insulation board 120, and the gap forms a glue injection cavity. The glue injection port 128 is formed in the heat insulation board 120, hot melt glue can be injected into the glue injection cavity between the tray body 110 and the heat insulation board 120 through the glue injection port 128, and the tray body 110 and the heat insulation board 120 are bonded into a whole after the hot melt glue is cooled.
The tray body 110 is a plastic tray, and includes a water receiving body 112, two end extension plates 116, and two side extension plates 114; the two side extension plates 114 are respectively connected to two sides of the water receiving body 112, and the two end extension plates 116 are respectively connected to two ends of the water receiving body 112.
Specifically, the water receiving body 112 is a curved plate, and the cross section of the curved plate is substantially arc-shaped, so that a water storage tank extending along the length direction of the water receiving body 112 is formed on the water receiving body. The two end extension plates 116 are vertically arranged at two ends of the water receiving body 112, and seal two ends of the water storage tank to form a water storage space. The side extension plate is a rectangular plate with a long strip shape, extends along the length direction of the water receiving body 112, and is horizontally arranged. The side extension panels are primarily intended to mate with the edges of the insulation panels 120. The "horizontal" and "vertical" are referenced to the normal use of the drip tray 100.
The heat insulation board 120 is a foam board, and a concave part is arranged on the upper surface of the heat insulation board; the recess is for receiving the tray body 110. An interlayer is formed between the lower surface of the tray body 110 and the surface of the concave portion of the heat insulation board 120, and the interlayer is a glue injection cavity.
Specifically, the insulation board 120 includes an integrally formed insulation body 122 and four ribs 124, and the four ribs 124 are respectively disposed at edges of the concave portion. When the tray 110 is placed in the recess, the rib 124 abuts against the tray 110. The rib 124, the tray body 110 and the thermal insulation body 122 together enclose to form a glue injection cavity. The flanges 124 can prevent the hot melt adhesive in the adhesive injection cavity from flowing out, so that the hot melt adhesive can be filled in the whole adhesive injection cavity, and the appearance of the formed water pan 100 is more attractive. In other embodiments, the ribs 124 may also be disposed on the tray 110.
A plurality of supporting parts 126 capable of bearing a certain external pressure and preventing the inner surface of the tray body 110 from contacting the inner surface of the heat-insulating plate 120 are further provided on the surface of the recess; thereby being helpful for the hot melt adhesive to fill the whole glue injection cavity. Also, the provision of the support portion 126 also enables the amount of use of the hot melt adhesive to be reduced.
Further, the supporting portion 126 in the present embodiment is a strip-shaped convex portion extending along the width direction of the heat insulation board 120. The design can enable the supporting portion 126 to bear larger external pressure, the overall strength of the heat-insulating plate 120 can be improved, and the heat-insulating plate 120 is prevented from being damaged in the injection molding process. In addition, the support portion 126 also provides a certain guiding function for the hot melt adhesive. The hot melt adhesive flows along the supporting portion 126 and can reach the connecting gap between the heat insulation board 120 and the tray body 110 more quickly, and the defect that the glue injection is not full due to solidification of the hot melt adhesive in the flowing process is reduced. In other embodiments, the supporting portion 126 may be disposed on the tray body 110, or the shape of the supporting portion 126 is not limited to a strip shape, and may be a circular convex portion or a convex portion with other shapes.
The heat insulation body 122 is provided with a plurality of glue injection ports 128, and the number of the glue injection ports is the same as that of the support portions 126. The glue injection port 128 is disposed at the bottommost portion of the concave portion of the heat insulation body 122 and is located at one end of the support portion 126. When glue is injected, the insulation board 120 and the tray body 110 are integrally inverted, and at the moment, the glue injection port 128 is positioned at the top of the glue injection cavity; thereby being convenient for the hot melt adhesive to flow to each area of the glue injection cavity from top to bottom. Because the glue injection port 128 is arranged at one end of the strip-shaped support portion 126, after the hot melt glue is injected through the glue injection port 128, the hot melt glue can flow to the two side areas of the corresponding support portion 126 along the two sides of the support portion 126; that is, the support portion 126 can function as a shunt to facilitate the rapid flow of the hot melt adhesive to different areas of the adhesive injection chamber. That is, the installation position of the glue injection port 128 and the shape of the support portion 126 can be matched with each other, thereby maximally improving the glue injection speed and the glue injection quality.
