The pulp making unit 10 includes a bleaching module 11 for bleaching the fibers and supplying the pulp of different whiteness downstream, but it is also possible to supply the pulp of different whiteness downstream without bleaching the fibers, and it is understood that the pulp is in a state of fiber suspension in water, which is usually also called wet pulp, and the pulp which is not bleached or lightly bleached is usually called unbleached pulp and highly bleached is called white pulp. the pulper 22, i.e. a pulper, is used to disperse the fibre material in water by mechanical action to form a fibre suspension. Preferably, the disperser 22 is a hydropulper 22.
The stock chest 23 is used for storing the fibre suspension processed by the pulper 22 or wet pulp from the bleaching module 11, and the stock chest 23 is arranged downstream of the pulper 22 and connected to the pulper 22 by means of a pipe.
The paper machine 27 is used for forming a dry paper sheet 28 by dewatering the fiber suspension through a screen, drying, and the like. The paper machine 27 comprises a wet part comprising devices such as a headbox, a forming wire, a felt and a white water trough 271, and a dry part comprising devices such as a dryer cylinder, a hood, etc., the fibre suspension being sprayed from the headbox, the forming wire being shaped, the felt being transferred to the dry part and receiving white water from the white water trough 271. The whitewater is the water that the wet end filters out during wire forming of wet sheet 28 and the water that drains during felt transfer of wet sheet 28; in general, the white water contains a fiber component, and the paper machine 27 may be any of various paper machines 27 such as a crescent former paper machine, a fourdrinier former paper machine, a cylinder former paper machine, and the like.
Additionally, a refiner 24 may be provided after the pulper 22 to devillicate fibers for better performance of the sheet 28 and better formation in the paper machine 27. A stock tank 25 and a size distribution module 26 may also be provided after the refiner 24 to deliver different sizes to the paper machine 27 at predetermined ratios to produce dry paper sheets 28 meeting the usage requirements. The different pulps may include one or more of pulps of different concentrations, pulps of different fiber lengths, or pulps of different fiber types.
A first conveying unit 30 is further arranged between the pulping unit 10 and the paper making unit 20, the first conveying unit 30 comprises a mixing tank 21, a pipeline connected between the bleaching module 11, the mixing tank 21 and the pulp storage tank 23, and a control valve arranged on the pipeline, the control valve can selectively communicate the bleaching module 11 with the mixing tank 21 or the bleaching module 11 with the pulp storage tank 23, a return pipe 215 is further arranged between the mixing tank 21 and the concentration module, so that wet pulp can be selectively conveyed to the mixing tank 21 or the pulp storage tank 23, and wet pulp stored in the mixing tank 21 can be returned to the concentration module through the return pipe 215 to be prepared into a pulp board 14.
More specifically, the control valve is a first three-way valve 212, a first delivery pipe 211 is arranged between the bleaching module 11 and the first three-way valve 212, a second delivery pipe 213 is arranged between the pulp storage tank 23 and the first three-way valve 212, a third delivery pipe 214 is arranged between the mixing tank 21 and the first three-way valve 212, and the first three-way valve 212 is selectively communicated with the first delivery pipe 211 and the second delivery pipe 213 or the first delivery pipe 211 and the third delivery pipe 214, so that wet pulp passing through the bleaching module 11 can be selectively delivered to the pulp storage tank 23 through the first delivery pipe 211 and the second delivery pipe 213 or delivered to the mixing tank 21 through the first delivery pipe 211 and the third delivery pipe 214.
It will be appreciated that the wet pulp, when fed to the stock tank 23, is available to the paper making unit 20 and made into sheets 28 by the paper machine 27, and when fed to the mixing tank 21, is returned to the thickening module 13 to be made into a pulp sheet 14. Meanwhile, in order to avoid the slurry in the mixing tank 21 from being wrongly distributed to the paper making unit 20 and affecting the paper sheets 28, the mixing tank 21 is isolated from the slurry storage tank 23, i.e. no direct communication pipeline is arranged between the mixing tank 21 and the slurry storage tank 23.
In one embodiment, when the papermaking unit 20 uses white pulp to make white paper, the white pulp is transferred to the stock tank 23 through the first transfer pipe 211, the first three-way valve 212, the second transfer pipe 213, transferred to the downstream through the stock tank 23, and made into white paper sheet 28 by the paper machine 27, and when a change to making a natural color paper is required, the natural color pulp output from the bleaching module 11 is first used to jack the white pulp to the stock tank 23 along the first transfer pipe 211, the first three-way valve 212, the second transfer pipe 213, and when the section where the natural color pulp is mixed with the white pulp is approached, the direction of communication of the first three-way valve 212 is switched, the portion of the mixed pulp containing the natural color pulp and the white pulp is transferred to the mixing tank 21 by communicating the first transfer pipe 211 with the third transfer pipe 214, and when the natural color pulp is present in the pipe, the first three-way valve 212 is switched again to communicate the first transfer pipe 211 with the second transfer pipe 213, so that the natural color pulp is transferred to the stock tank 23, the method can not waste fiber resources of the unbleached pulp and the white pulp in the pipeline, can still ensure continuous papermaking of paper, and can meet the requirement that a papermaking unit uses wet pulp to make paper or uses a pulp board 14 to make paper.

The pulp and paper making system of claim 2, wherein the return pipe is connected to a first transfer pipe, and the first transfer pipe is configured to selectively transfer slurry to the mixing tank through the first transfer pipe or transfer wet slurry in the mixing tank to the thickening module through the first transfer pipe.