Further, the heat insulation board 120 is further provided with an exhaust hole 129 which is arranged close to the glue injection port 128; when glue is injected through the glue injection port 128, air in the glue injection cavity can be exhausted through the exhaust holes 129, so that the flowing resistance of the hot melt glue is reduced. And, set up the exhaust hole 129 close to injecting glue mouth 128, it makes the exhaust hole 129 be located the upper portion of injecting glue chamber (with the position of putting of heated board 120 when injecting glue as the reference), thereby prevents that the hot melt adhesive from flowing out from exhaust hole 129.
The beneficial effects of the outdoor unit water pan 100 of the air conditioner provided by this embodiment include at least the following aspects:
when the tray body 110 and the heat-insulating plate 120 need to be bonded, the tray body 110 and the heat-insulating plate 120 are inverted, so that the heat-insulating plate 120 is positioned above the tray body 110, and a glue gun is used for injecting hot melt glue into the glue injection port 128; after being injected into the adhesive layer, the hot melt adhesive flows to the connecting gap between the tray body 110 and the heat-insulating plate 120 from top to bottom, and finally fills the whole adhesive injection cavity. The hot melt adhesive flows from the inside of the adhesive injection cavity to the edge, and the connecting gap is provided with a flange 124; the hot melt adhesive is blocked in the adhesive injection cavity, so that operators are prevented from being burnt; moreover, the appearance of the connecting gap is more beautiful, and the connection is more reliable.
It should be noted that "connected" in this application is intended to be broadly connected, and includes not only direct connection, but also indirect connection via intermediate elements and direct abutment between two elements.
In addition, the embodiment is only one of the embodiments of the present application, and in other embodiments, there may be many variations. For example, the tray body 110 may also be provided with a rib 124, or both the tray body 110 and the heat-insulating plate 120 are provided with ribs 124; alternatively, the glue injection port 128 may be disposed on the tray 110. the embodiment provides a production method of a water pan 100, which is used for producing the water pan 100 provided in the embodiment; the production method comprises the following steps:
a. buckling the heat-insulating plate 120 with the glue injection port 128 in advance above the tray body 110, so that the tray body 110 and the heat-insulating plate 120 are arranged in a stacked manner; a gap is left between the tray body 110 and the heat insulation board 120 to form a glue injection cavity.
b. Injecting hot melt adhesive into the adhesive injection cavity through the adhesive injection port 128 by using an adhesive injection gun; during specific operation, glue is injected into the glue injection ports 128 close to the two ends of the insulation board 120 for a certain time t (the time can be calculated according to actual conditions); and injecting glue into the glue injection port 128 in the middle. During glue injection, certain pressure can be applied to the heat-insulating plate 120, and the heat-insulating plate is prevented from being partially tilted due to expansion with heat and contraction with cold.
c. And cooling the hot melt adhesive in the cavity to be injected with the adhesive.
By adopting the production method, the operation is simple, and the production efficiency is improved. In the glue injection process, the hot melt glue is sealed inside the glue injection cavity, so that operators can be prevented from being burnt by the hot melt glue, and the potential safety hazard of operation is reduced. In addition, when glue is injected, glue injection can be performed by adopting a glue injection machine, so that labor is conveniently liberated; the labor intensity of operators is reduced.
And the glue is injected by adopting the method, the thickness of the glue layer is uniform, the using amount of the glue is fixed and controllable, and the production cost is convenient to control. The molded product has more agreeable and beautiful appearance and the reject ratio is greatly reduced. Because the hot melt adhesive can be full of whole notes gluey chamber, it makes the connection between disk body 110 and heated board 120 more reliable, and water collector 100 uses in cold or hot environment and all can not warp.
